The Concierge Club

I worked for the Concierge Club December of 2019 for the gift wrapping program and it was a 10/10 experience. The management on site were amazing as well as my colleagues. The whole program was very well organized, the staff were super helpful and dealt with everything in a very professional matter. I would definitely recommend working for this company.

I was hired as a Gift Wrapper for 2019 Christmas season. I hadn’t been apart of this business before, but I’m sure happy when my mom had seen an ad on Kijiji for gift wrappers. This was right up my alley.

I was hired as a Gift Wrapper for 2019 Christmas season. I hadn’t been apart of this business before. So it was my first year. My expectations were that I would be apart of a fun thing to do during Christmas. I met so many wonderful people both males and females. It turned out I was Facebook friends with one of the guys. It was incredibly fun and thrilling to wrap for customer who wanted the service. Thank you Jordan, Derek & Ramya!

I loved gift wrapping from small to very large and everything in between. I used my gift wrapping skills from when I had worked in a bridal registry store.

I remember there was this customer that one of the Brand Ambassadors’ was talking to and said she only had 10 minutes to wait. So, one of the BA’s brought it to the back, relayed the message that they only had ten minutes to wait. They handed the gift to me, I proceeded to take the measurements of the paper, the ribbon got the present wrapped within 6 minutes of doing the transaction, wrapping of the gift & handing it off back to the BA’s they were quite impressed from what I remember.

The Concierge Club is a well-run company that cares about details and giving customers the best experience possible. Employees are trained well and management does an excellent job of keeping things organized. A wonderful company to work for and a great team to be a part of.

A company with some amazing opportunities and a great atmosphere. There were a few snags with communication that caused some grief on both ends but everything got worked out. Goals are clearly set out and worked out to be realistic, not fabricated or unattainable.

I had a great experience gift wrapping last year. It was my first time and I was a little nervous but everyone is super welcoming and chill but knows when to get down to business and be professional. I will definitely be going back this year.

This past Christmas I worked with the concierge club and it was truly amazing. I got to learn about customer service, hitting monetary target goals and working with diverse teams. I have been working with the Concierge Club at the Cadillac Fairview Gift Wrap Valet program since 2018. Thanks to Concierge, for their generosity and given us a wonderful and creative Christmas job! Loved working with their beautiful selection of wrapping papers! Also, the team were helpful with tips on wrapping challenging presents. They posted up pictures and videos, as well. It has been a delightful, and a good learning experience! Professional and personal.

I have worked the Gift Valet program with Concierge Club for the past 2 years and am so excited to do it again this year! The company themselves are great at training but what I love most is how accommodating they are with scheduling and availability. The Gift Valet program is so much fun, plus you get to meet and work with so many fun and amazing people! I wish we had more opportunities in my town with Concierge Club as I'd probably sign up for them all!

I have worked the gift valet program for the Concierge Club for the past 3 years and it was a great experience each time. Got to work with amazing staff that helped each other out. And the management team is very good at communicating and are very organized. They also pay on time and I never had any payment problems. Team works makes the dream work.

I had a great time working for this company this past holiday season. The program itself was ran really well and the company paid on time and was super easy to communicate with. Overall I would love working for them again! I will definitely try to work the holiday gift wrapping program again.

I worked for the Concierge gift wrapping job for 2 years now and I am planning on working there next Christmas season as well! Both years I had a ton of fun wrapping the gifts and chatting with the other gift wrappers. From the BAs and manager to the gift wrappers, everyone was friendly and professional. The streamlined process from the first interview to placement to scheduling really sets The Concierge club apart from all other agencies. It really eased my nerves as it was my first time working with them this year, but I came out of my first experience a happy camper! Transparency and effective communication is a tough thing to find in multilevel agencies, but they have this thing figured out. I really appreciated the processes and structures they have in place that make for a fun and safe environment. Definitely a 5 star agency in my books!

The gift wrapping experience with the concierge club was very chill. Nadia was such a delightful manager.i hope she does it again in december, i'd love working with her again.the wrapping paper was super cute and my co-workers were fun and always ready to work, very knowledgeable on that to do considering it was my first time.even when it got super busy, it still ran smoothly.i appreciate this job.taught me how to wrap gifts which i never knew how to do before.cant wait to do it again in december. I worked in the Gift Wrapping Valet program last December and it was a great experience. The program was really well organized and the staff were super helpful and caring. They had all the tools and equipment prepared well beforehand so there were no shortages of gift wrapping items. They were understanding of all the schedule changes despite it being so hectic during the program. I really enjoyed working with everyone there, it was a really great work environment and I would definitely like to work with them again!
