Best momos in town!

Ordered food for a small gathering. Food turned out great and their momos were delicious. Special thanks to Naman who helped me with the order and he made sure all my requirements were met. Had a great experience and will be ordering food from them in future.

You know you're at the right Indian restaurant when you're the only non-Indian who is there. The service is excellent, food is delish and authentic (yes I know what I'm saying). I loved the steamed veggie momos but my friend didn't share my excitement (to even this out, I took away one star). She thoroughly enjoyed the lamb curry we ordered. The naan was freshly baked and handmade, clearly not from a package. We both enjoyed the butter chicken. My first time there, I ordered channa masala, which is my fave curry and the one I order (besides butter chicken) to decide whether to go back or not. There is mainly one con: there is no seating. This is very smart for the business to keep costs low and to transfer that low cost to an affordable price for the customers, but I do wish they even had a small space because for someone like me who doesn't live close, it would be nice to eat the meal fresh and not have to reheat at home. This is why I put 3 stars for atmosphere. I wasn't sure I could give stars for this point due to its take out set up nature, but the customer service and authenticity have to get points.

The friendly attitude when we walk in the restaurant to answering all the queries about the food to all the tastiest food in the world this place is the best!

I ordered with skip the dishes so i wanted to put a review of 5 stars for food but didnt wanna affect the rating for service/atmosphere negatively which im sure are excellent if I went there myself. Despite being in gladstone and im all the way in vanier the food was still hot n delicious. Got the lamb vindaloo with mango lassi, garlic naan, and zeera rice. Lamb was soo tender n easy to pull apart. The sauce had spice n not overwhelming and the lassi was refreshing. The naan and rice soaked up the sauce really well. Ty for the food. Will definitely order again.

Food is super delicious I had butter chicken, butter naan & tawa roti, everything was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant. Had tandoori momos for the 1st time in Canada & they were mouthwatering & delicious

One of the finest tandoori Momos in Town. They give the proper taste of Delhi tandoori momos. There tandoori malai paneer momos, tandoori momos and chaap are heavenly delicious. 100% recommended!

The owner was very helpful at the beggining. Even offered me a free drink. Which I appreciated while I waited.

At the end I thanked him, and before leaving I also wanted to make him understand politely that we don’t get paid by the hour.

He became extremely vulgar with me. There was a customer standing in the lobby. He was raising his voice and being extremely unprofessional.

Horrible customer service all around. I’d strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment after the service I have received.

I recently visited The Curry Palace and tried their momos and chaap. I have to say, the food was really delicious! The momos were perfectly cooked and the chaap had a great blend of spices. However, it's important to note that this place is mostly for take away, so don't expect a fancy sit-down restaurant experience. The wait time was also a bit long, but I think it's worth it for the delicious food. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Curry Palace for anyone looking for great Indian food in Ottawa.

The tandoori chicken Momo's are a must at this place. There gravy options are also worth trying.

Really bad experience! I come from delhi and i was excited to try some delhi street food but it was totally opposite with food store since they did not serve the exact food which we ordered. To elucidate we ordered tandoori momos for which he gave the fried ones and on top of that he served paneer momos in which there was no paneer. Sorry to say but really disappointed!

Placed vegetarian catering order for 40 people. Prices were genuine, quantity was more than sufficient, quality as per expectation, communication was top-notch. Delivery time was as promised.
The best part was Naman went above and beyond by ensuring food was prepared according to the traditions.

Would definitely come back!

Omg! Best delhi style food. I tried their tandoori chicken momos and spring rolls. Best one till now. I regret not trying it before. ️

Best Indo Chinese in Ottawa… Momos and Hakka noodles were just mouthwatering. Chicken Manchurian and chilli chicken were very good as well.
Customer service was amazing. Though they do not have Hakka noodles in their menu - however they still made it for us … and it was the BEST!

The best North Indian food in Ottawa! The Tandoori Momos and the spring roll are definitely going to be my regular from now on! Truly enjoyed the food and the owner is super friendly! Had a great experience, thanks for that, The curry palace.

The momos are amazing! I enjoyed every single bite of it. The chutney/sauce is to die for. It was fire:)

After checking out quite a few places for Momo in Ottawa, I could bet on that this is by far the best place you could get exquisite momos. Also their spring rolls are absolute delight. I haven't got a chance to try out their other specialties but pretty sure they will do a great job. It will be my one stop shop from now on whenever I feel like having something special.
Keep it up guys! You are doing a great job.

UPDATE: changing my three star review to five stars because the restaurant was extremely responsive to this review and brought us a couple new dishes, free of charge. The customer service is impeccable and like I said before, the food is delicious

The food was delicious. HOWEVER. We ordered about $185 worth of food, and for the amount that was paid, the amount of meat in the sauce was extremely disappointing. The lamb vindaloo for example, was delicious. However for $21 you'd think you'd get more than 5 small pieces of lamb in the pool of sauce. Overall delicious food, but very disappointed in the amount of meat that was given.

One of the best momos I ever had. Must try - paneer momos. Loved the taste and presentation. The potion size for combo meal needs to be improved. Very less curry and lots of rice. More curry would be good, especially given the expensive price

I was at The Curry Palace today, the food tasted so good and Naman was exceptional, he was really patient with taking the order and gave extra extra Nan. If you are looking for good food and great service, then visit the Curry Palace.

If there is an option to give 10 stars i would have given them, they deserve it. Please try there food. You can pick any item from there and it would be delicious. Guys please open dine in.

Very delicious food! I got the one item combo with paneer makhani and an order of the spring rolls. The curry and Naan are exceptional!

Worst food ever order butter naan that was half cooked and so hard to eat dal makhni also look like days old

These guys use frozen naan bread and lie about it. Atleast be honest about the fact that u don’t make the naan from dough. Curry wasn’t fresh. Wouldn’t eat here again.

Love this place. Really delicious food. We've tried most of the curries on the menu. The spinach paneer is delicious, the butter chicken is amazing etc.

Went in after my shift to get some food, terrible taste and felt like very old. Not at all worth for the price they charge. Chilli chicken tasted like garbage. Please don't visit this terrible place.
God, I have to get my tummy washed after this.

Used to be our favourite! Now more than half the curries are not available to order. The naan is also less fluffy and tasty. Hoping it goes back to its original quality

This is one of the most highly regarded Indian restaurants in the city for good reason. This place is my go-to curry house.

Definitely try their Butter Chicken, it's easily the best I've had with a very complex blend of spices. Their Karahi Paneer is great too, with a very good balance of paneer and vegetables. The naan is made fresh in-house and is quite thick and hearty. They have some Hakka options: The Chicken Manchurian was solid, but I was expecting it to be a little more spicy.

Portion sizes are fantastic, the takeout container is always full to the brim. I usually get two meals per item and most curries come with a side of rice.

Their customer service is fantastic. Since I'd liked their curry so much, I called ahead to place a very big order without too much advance notice, and the owners helped me out directly with pickup plans and a special payment method. If you want to get a lot of curry fast, they can do it!

We ordered butter chicken, chilli chicken and rotti but the chilli chicken was good for nothing, we couldn’t even recognize the taste and had to throw it. Butter chicken was okey though, “compared to chilli chicken”.

Most disgusting food I ever had the chilli chicken was absolute garbage. The chicken tasted old and kind of mixed with rust. We had to throw away the whole curry. I regret that I went in there one of my worst experience ever
