They did ceramic coating of my Toyota RAv4 brand new car. I got done PP on the hood and bumper. They did an excellent job. They did their job in three days.customer service was really good. I recommended them to my friend who also bought a new car this month. He is also satisfied with the service and charges.

I got my windows tinted here for my new car. The service was spontaneous, I got my whole car done in 2 hours and they had good a seating area for me to wait.

I did have a small issue with the tint and when I came back to get it sorted, no questions were asked and they redid the tint for that portion, without paying extra. Zaid was really helpful through the whole process and guided me well in terms of choosing what tint % to get and redoing the tint. I definitely recommend these guys as they have the best prices in town as well as good customer service.

I reached out to this place to get my car Tesla Stealth Wrapped and tinted. I went with them because of all the promises they made with including ceramic coating free of charge. It was all promising, but it was too good to be true. I explained to their team that I needed the car back on the 4th day (dropped off Wednesday morning as you said needed to pick up by Saturday night).

To expedite the review and get quick to the point:
- Once I arrived to drop off the car they were 15 minutes late.
- They said 4 days total to service the car, the car was sitting outside/on the parking lot for 3 days. They took the car in the day before the pick up date (servicing the car late Thursday night).
- Knowing the car has been sitting for 3 days, I called to ask if meeting the Saturday night pick up is still possible. They confirmed they are working to finish it as quickly as they can.
- I messaged early Saturday morning to confirm pickup later that day, they told me that the car would not be done but they started the work. They cannot release the car as it would ruin what they had just started.
- They got the car back to me on Sunday and it looked really bad. They said to bring the car back next week so they can redo some panels and parts.
- Upon pick up, they mentioned they didn't do the ceramic coating because of an issue with the Stealth Wrap and how its not mixing with XPEL properly.
- I dropped off the car again for another 4 days, they didn't redo much but just did some touch up.
- Most corners are peeling and coming up, they are now collecting dust and makes it even harder to clean the car.

The tints turned out good, but the stealth wrap was horrible. I'll let you be the judge with these photos.

I mentioned to them that I was unhappy with the turnout and service, all they could offer me was a 10% refund.

EDIT:

Nothing has been fabricated as I have receipts. There is no hate in this review. But I just hope that this is avoided for future customers. As mentioned, apart from the wrap, the tints were good. But if time is managed properly this would have turned out even better.

I did ask multiple times if this would be done on time as I mentioned multiple times this was a gift needed for Saturday. Also you only offered to cover 1 day of the rental when we would have needed it for a week.

To be honest, I didn't want to post this review, but after 6 months and the job has looks even worse, another reputable wrap and detail company mentioned to post this review as even they admitted rushed job or not, this was just horrible. And I stand corrected, I dropped it off Wednesday morning - still the car was not taken in until Thursday Night/ Friday Morning for prep. An excuse of someone who hurt themselves was not able to make it in today. Why was this not brought up to my attention? Why did you not let me know that this would not have been completed by then? Rather you decide to just rush it either way and tell me Saturday that this is not getting completed.

Like I mentioned, when I dropped off the car for another 4 days, nothing much was done but excess pieces that you cut. It resolved nothing. I did not rush you, rather you did not manage your time well and just took in more cars for volume rather than quality and detail. I had specified 2.5 weeks before the car was dropped off, I would needed it back on the Saturday night, you affirmed me that this would get done by then on multiple occasions.

A discount as never something I cared about nor wanted. I just wanted the job to be done properly. I understand that you had rushed the job, I did not ask you to rush the job, I even asked if I can take the car since it has already been tinted and to give it back to you to finish wrapping. You said no, rather you rush the job and get this done.

I believe I gave you enough time with the 2nd drop off to fix this, but with the 4 days, only trimming and touch ups were done.

The photos above are actually better than the state of the car now. 6 months after installing it the car, it looks even worse. I am happy to post those instead.

Got my 2016 Jag F-Type and 2018 sprinter windows tinted with a full out detail. Big shout out to Ayaz who went out of his way to make sure everything was spotless and clean just as I wanted. Highly recommend anyone who wants their car tinted or anything else you want cosmetically upgraded to your vehicle (PPF, dip, wrap, detailed cleaning).

Ayaz does a great job on the tints and also callipers. Highly recommend this place. Good people. Good prices.

They Did my car window tint this shop several weeks ago, Its great for good price, just have little problems because of the tint is peeling off (which is normal that happened sometimes). But they retinted it professionally. Hands down for this shop! Will come back soon for their other services.

This group of guys were very kind and friendly. They took my car in right on time and got to work. They ran into an issue tinting the rear windshield due to a collision from the previous owner but managed to work their way around it after some adjustments and still got the job done within 2 hrs. Great guys will always support their business.

Great quality and the price is very competitive. Would definitely come back again when the need arises. They also offer a whole other services, which makes it a one stop shop for detailing and other services.

Deadass did some proper ceramic tints, really nailed the application and offered lifetime warranty for a lower price than any nearby competitor. Voluntarily offered replacement for any windows that weren’t tinted properly. Also painted my calipers, looked great as well. Will likely be going back for future service.

Super professional did the work in a timely manner, first time I came it they were in a 2 bay car now they have expanded to a much bigger space which makes sense because their work was amazing. Got my ceramic coating done at a previous shop and had to come to the detail den to have it fixed. All the shop owners came up and checked in on me which was really nice. They didn’t cut any corners and I am a very particular person when it comes to my car. I would 100% recommend them over any other shop.
