This construction company has established a set of regulations aimed at preventing you from viewing a unit until a month before the closing date. Additionally, their regulations prohibit you from selling the unit until 30 days prior to the closing date and from listing it on the MLS. Essentially, they have formulated this entire concept to retain the entirety of your down payment and to guarantee that you are unable to sell the property.

We have been living at Evolv, 25 Nicholas avenue for over a year now. It's truly a renting experience " Reimagined"!
All amenities and public space areas are state of art and designed with keeping in mind the currents needs of young families wanting to live and work in downtown Toronto.
The staff at the reception and all the cleaning support team is always very friendly, approachable and willing to assist with anything.
I would highly recommend this place to young families or couples who are looking to rent in downtown Toronto.
