First of all, The Countertop Depot has a truly impressive choice of product, covering a range of materials, prices, and colours. Took a while to choose, but I eventually found the perfect countertop for my kitchen. Nancy explained the process and from then on it was pretty easy going. A template was created, and the order placed, with dates set for install. No delays - the installation crew were great - punctual, friendly, and efficient. No problems at all. Kitchen looks absolutely amazing and I'm thrilled to bits. Thanks, all!

Our experience with countertop depot in our recent kitchen upgrade was very positive. The staff were very patient with us as we took our time to ensure we picked the perfect quartz for our counters and they were, by far, the most reasonably priced countertop supplier/installers we found. The installers were friendly and quick; however, we did notice some marks on the quartz after they had already left. Countertop Depot was quick to respond to our request to have someone come polish out the marks that they advised were from the wrap that was on the quartz before delivery. We absolutely love our new counters! Unfortunately, the server was not allowing me to upload photos of the new counters. I will try to add after posting.

Outstanding Customer Service from start to finish. I assisted my parents to procure a new countertop. Melissa in the showroom took our ideas and quickly pulled out 4 - 5 samples and had them narrowed down to 3 quickly. We took them home to see how they would fit into the kitchen environment. Melissa took her time to explain the process from measurement to installation to my parents. Al, who came to do the measurements was friendly and thorough. Staff called us to remind us of the installation date and what we need to have done before the team arrived. Jason and Shane took the time to lay down flooring covering to ensure the hardwood floor would not be damaged. While they quickly took off the old countertop, they ensured the cabinets were not damaged in the process and did a fantastic job in installing the new quartz countertop. Both took the time to answer our questions and provided tips for the ongoing maintenance. This was one of the best interactions. In less than 6 weeks my parents’ kitchen has been transformed. Kudos to the Countertop Depot Team!

From quote to install this was a very smooth process. Scheduling and payment were made easy and the team that came in to do the template and then the install were efficient and professional. Mitch and Shane were very experienced and efficient installers. Mitch even helped me with an unrelated issue while he was here with his wealth of home reno experience and knowledge. Definitely would recommend and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Had a great experience. We had a complicated countertop project. A few crooked walls and a layout that presented some challenges. Everything ended up fitting great. The installer went out of his way to polish out one of the mistakes I made installing a shower sill and touched up my caulking job. Definitely went the extra mile. They were even priced way better than a competitor in town.
