Beautiful place, the cafe is long and narrow yet very spacious. There’s art on the walls, cozy cozy atmosphere. Very comfortable black leather chairs in the back.

Been going to The Coffee Exchange since I was in high school about 20 years ago. Always a hit. These coconut mocha frappes I had yesterday with my daughter's were beyond amazing. Will be frequenting this gem of a spot for another 20 years.

Had a great experience. Great service and food! Me and the wife enjoyed this lovely place.

The Coffee Exchange was an impromptu breakfast date on a whim while visiting Windsor. We got the caramel macchiato & Viennese cappuccino, both of which were to DIE for. We also got the everything bagel with cream cheese and turkey added. The barista was super kind and even brought us our food while we were sitting outside. We wanted to buy seconds for the road before we were even finished with the first. This was the best place for coffee we went to while in Windsor. Highly recommend.

Sweets and bakery such as banana bread that I had, it was super dry didn't enjoy it. Coffee was ok.
Staff are nice but they almost looked that they have crunch against you, not as friendly as you would expect.
Love the decoration.
Will I go there again? It's questionable

I had the Turkey Panini and cappuccino. Panini was delicious and coffee was great too.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Usually order coffee products here and get high quality ones. Strongly recommended for coffee lovers in windsor.

Had a great experience with a larger order today, 2 staff were friendly and quick! My request would be to get a debit/credit card machine that accepts tip as I felt terrible not being able to tip, especially on my large order (I didn’t realize and didn’t have cash).

This is my first time coming here, someone recommend me this place and said it was friendly. Though it got ruined when the cashier was rude to my friend, he had a bad attitude.and the desserts are disgusting.never plan on coming back

Awesome place! Delicious lemonades and I tired their iced coffee for the first time this morning with a peppermint shot and needless to say, it’s definitely added to my lists of best iced coffee! Super kind staff as well.

Good coffee and tasty sandwiches, not to mention, affordable. Highlight in food are their baked cakes and cookies and paninis. Whoever makes them knows what they're doing and it's the perfect low sweet "sweetness" level. But not many options in salty baked goods/ snacks - only bagels! Wish there were croissants, etc. The whole ambience is quite a delight. Every barista is an efficient coffee-maker and lovely with their service. Recommend it for sure, any day!

Their drinks do not taste great, but the environment is very hipster and cool. The walls are filled with art and you’ll feel a little more cultured when you visit this spot.

Bought an iced coffee to go and asked for light ice. Coffee was good but got a cup full of ice and 100cc of coffee. Jeez! I payed $5.32 for ice. Not going back there again

Customer service is lacking; which is a shame because their beverages and food are delicious. Did not feel welcome, barista made me feel like a bother to them.

An eclectic coffee shop with some indoor and outdoor seating. Their traditional coffee shop setup creates an inviting, cozy environment. Our service was great and the coffee delicious.

One of Windsor's finest coffee shops. Everything is brewed fresh and tastes amazing. Their scones are cooked to perfection and go great with a coffee. They have many options to choose from on the menu. Personally I always go with the matcha latte (so delicious). The atmosphere is very mellow and a great place to study or get some work done while enjoying a coffee ️

Nice place, Hot latte was Good but a bit cold, do ask to make it extra hot if your gonna buy a hot beverage

Went in for a coffee unfortunately i had forgot my mask usually its in my pocket of my coat but when I went to reach for it at the door I found it not there. I had just walked a significant distance to get there. I went in hoping perhaps they had some masks in side that was indeed the first question I asked. As I tried to explain the situation the nice lady with the colored hair behind the counter was quite rude and told my that "I was an adult". I thought that was unnecessary I understand I was supposed to have a mask but mistakes happen. I felt really judged I will not be returning which is sad because I have been meny times and I do enjoy there coffee

My favourite coffee joint to date. Singular complaint is that they don't have tap or an option to tip on debit.

Their bagels and cakes are to die for, they have cold brew which is my favorite, also sandwiches and salads and other baked goodies.

Just bring some change for the baristas. They're super hard working and nice!

Absolutely love the staff. They ID you for dine in which is a bit much, but their service and gingerbread steamers makeup for the invasiveness!

They have the best coffee on Ouellette. The service is great and quick. They are so nice there. I love going there for my cappuccino or lattes.

Server was polite and my order was completed very quickly. She explained the coffee options very clearly because I asked, because I drink my coffee black. Coffee was just ok, but definitely not bad. Rating 4 instead of 5 because the acoustics are really poor and it was very loud. Had a hard time hearing the person sitting across from me. But in general, I liked it here and appreciated the polite service.

