Will max out your medical benefits on procedures you don't or didn't even ask for.the absolute worst dentistry practitioner I have ever seen.always in a rush.doesn't ask for permission to do anything.glad I took my poor daughter away from your services

Been going here for years but I've had enough!
Last time the dentist was on the phone while he was working on me, making me wait.
He's very rude, took my hat off instead of just asking me, no respect!
The wait times are horrible, I don't know why there's a scheduled appointment if I always have to wait forever!
I had my wisdom teeth pulled, felt nausea and had to vomit. Instead of saying "are you ok? " He said "I told the patient" not to spit or he will rip the stitches". As if I had any control over that.
They don't pick up the phone sometimes because the secretary has to help out instead of just being a secretary.you'd think they can afford it when making over $300 off one patient in half hour. Glorified mouth mechanics!
They tell me i brush too hard amd I know I Do NOT. They are the ones that hurt my and are too rough every time I go there! Hypocrits!
The secretaries are usually very nice, all this was the one doctor who ruined it for me, i think a Brazilian guy with glasses. Thanks!
Now i will go further to another place but atleast they are better!

The doctor barely says anything he put a needle for numbing and didnt even let you know, he works like he is on a rush, didnt even say we are done just walked away to the reception, i do not recommend this service, attitude is not professional anywhere!

I have been going to this clinic for a few years.

-Staff never answers the phone or calls back after you leave a voice mail.

- every time i go for an appointment (every 3 month's) the hygienist is different.

- the dentist is very rude. And everything is head.

I have been complaining about pressure pain and his answer was that it's my mind and there's nothing wrong.

The hygienist polish my gum instead of my theet and now i can eat nothing because the inside of my mouth has a wound.

Never going back here and should have stopped going to reasons above and happened more than one time. Too many times.

My tooth broke in half and my dentist said it could not be saved. I stopped in to this clinic and Dr David saw me same day. He was willing to try. 50% of my tooth was saved and the rest was reconstructed as I requested. I still have a smile and no missing tooth.

Atrocious scam of a dentists office.

Do not get anything done here.

You will not get any information. You will not be helped. I asked multiple times about insurance information and was not told anything.

I only came here because I needed help on a Sunday.

The Dr.was clearly more concerned with being condescending rather than helping me.

I am at another office waiting for this dentist to forward an Xray to another dentist. It's been 30 minutes and 4 phone calls and still nothing.

*UPDATE* I Recieved the XRAYs at this other office and was told that the images are blurry and terrible. Waste of my time, money, and insurance plan, not to mention I'm disturbed I had to absorb radiation from XRAYs taken improperly that another professional now has to rely upon for my health.

*UPDATE 2*
I now have to get another set of Xrays because these XRAYs are UNWORKABLE. Thank you for the additional radiation unnecessarily. If I had the funds I would sue.

If you want the best for your health, these guys clearly do not care for you.

This is the 2nd time I spoke to this person name Balis. She is extreme Rude. Don’t even know why would someone hire person like her. If I could give 0 star I would just for her.

Highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Rafiee. Very kind, gentle and just an excellent skilled dentist! Happy to be here and would refer to anyone in the area needing help with their teeth

Gentle touch and I was comfortable throughout my stay. Friendly staff and dentist was very personable, looking forward to my next return

Had a lot of pain in my tooth for many days and nights and came here as an emergency and desperate for help. They were so good to me and I'm very thankful they were so gentle and caring with their treatment to me during this time because it is still very hard to get appointments anywhere! I am very grateful and highly recommend!

Waste of my time. Extremely long wait. Dentist finally calls my name after waiting over an hour after my scheduled appointment. He then says he didn't know he was seeing me. Funny because the appointment was booked and confirmed twice in the last week. And he asks why I am there. Shouldn't you have this all in my chart you are holding. Don't you have a schedule you are following? Or are you just seeing patients you recognize? Waste of my time. Disappointing staff including the secretary.

I have been to this dentist office several times. I booked with another dentist what a mistake Dr David. I was getting my teeth cleaned. He was so ruff especially when flossing my teeth. I had to stop him several times. He replied by tell me that is what happens when you get married. While cleaning my teeth he had his forearm on my head. I had an X-ray done of my entire mouth and he never discussed it with me. My son was waiting to get his teeth cleaned, I advised him he was to ruff for him. He told me “he isn’t offended and that dentist are like barbers”

Extremely rough and Careless.
The lady who polished my teeth did it for less then two minutes and also polished half of my lips. She knew what she was doing and continued to do it on the other side. I screetched and she said sorry and continued. My lips were bleeding so much and I left looking like the joker. I just hope my scares aren’t permanent. What a beeeeeep!

Earlier today I went into this horrid dental clinic and I had the worst experience out of all my dental visits since I was born. First impression as i walked in, Rude older woman by the front desk speaking a foreign language, could be Portugease but that's irrelevant. She then asked me what my background was and asked me why I looked serious. I was like am I supposed to be all smiley being at the dentist? Later on, Doctor walked in, didnt bother to introduce himself or even say Hello! Looked like a serial killer. Still dont know what his name was.yanked my head and was very rough handling my face. Crass. He operated on my root canal for 30 minutes, filled it up then disappeared and didnt explain nothing to me whether I needed a pain killer or anything. He just asked his assistant to show me how to floss and left. I think you will only be treated fairly if you are Portugease like these people. Racist and Hateful European Clinic.
