It's always a pleasure visiting Dr Hannah. He and his staff are warm and welcoming and my dog loves them! More than once, we've had emergencies (including one, 5 minutes ago) and they are always very prompt in handling it. Highly recommend Dr Hannah. If you are looking for a doctor who will love your pet and offer genuine advice, he's the one to go to. Plus, they always call to ask how the pet is doing after the medication! They care!

Very friendly and everyone knows their business. Extremely pleasant experience and my dog loves it, too.

This clinic is small and personal. Dr Hanna and Dr Mary listen to your concerns and don't dismiss them. They take your worries seriously.

Dr. Hannah is an amazing Veterinarian, he and his technicians really care about the animals and their owners. I have been a client since he opened and recommend him to everyone. Almost all my animals have been rescued and he understands their difficulties. Attached are a few of my rescues.

Took excellent care of my cat. Completed emergency surgery and made sure he was well taken care of. Even called to check in multiple times!

Dr Hanna is a good doctor. My poor didi has gotten sick a few times in the last couple of months. I have taken to him and he has been able to squeeze me in. As for the receptionist he has they are all very polite and helpful.

Our experiences have been incredibly positive at this clinic. Dr. Hanna is so kind and genuinely loving with our puppy. You can see how much he loves his work. He has also been available for late night help when the option was a 5 hour wait at the ER. He has also gone above and beyond in other situations. Everyone at the clinic is so helpful and very fast to respond and provide assistance/immediate appointments. Excellent service and very timely. The doctor and staff took good care of our dog and helped her get back to being healthy again. They even did a couple follow ups in the days following the treatment to see how she was doing.

Our latest experience at Animal Hospital was not a pleasant one. We had brought in Simba thinking he had an upper respitory infection. After several examinations and tests with Dr Hanna we discover our Sir Sims has cancer. Sir Sims at this point was having problems breathing and appeared in distress. Dr Hanna told me the most humane option was to let him go. We spent the next 24hrs cuddling and spoiling our boy. The next day was Sir Sims last day and a very difficult day for his three family in tow. Covid protocols are every where you go but the staff allowed us all three to stay to the very end. Dr Hanna showed true compassion for our boy and even sheaded a few tears along side of us. The staff appeared just as somber as ourselves throughout the visit. I wish I knew names as you have two staff that really stand out. One of those standout staff members met me up front yesterday along with the bag from Gateway. Another difficult visit for sure but Sir Sims is now home to stay. Cheers to Dr Hanna and staff for making a difficult situation seem bearable.

So far the best veterinary I’ve been, doctor Hannah is so caring. They don’t try to rip you off. Feeling lucky to have find this place.

Had to visit the CFIA to complete travel documents for my pet dog. They were very surprised to find that the vaccines/chip were given in the incorrect order (making them invalid). The puppy is now unable to travel for 21 days since she had to get a shot again and take in I was charged for the redo shot as well. Now I’m left to find somewhere for my dog to stay as I leave in less than a week for a month. Had to buy a plane ticket for the puppy and the vacation was planned with her in mind…

Dr. Hanna and the staff at The Collegeway Animal Hospital took care of our beloved cat for over 16 years. Recently her time had come and Dr. Hanna was there for our family through all the ups and downs including allowing our family to come in together to be with our cat at the end. I cannot say enough about the fantastic care Dr. Hanna gave Missy during her life including allowing her to be with her family at the end. Thank you so much. We miss her dearly but feel lucky to have found such a compassionate and caring veterinary clinic.

I've been to several vet clinics and this is the best one! Dr. Hanna is truly remarkable. You can tell he loves animals and is passionate about his job. My cat has had quite a few health issues since last year. I was bringing her to a different vet who didn't want to run any tests on her which led to the wrong diagnosis for her health issues. Dr. Hanna immediately suggested running various tests and we got to the root of my cat's problems and she's now healthier and happier. I'm so grateful! Sangria (that's my cat's name) and I want to say thank you Collegeway Animal Hospital Team!

What can I say I have 2 dogs buddy and teddy and even when they have an emergency and use another hospital Dr. Hanna follows up and the other day I thought my dog was choking and I urgently went to Dr Hanna as he is 3 mins away and he helped and charged me nothing! That's when I realized he cares more about the dog than money since he seen I was lost and he can ask me for money as since I know my dog is taken care of! Lol Dr don't charge me extra now loll best Dr ever!

The entire staff has been nothing but kind and caring to my cat as well as myself as long as I have been going here. They take the time to explain everything to you, so you can understand the issues and treatments going forward. You can tell the whole team has such a love of animals and will do everything in their power to treat them effectively. I am truly thankful for their aid, and their patience when I have called multiple times with questions and concerns.

Dr. Hanna has been our vet of choice for the past 8 years as he is professional and caring. His assistant Shahad is wonderful with animals, unafraid and confident in what she is doing. Her love for her work is very evident.
