The Corner Place

I hardly ever, IF EVER go to a place where I liked everything I ate. My friend and I got the katsu fish taco, the Japanese style chicken taco, and the prime rib burger. All the dishes were delicious! The breading on the fish and chicken was perfect and super crispy. The staff were also very personable and kind. I loved the music they played as well. I definitely recommend dining here and will come back again:)

Great spot for grabbing a drink or a bite before heading out for the night. Chilled vibe and friendly atmosphere.

The meal was amazing. My coworkers and I thoroughly enjoyed the jerk chicken, chickpea curry, veggies and rice. So delicious! Thank you!

I fear the chef will leave for a 'posh' restaurant.the appetizers were better than most high end restaurants -given that The Corner Place is a 'Pub'. Try the Ahi Tuna or the poutine.

Enjoyed the music, they had a person playing live which was lovely. The lay out was pretty laid back it wasn’t crowded, chairs were comfy after a long day of exploring.
The food was good. I had gotten “The Big Jerk Burger” the mango salsa there was a little much sauce but it had paired well with the chicken, chicken was made good it was juicy not too much seasoning and the jerk aioli was good. With a side of sweet potato fries made just the right amount of crips and chewiness.
The bartender was quick to react, clean and juggle his time efficiently. He gave me menus I felt like I didn’t have to wait for my food & drinks.
The menu goes for Korean & Japanese style food in a modern day classy bar setting. Where you can go with friends to chat, enjoy laughs & good music.

Love this spot. Their dishes are amazing and very friendly staff. This is my 4th visit and it did not disappoint. Great food, staff and location.

Stumbled upon this place for a quick lunch and bite to eat. Drinks were good - we had a margarita, Moscow mule, espresso martini and an IPA between the table. Good small plates and sharables. Highly recommend the truffle fries to share.

This place is seriously to die for. The food is 10/10. They treated myself and some nursing coworkers for nursing week and we could not be more grateful. Our bellies and hearts are full. Thank you so much, we love you!

Fantastic food for surprisingly good prices. I've been there three times, had different things each time and have been impressed every time!

Overall a terrific place for drinks and shareables.had the JFC taco, Japanese style fried chicken and a local IPA. Some live music later in the night also.

Amazing food, great vibes and exceptional service! While waiting they provided a little greenhouse with free wine tasting which was a plus, will be coming back!

I went here with some friends on a Tuesday night. They usually have trivias on these nights, and it was lots of fun. The food was good (regular pub stuff) but I saw a few other interesting meals I can try next time. If you are looking for a weekday getaway relaxing fun time this is it (at least on trivia nights, i am not sure how the other nights are). You can go afterwork, eat, laugh and get home in time to have a good night's rest for work the next day!

We got two orders of butter chicken (one vegetarian). The chicken dish was almost room temperature, but vegetarian came out hot. The curry was a little too sweet for our liking.

The atmosphere and service were great, but I found the food bland tasting and cold. Got the florence benny's and within 5 minutes it was at the table with very little with no taste hollandaise sauce and cold.

Came here with some friends and we sat in the greenhouse out front which gave a cute romantic vibe. I found the menus a bit limiting but the baked Brie with truffle was unreal, I thoroughly enjoyed my jerk burger and I like spice of the spicy margaritas. Definitely worth the pictures.

We went on Friday night, called in advance and booked to be seated in the outdoor heated area. Although we were the only people there, they turned on the heating for us and provided a great service.
The food is great, we had the big jerk burger and the regular burger. Both were delicious, but the regular burger was amazing.
We also had mojito and tried several beers

Tasty food! VERY fast service (our food came less than 15 minutes after we ordered!), charming decor and plants and stuff, a lot of good options on the menu but i would totally recommend the shakshouka and the eggs benny!

This place us a hidden GEM! The drinks were great along with the friendly staff. But the food was top notch. I'm very particular when it comes to pub food.but their wings.fries and burgers were a 15 out of 10. SIMPLY AMAZINGGGGGG! I will definitely be back!
