Food is really good!

Music is so loud you can't hear yourself or anyone else: (

Service was great but the food was not. $30 for wings that were way over cooked and the pasta we had was terrible. Really disappointed with my first visit.

I am very disappointed. I came with my daughter and friend of mine. I ordered avocado taco salad and asked for extra grilled chicken and fries for my little one. We have been waiting for so long. When we finally got that food, the fries were soaking with oil and my grilled chicken were missing. When I asked about it they told me 3 more minutes. But I've waited about 10. However when I got it I couldn't believe it! I still remember that horrible smell. It wasn't fresh and I am pregnant!
The waitress said sorry but she didn't care. She didn't even ask if I want something instead. She just took that plate and got going. Then u asked for any other protein. She didn't even know what they have in the menu.
I remembered there were shrimps so I asked for them. But I can't say they were good too. Maybe fresh at least but gummy
I will 100% never come again

We went to the Crooked Cue for a recent Corporate Event with a group of 30. I can't say enough great things about this place, and the staff! Starting with the owner, John, who assisted in making sure that our event went smoothly, and that it did - without a hitch! It was perfect! The Hostess and bartender and other staff were so accommodating and treated everyone as if they were the best of friends! The atmosphere was like Family and Friends getting together for a great night out! Food was amazing; everyone raved about it! We all had a great time playing ping pong and pool; there was even a bit of competition between the Leadership team and their staff! (LOL) So much fun! I would recommend The Crooked Cue for your next event! You will be glad that you did! You're welcome in advance!:)

Food is fab and never disappoints. Their pear and feta salad is scrumptious and so is their jambalaya. I've had the Jambalaya few times now and the spiciest level was perfect for me. Highly recommend the food here. Will come back to comment on their drinks next time!

Worst worst and world worst service I have ever experienced
I’m writing this with couple of beers I had and
They never serve extra beer for Indians More than 2 per person
We are 10 people who saw the review and went to this place and “STELLA” is the girl who served us, she started serving kindly but after couple of beers, WE NEVER DISTURBED ANYONE and she blindly complained to the managers that we were over drunk and she started humiliating to all the Indians with full of their racist behavior.

This bar should have been banned and steeled forever.

Nice selection of beers, including local ones, and friendly service.

Pool table was $30 an hour, which seems extortionate (compared to the UK anyway). This price does not include tax, or a tip (suggested tip started from 18% for the whole bill (including the pool table, not just the served drinks).

Too expensive - would not visit again.

Also, I understand this is more of a North American thing, but making the waitresses wear low-cut tops and short skirts seems a bit outdated, don't you think?

The Texas nachos were good but come Hungary, The portion is huge good for shearing. Looking onto the street gives q different experience.

We held our award ceremonies event in the upstairs portion of the restaurant, which suited perfect for a venue. Very well laid out platform with ample TVs, allowing us to play media through during the nights event. The retractable roof makes for a perfect setting, offering a true open atmosphere. The Silver Salmon organization would definitely recommend this venue for any event.

I have been to multiple places and bars.this is one of the worst bar where they have the worst customer service in Canada. I am. It sure what service means to them.they are not the one to judge how intoxicated we are.the manager seems to be need more training to be a manager. Seems to be causing a ruckus to us and spoiled our day. If u need some good time go somewhere have good time.they are providing a service to us for what we pay. They shouldn't say what we need to do. Unnecessary nuisance kind of words not yo say what we do judge us.

The place was good, less crowded on a Sunday evening, which was a surprise. Decent music. They also have pool tables. The service was good.

Security told my friends and i we have to be 21 to enter? Drinking age is 19 and we are all 20? Literally what is this place

Great ambiance and service! Their on tap draught options are amazing. Also very delicious options for vegetarians. Value for money!

The service was great our server was just awesome, food was ok, nothing I would come back for, pizza was salty for my taste and calamari was chewy.pool table were very well maintained and we did have a good time playing pool.

This is my family's preferred place to host large gatherings and special celebrations. And with their amazing new retractable roof on their second-floor patio, the ambiance is now even better. Don't miss the cauliflower appetizer or their wine *on tap*. Owners have great selection of Canadian micro-brews too. Pool tables are in pristine condition.

Met some family from out of town. Owner himself was so nice, made an exception of accomodating us at a big table.

The service was great! We only had nachos and beer but will definitely go back. Friendly and inviting with great food.can't go wrong!

I visited the Crooked Cue with a large group of friends and had an outstanding experience. Our waitress was able to recommend a variety of tasty dishes ideal for sharing. The dishes were served quickly and everything was delicious. The chef makes their own pizza dough in house and the pizza tasted so fresh. The fish tacos and wings were also a huge hit with our group. Their local house wine is on tap and was outstanding, and their cocktails were so smooth. They also have a huge and gorgeous event space upstairs with a retractable roof! Amazing. Can't recommend this gem highly enough, you won't be disappointed!

Wasn’t really impressed with the first visit to this Bar. I was disappointed with the customer service- the bar was busy and this is what you expect on weekends but that shouldn’t effect your services. We were a table of 5 and kept asking for suggestions for drinks and food but barely got any. The food wasn’t that great too except for the nachos. The ambience is actually good - they have good music and pool tables to play but expect a long wait.
Overall experience not so good.
