This is the worst pharmacy that I’ve been to.
Several days after contacting them the first time and receiving no word back, I called them again. They had forgotten about my order, so I gave them all of the information again and we restarted the process.
They then told me that the prescription would be ready by the next morning at the latest and that they would call me. After several days, they still hadn’t.
When I contacted them again, they told me that they had called me many times but that I never picked up. I verified that they had the correct phone number on file and that my phone’s call history had nothing from them.
They then told me that I would need to pay them $100 before they could begin the process of making the prescription.
I took the prescription to a different pharmacy. They were kind, made it in 10 minutes, and it costed $20.

Wrong timings on internet. Calling the pharmacy since morning no one picks up. It's only upto 7pm not 9pm. Disappointed to get the door closed on my face not visiting here again.

They quoted me $89 for my prescription and said it would take 24 to 48 hours. I went to a different compounding pharmacy in Brampton. They mixed it up for me right away and charged $28.

Unprofessional staff. I will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. It’s better to go somewhere else

I, like many other reviewers, suggest Google does their job properly, when posting store hours (and saying they were confirmed)!
It's posted here that the store is open until 6pm, on a Sunday (confirmed 2 weeks ago), but, When I drove the hour, from my location, to get there, I was welcomed by a permanent store hours sign saying it closed @4! Well there's a tank of gas, and 2 hours of my life I wont get back I'll

Honestly this pharmacy is so disappointing. Many compound pharmacies are there but these guys want payment upfront - tell you it will take 2 days to make and its been over 2 weeks. They don’t answer the phones. The hours of operation are wrong. They were supposed to call when I went to try and pick after a 1 week late. This is MEDICINE - they should NOT be allowed to be this delayed. THERE SHOULD BE LEGAL ACTION TAKEN.

Scammers who do not care about public health! I bought a container at the beginning of the month that indicated that it is 70% ethanol hand sanitizer, but I recently removed the added labels to find out it’s a pain relief cream which contains the controlled substances Gabapentin and Ketamine. Very unhappy and will be filing a lawsuit against this crooked pharmacy.

Antonio is definitely good at what he does! He (not my my doctor) recommended “Neuroprofen” when I went in to buy 2 wrist braces. I have never felt such relief and the numbness is slowly fading! I have even started using this on my knees! Absolutely amazing. I have some to my niece who is a hairstylist as well and has carpel tunnel syndrome and now she is hooked! Thank you Compounding Centre,
