I want to thank everyone at The Cove with respect to assisting us to make the purchase of our new boat a wonderful experience. First of all we would like to thank Bob Beeles for his patience and grace with us. He is a true gentleman who wanted to ensure that we choose the right boat for our needs. At no point did we ever feel pressured. Secondly, if he didn’t have an answer for us he researched it till he could properly give us the correct information.
I would also like to personally thank Dave who is an owner at The Cove. He is very approachable and very personable. This was such a refreshing experience that solidified our trust in the company.
Duane was our technician and he exceeded all of our expectations. He is a true master of his art. Thank you for all of your attention to detail. Well done.

support. You also returned all of our calls in a timely fashion. You are a wizard making things happen. Congratulations!
In the end we chose to buy a Hewes 240 Ocean Pro. It’s truly the best boat that we have ever driven on the choppy waters of Georgian Bay. It’s the perfect boat for us and we couldn’t be happier with it. Thank you all.

Purchased a boat through these guys, or should I say put a deposit down. They delayed the arrival of the boat, then told me they would have to take away some options and charge me more money to get the same boat that they had already made the deal on. Right in the middle of COVID.clearly.trying to get more money than the deal they made with me as prices skyrocketed. The boat was further delayed into the following season. We requested our deposit back and they refused to give it back advising it was non-refundable. Save yourself the headache and go to a reputable dealership.trust me.you will thank me in the end.

Dealt with Owen with respect to a rental. It was fast, efficient, easy and a pleasure dealing with him. Pricing was more than fair.

We will definitely return for another rental or perhaps a purchase.

Too much on the marketing: a guy boats right up to my dock and hops on, freaked me right out, he had a large plastic bag full of flyers that he was gonna leave right on my dock. I'm not even close to lake Joseph. This will fall into the lake if people aren't around (most aren't on a Wednesday).

I recently called the service department to enquire about getting the shifter cable repaired on my Seadoo boat. I purchased the boat new in 2005 from The Cove. I was told, by a less than pleasant lady, that it’s difficult to get parts for my boat and that they don’t service boats that old.aka get lost! I had recently enquired about, and came to look at a couple of used Seadoo Challengers in stock, 2009 vintage. I’m not sure I’m comfortable purchasing another boat from The Cove when they likely wont service it.

Bought a Seadoo Challenger 230 today.can't say enough about my amazing experience from start to finish.

From Bob providing an accurate and honest answer to each of my many questions before arriving to test the boat.

To allyssa welcoming me upon arrival to the sales center, guiding me through the purchase process and taking me to and through the boat prior to the water test. As well as counting the cash without a single "serious" complaint.

To the jet boat king showing me how to use the boat and taking me on a great test ride.

And Jeff getting the boat ready to be trailered and truly caring that it was safe, secure and ready to go.

These guys really care and make you feel like you are talking to a long time friend from the moment you walk in.

Wouldn't recommend anywhere else for any boating or pwc needs. I know I'll be revisiting for my next aquatic purchase even though it's a three hour drive from my house. For this level of service it is worth the drive.

Recently bought a boat at The Cove after having a less than optimal experience at another dealer/manufacturer. Bob Eeles was fantastic to deal with, he walked me through my options, did not try to oversell me on anything and under promised and over delivered on everything. Quoted 2 weeks for delivery and had the boat ready in one. Texted me pictures of the water test and boat prep throughout the week unprompted. When I pulled into the yard for pickup and backed up to the boat he had my trailer connected and ready to go before I even got out. Great walk through on delivery and an overall seamless, fun and low pressure experience.

Nick Spruce is fantastic! I purchased a 2022 Seadoo RXT-X and Nick was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and kept me update as the machine was being prepared. Highly recommended.

Sent her a little too silly on our first ride up in Cochrane Ontario. Ran into some fellers during my journey, said to stop in at The Cove and their team would hook me up with the parts I needed. Sure enough their team had my parts in faster than the first beer on a Monday morning. Shout out to Ryan and Nick for their help! I’ll be dealing with the Cove team in the future.

I wanted to leave a few comments re Nick Spruce in sales.

