we also got the toast and it was very powdery
everything was devoured in the end

I have been there more than 1000 times, used to be my favourite spot before TODAYY. I love the sugar donuts and apparently they dont make it anymore. I was waiting in the line and asked the barista rude woman can i use the washroom and i thought she said customer is inside so i waited and was ready to order meanwhile went to see if anyone is there and it was empty i used it and afterwards i was going to order but the VERY RUDE woman had a very bad attitude and kept answering my questions very rudely, and i asked her about the donuts and she screamed at me saying Noooo we dont have them. Such a shame for this place with such a pooor customer service. I will let all my friends that live in the area know about what happened and make sure not to go to CUPS STEELES so you wouldn't get to treat anyone else like that!

Small size is perfect. Ordered the seasonal special called blossom. Very tasty. The sweetness level was balanced with the milky flavor. There was also peach jam inside the ice that enhance the flavor.

Seating is a bit cramped, but the drinks are amazing. Highly recommend the einspanner, especially the matcha one.

They layer the bingsu which is absolutely brilliant. Should literally trademark this idea. I really disliked bingsu because after the initial toppings, it’s just ice underneath. But this place made me love it and i’m happy!

Tried a few of their bingsu and they were not as good as I hoped. I’ve heard of this place and have wanted to try it for years. I normally go to SnowTime at midland and finch which uses fresh fruits and have very fine snow. At The Cups, they don’t use fresh fruits for the mango and peach we tried which made the bingsu not taste as good.

Really friendly service. Tried their sweet potato latte and it was a savoury, cheesy drink that compliment the sweet bingsu nicely

We tried the mango, tiramisu, and blossom bingsus, as well as the earl grey latte. While we found that the blossom and tiramisu bingsus were okay, we would NOT recommend the mango one. Unlike other bingsu places, Cups uses defrosted frozen mangos. The large size is only $1 more than the regular size, but much much larger. Large sizes are shown in the picture. Other bingsu places taste much better and use higher quality toppings, therefore I would not highly recommend Cups. There is also only a 1-hr seating limit here.

Delicious bingsu! I got the mango flavor and it was SOOO good! Also the workers were very polite!

Absolutely Delicious! Mango shaved ice was perfectly sweet without too much condensed milk. The tiramisu croffle was mouth watering, crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. Taro and earl teas were yummy; good refreshers after a meal. And their logo is so cute!

We ordered 3 bingsus and 2 croffles at around 8: 30 on Sunday evening. The server told us that they will be closed at 9, so we will have 30min. However, since it was quite busy and our order took over 20min to come. By 9pm, the server literally told us they are closed. Totally ridiculous and she was not friendly at all. We left without finishing our desserts. Will not go back.

The place is so cozy and the owners are so great with the customers. The food we ordered are all delicious. We ordered green tea bingsu, tiramisu cupcake, carbonara tteokbokki and latte. The owner made us a special half/half ttiokbokki. The experience was great!

The price is fair for the amount of bingsu given. The description was not accurate to the picture as ALL bingsu has cream cheese like Blocks inside except mango as it mentions only mango, icecream and mango purée. Once I got it, it had the cheese blocks that wasn’t mentioned and I’m lactose and tolerant. I wished that their description is true to their words. Never coming back here again.

C, S, L 아마도 cup, small, large 인듯 한데 아무튼 랄지 로 3개 시켰는데 4명이서 부족했어요.
옆에 카페 로긴 사람 많아서 여기로 왔는데 텅텅 비어있더라구요. 이유를 알겠어용. ㅠㅠ 카페 로긴해서 한개 둘이서 나눠 먹어도 너무 많아서 못 먹는데 가격은 더 착하다는.
맛은 있었는데 가성비
Their bingsoos are too tiny.
Compared to Cafe Login to its left, the price is higher and the quantity is much less. Taste was similar, but it was half the size of what you can get at its neighbouring competitor.
I recommend you wait if there aren't any seats at Cafe Login and not make the mistake we did coming here due to seat shortages next door.

One of my favourite bingsu places, the customer service is usually really good. With my most recent experience, the card machine didn’t work and it was a bit inconvenient to go to a nearby BMO. But, they gave a discount and a free cookie. The bingsu is usually consistent and really good and I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys bingsu.

It's a cute dessert place! Nice interior and bingsu to die for, very insta-worthy as well. Other desserts include cakes, drinks, croissant waffles.

Ordered our usual favourite injeolmi to go but this time the mochi was hard like cheese curd cubes not chewy at all, and we did seriously thought maybe they just forgot to add the actual mochi and this was just something else, so we went back and I even waited till no other customers were around and asked nicely if this was mochi because it’s really hard in texture not the ones before. The answer she gave me was “‘Maybe it’s just a bit frozen…” and that was it.

That explains why the mochi size has shrunk to 1/4 the size (refer to my photos) don’t know how many days it's been in the fridge or what she said freezer?

Just sad it’s not the same anymore, since we drove all the way from downtown.

The bingsus here never fail to amaze me. I have tried coffee, injeolmi, tiramisu, oreo, green grape, and strawberry so far and all of them have been fantastic. I personally prefer the coffee flavour the most despite not being a huge fan of coffee, although I think the tiramisu flavour might be an overlooked gem.

Service is friendly and quick for the most part unless the place is super busy. Expect long waits if the place is packed and don't come here too late as they might run out of ice towards the end of the day.

I visit here whenever I crave Korean bingsu. My friend and I ordered cheese bingsu and brick toast and they are so so good.
Also, the kind and friendly staffs made my day:)

You HAVE to have the churro croffle and the cake bingsu here. They are out of this world. Best bingsu and best croffle in the GTA, hands down.

An amazing place to fall in love with Bingsu if you have never tried this Korean delicacy before.

Bingsu (Korean: 빙수), sometimes written as bingsoo, is a Korean shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings that may include chopped fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup, and red beans.

The restaurant staff are courteous and greets customers as soon as they enter. Portions are generous for the Bingsu however the Tteok-bokki might leave you feeling hungry.

Must go for their Bingsu! You can share one between two or three people!

Didn’t get to try their deserts but went there for their rice cakes, the portion was small but the taste was good. Will come back to try their deserts. Service was okay

Loved the tiramisu shaved milk ice cream. I haven't tried this type of ice cream before and I loved it! It looks huge but it is actually very light.

All the foods and drinks I order were surprisingly delicious! And all staffs gave me nice service with smiles, I really wanna come again soon!

Highly recommend the tiramisu cake and black sesame bingsu. Their croffles are also delicious. They don't have much tables so there will be a wait especially on the weekends but worth it!

First time going. Ordered for two and after 30 mins of waiting for the order, the cashier gave us one item. He never ended up putting our second item that we had ordered, on this current order. Extremely disappointed that we had to wait 30 mins for shaved ice and unripe mangos on top with some sauce drizzled over.

The place is quiet small and quaint but the food and drinks are good and reasonably priced. The staff and everyone are very friendly as well.

It was a really cute place to take my friends, the 빙수 had the perfect level of sweetness for me, though I'm not a big sweet tooth. I got the mango and my friend got the tiramasu 빙수 so If you're more of a sweet tooth I'd say get that one!
The server was really sweet and patient with me and my friends as they ordered, i also really liked my earl grey latte that came to me hot, it tasted nostalgic
I really hope to go there again even if it was just a little crowded:)

I love Korean desserts! This place has many options and consistent quality. Service is nice and quick. Would definitely recommend this place.
