Love going here, but shocked at the choice to start marking up the Pokémon products. I feel retailers shouldn't do this and it's really a black mark on how I view the store. Please do not buy Pokémon cards here, otherwise the rest of the items are reasonably priced, yes they are cheaper online but they have to make money somehow and I'm ok spending an extra bit to support a small business. But the Pokémon cards, it feels like they're taking advantage of a sad situation for collectors to turn a profit. Otherwise they have a good selection of stuff, I really enjoy coming and browsing here and it’s always a fun time, staff is friendly too.

Super fun place! Staff is kind, courteous and knowledgeable on most everything they carry. LGBTQ+ friendly space and they have a BIPOC creators section which was awesome to see.

They are charging scalper prices for new Pokémon sets. $174.99 for something that retails for about $63. Pokemon Center has already stated they will be printing more of sets that are affected by scalping practices such as these. Don't pay scalper prices for something that you can get from better places who won't charge almost 3x the price. Things might be out of stock now but rest assured they will be restocked at places like the Pokemoncenter (dot) ca and EB Games. This is a complete betrayal of trust and an insult to fans and collectors.

This used to be THE place to go when I was a teenager. Good selection of comic books and mangas! Also a good location to find collectables. If they don't have it, you can ask and they'll see if they can get it in for you!

Although this is subject to change, I've gotten a supercilious vibe from the staff on more than one occasion. Perhaps that is expected from a comic book store.

Mtg single prices have started to become more fair. FRIENDLY FIVE STAR STAFF. Love the manga selection. I wish downstairs would be cleaned up a little. Something more modern. Just a personal preference!

The only real problem I had with the store is the filing of graphic novels. Love that they aren’t grouped by publisher, but the column-based alphabetization is somewhat counterintuitive. Otherwise, it’s focus is on books instead of collectibles, great selection of reading materials, friendly and helpful staff, and plenty of space to move.

This is a great comic book shop with a lot of other paraphernalia. Unlike many shops this place is clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. The back issues are well organized as are the trade paperbacks. They also have a reasonable selection of collectible comics. They even have a discount rack from gently damaged books. I loved it and I'll definitely be back.

Good stuff, was just looking for manga and there was plenty for most tastes. Nice merchandise too.

They sell MTG cards based on SGC prices without currency exchange rate conversation.

Does it have everything? No.
Does any store have everything you could desire? No.
Does anyone, who isn't a sociopath, expect every store to have everything they desire? No.

What makes this store notable is the little surprises you can find. They may not have the specific graphic novel volume you want, but that book over there looks neat, and, suddenly, you have a new series/writer/artist/creator to get into.

Nicely laid out store with lots of product. But now one asked me if I need help or was looking for anything.

Been to both stores many times and I always enjoy the experience every time. Staff are helpful when you need to find a comic series and if they dont have it, they try and order it for you. Great selection of board games and merchandise.

Went here for Free Comic Book day and was very impressed walking through the store for the first time. They have a large selection of comics, and collectibles. Will be making frequent visits in the future.

This is the main place my partner and I go to for new board games or anything geek related. Love the staff.

Some things are a bit overpriced but I still find it has a lot of the better prices in comic shops yet.

They are continually expanding their boardgame area which I love. They also have lots of collectables and comics/graphic novels. Amazing selection and at good prices