Favourite downtown coffee shop. Delicious drinks and treats, incredibly nice personnel, and such a comfortable environment. Quaint patio out front to enjoy the river breeze and people watch.:)

They have reopened. They have socially distanced seating inside and patio on the outside. There is currently a 45 minute time limit on patio seating to allow for everyone to sit outside. They have safety measures in place such as providing wax paper for you to open the doors and sanitizers. They have plexiglass erected at the counter.

Due to COVID-19, they are currently not doing the stamp card, where you collect stamps each time you buy a coffee.

I went to Tim Hortons earlier for a triple triple with milk, and was not happy with my order. I was informed by one of the local folk that this place existed. I wish I had more time to go there before my business trip had ended.

It is a great place to go, l love the atmosphere but the music is so loud especially at night. It's hard to talk to one other without almost shouting. It is so hot in there all the time also. Therefore our visit is very short lately. Please turn down the music and the thermostat so we can enjoy a relaxing coffee and conversation.

Cozy, friendly space with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Expansive drink menu, rotating food options all locally baked and very delicious.

The coffee here is just too notch! Every drink on their menu is delicious, and will definitely leave you with a bit of a caffeine buzz! Also offer some lovely desserts. Great atmosphere and friendly staff as well. One thing that could be improved is having a more efficient ordering and payment system. They are usually pretty busy, but only have one debit machine.

Solid offerings with a a solid space. While I wouldn’t call it a third wave shop it’s definitely worth a stop for the teas.

A neat fixture downtown. Since the Starbucks closed at University I've been swinging by here more often, and I have to say their menu as a whole is better than I remembered. Certain things are overpriced (mostly the cakes, and mostly because they give you more than I, at least, can eat without feeling sick) but I haven't had anything I legit didn't like there yet. I'm a frapp guy and for years I considered theirs inferior to sbux's, but now I just think they're different. And it's nice to have a true late-night cafe that, for whatever reason, doesn't seem to suffer from as many sketchy clientele as my poor barista buddies had to deal with across the street. I've especially enjoyed the couple of times I've been able to snag one of the patio tables and do homework. Overall I'm really enjoying having this new stomping grounds - though it won't stop me from going to Roundhouse to see my barista buddies every week.

I wish it was Stronger coffee there flavoured coffee but great place to go in Windsor to have a coffee and relax

One of my favourite coffee shops in downtown Windsor. Very warm atmosphere as soon as you walk in. They have a small patio section that looks out onto the street of downtown that’s always nice to be to sit down to during the spring and fall months. The selection of food and beverages will definitely satisfy anyone’s needs for food and drink.

The name says it all, amazing atmosphere placed right in the core of downtown. If you are walking by or about to take a walk down the river stop here first!
Grab a Coffee, some pastries or split a cake with someone!
Everything here is worth the price! Tip them servers as they make your coffee as if they are making their own!

The people service could at times be a little friendlier (especially in the morning when I go) but they got great drinks and desserts!

Whenever I go to Windsor I make sure to go here. They make a perfect Cafe au Lait and service is always great. They have an extensive variety of teas and pastries which always look fresh. They are delicious as well! The decor is whimsical and there is a charm. It is nicely and centrally located where there are many other businesses and people seem to enjoy visiting friends here. It dies not have that "I will situate myself in this corner all day and work" feel that places like Starbucks would have. It is much more laid back and worth the visit.

Love this place, especially on weekend nights! Great for any occasion: studying, catching up, or a quick to go. I recommend the Iced Caramel Macchiato.

The building is nice but I wasn't overly impressed with the chai latte. Also, the strawberry rhubarb pie was frozen. I threw half of it away.

Great coffee at a decent price. Love the flavours of the day. Homemade desserts are always great. We love stopping here for a bit. Classic coffee shop atmosphere.

Coffee Exchange is a lovely little cafe with superb hours. They're open from dawn to dusk to offer you plenty of delicious beverages and food items! My only complaint, as small as it is, is that there isn't enough patio space! It's so nice to sit out there and people watch! Go to this downtown cafe, you won't regret it!

This coffee shop supports toxic and disgusting behaviour. They decided to fire an honest, hard working employee because she stood up for herself when a regular customer decided to corner and grope her. I loved coffee x, but I will no longer support this establishment.

I have been coming here for the past 4 years and it is my FAVOURITE coffee shop to go to in Windsor. I love the staff and the coffee culture vibe. I recommend this place to anyone!

Chai latte has been my favorite thing to order here since they were in their original location! I love having this local coffee shop available downtown.

Great coffee and tea, especially the lattes. Great atmosphere, but on a busy night it can be too crowded. Also, it's fun to play some board games they have available, while enjoying your beverage or desert. More expensive than your average tea or coffee, but worth every cent.

Great cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The coffee is good, espresso drinks are great, and smoothies are refreshing. Nice place to read, write, or meet with friends.
