I was extremely impressed with the clinic and staff. The clinic itself was aesthetically beautiful. Plus it was “quiet” which I prefer. Initially my appointment was a consultation with Mia, the Nurse Manager. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very attentive. She put me at ease. All this to say, I have decided to book my appointments with The Cosmetic Clinic.

Incredible service! Nurse Chelsea and the receptionist were very kind, welcoming! This definitely won’t be my last time. I recommend to everyone! Nurse Chelsea takes the time to make you comfortable, at ease! She listens to you, answers all your questions and does her best to give exceptional service. This is an amazing clinic.

The cosmetic clinic is one of the best clinic in Ottawa. The staff here are professional and knowledgeable.

I got a hydrafacial with dermaplaning for the first time and it was a great experience. The facial left my skin feeling hydrated, smooth and clean. It left my skin glowing and healthy.

I got a mini plump with nurse Brianna and love how natural my results are. I was nervous since it was my first time getting lip filler but Brianna kept me informed throughout the process and made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend nurse Brianna if you are looking for an injector who will listen to your goals.

I’m having a great experience with my protocol that is going on at The Cosmetic Clinic. Nurse Luiza is the best, she is super knowledgeable and kind. She suggested the best treatments for my skin concerns and I’m very happy with the results so far. If you want to get a fresh and natural look, go book your appointment with her.

I had an excellent time at the Cosmetic Clinic, with nurse Brianna. I went for my first laser hair removal treatment. I was very nervous about the treatment and also talking about my insecurity of my unwanted hair. However, Brianna made me feel very comfortable by creating a plan of care and explaining the device, the procedure and after care. Brianna made this into a very positive experience and I'm looking forward to my next treatment!

They look amazing and natural, her attention to detail is fantastic and my lips look better than I could have ever imagined! I’ve gone to the Cosmetic Clinic twice, the first time was with Nurse Connor, and the second time was with Nurse Alexandra, and both times I was very impressed. They were professional but also kind and made me feel comfortable. They are great at what they do. I will be going back!

I just had my very first micro needling session with Mia Ippoliti. I was apprehensive at first as I didn’t know what to expect. I shouldn’t have worried! AMAZING! I got my lip fillers and I’m obsessed, she knows exactly what she’s doing! She makes it very comfortable and easy to go through the process, I was very scared at first, but now I’m very confident about her work. Nurse Chelsey has a client for life in me! I am SO SO happy I stumbled open her after viewing some before and afters on someone's Instagram page that I followed who had similar lines than me. I am BEYOND happy with the results, she just fixed what bothered me and it looks natural and amazing. Wondering how I didn't do this sooner but better late then never.