Nick helped me with my brand new ’23 Skid Doo BC 850. Not the typical sales experience.

I brought my wife and two very young daughters by and my wife had commented that she was very impressed.

Nick is down to earth, incredibly personable and very passionate about sleds. He was legitimately excited to help me with my new Ski Doo product. I felt like he was almost as excited as I was for my first BRP 850. Nick answered questions into the late hours of the evenings via text. He kept an eye on the build with numerous accessories being dealership installed.

I’m the kind of person that is over the top with machines. I have ceramic coatings on my vehicles and wash them off with leaf blowers…. I noticed while inspecting my new machine in the shop that it had some very minor swirl marks in the black cowling. Inevitable probably. Nick was good enough to have it waxed and cleaned up. It all made for an exciting pick-up day. Nick was very concerned about my experience along the way and re iterated to me that buying a new machine should be “fun” and that he wanted to ensure it was.

An overall excellent experience with Nick at the Cove. This is not my first machine and will not be my last from The Cove dealing with Nick.

Nick went so far as to have some small, custom decals made up with my two little girls names so I could include them on my sled.

Great experience. I look forward to being back this winter for more oil.

My father is going to be 90 and bought his first sled ever at 80 years old from the Cove. He sold it and bought another brand new one from them in 2019. The Cove services his sled and they do an outstanding job. They do not try to over sell service and do what is needed not what will make them more money. The staff is very friendly and they all know there products, be it sleds.boats and equipment. I highly recommand them to buy from or service your toys!

I purchased a 2022 through snowcheck from another dealer because the spots were all taken at The Cove. Now I’ve been issued a recall notice. In sept I inquired about getting the recall repaired at the Cove and they advised me to call back late Nov, early Dec. I did call in Dec and was asked if I had purchased the sled there. Since I didn’t purchase it at the Cove, my repair would be done after all the purchasing customers. I was given the option to drop it off and they might get at it after Christmas.
In the past I have purchased many accessories and parts from the Cove. They treated me well at the parts desk. I would give them 5 stars. As for the treatment that I was given from service, I’ve decided to take my business to another dealer. They gave me an appointment time and date to have the repair completed. They never asked me if I purchased the sled there.

We've followed Nick from St-Onge in Barrie to The Cove. Nick has been an amazing sales person for us over the years with all of our winter or summer toys. He always makes sure to take care of us so we don't mind the extra drive for exceptional service. Whether it's parts, service, accessories or apparels you need, he's always a phone call away to get you what you need and if he's not around, the friendly staff at The Cove is equally amazing and welcoming!

When deciding on Spring checking a brand new snowmobile I wanted to shop as local as possible as it’s generally good karma all around. I regret to say that the most local dealers were either too busy or just didn’t care enough to provide the necessary communications / follow ups to proceed in taking my deposit money and place the order.

Moving onto the main positive note here I ultimately reached out to The Cove and had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Spruce. It was an awesome experience from start to finish and possibly one of the easiest and smoothest transactions I’ve had while buying a new machine.

Nothing but spot on communication, knowledge and attention to detail. It’s clear Nick has a passion for the motorsport and as someone from sales I can honestly say that passion for product within the retail world is a rare quality these days! Furthermore, Nick stayed open past closing hours to accommodate my lengthy after work commute, proper presentation and a professional run down for operation on any new machine. After helping load up the machine onto my trailer to get it home I left a very happy customer.

Living 2 hours away, I called my parts order in to a girl at parts to have my wife pick it up on her way back. Bought a few hundred dollars worth, and a major part of the order was gear oil. I Specifically said that I needed a min of 19 oz for a full fluid change. Girl on the other end said there is lots, just pour what I need out of the container. She was not really on the ball that is for sure, as she sent only a bottle with only 12 oz's. I now will have to make another trip to another brp dealer to pick up another. She seemed like she just wanted me off the phone when I called, so I assume she did not really pay any attention to the order. I wish people would understand the problem they create when they do NOT do their jobs. Unfortunate to loose a customer when you make simple mistakes that could be prevented. Girl on the phone wasn't very helpful that's for sure.
