The Den Doggy Daycare

The Den is fantastic. Our dog loooooves to go there. We have had a few different scenarios occur while she’s been in their care (our fault), and they’ve always been so understanding. We really feel like they love our dog as if she’s their own. The cameras are amazing and I love seeing her play throughout the day. Rates are reasonable and it’s so great that she’s not in a crate all day!

Our dog has been twice now for a full day each time and both times we've picked up a very happy and very tired pup. The staff is welcoming and friendly and booking is easy and straightforward. I love the live stream they offer so I can check in if I'm anxious on how he's behaving through the day.

I wish I could give zero stars for The Den. This place only cares about the profit they make from the dogs, and it is usually overcrowded.
I had my dog there for a few days and then onboarding for over a week. When I called, they wouldn’t give me updates on him. They just kept saying, “he is ok. ”
After returning from my trip, I noticed that my dog had lost weight. He looked really sad, was super dirty and was clearly neglected while he stayed there.
My heart was broken. I had never seen him this way.
After a while, I moved him to a different daycare, and everything went well. He was loved, very well taken care of and happy.
I feel so sorry for the time he spent on The Den. Such a horrible place, and I definitely recommend keeping your dog AWAY of this place.

Our dog got wounded here after spending the day here. Staff said there was no footage of it happening. He has a cut on his side (a hole) that was bleeding. We took him to the vet to get it cleaned and he is now on antibiotics. He frequently goes to the dog den, but will no longer be going. The vet found a scab under his neck/fur that must have been from another incident there.

My pup loves this spot, nice experience this far with my dog always excited to visit.
