It was an exhilarating experience. I was literally mindblown! Great place for Comic lovers. They also go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

3pm-5pm on Wednesdays is an absolutely ridiculous time to have a weekly Pokémon event! Working people want to play Pokemon.

Drove 40 minutes to come check this place out tonight. I called at 5: 40 to double check where they were located (inside of a mall) and the person I spoke to didn't mention they were planning on closing an hour early tonight. We arrived at the store about 20 mins later, and while we were looking through their comics right outside their doors, someone walked over and shut the door. I called and was told they were closing early something to do with holiday staffing ect, but we could come in if we were going to be quick. Being that we wanted to properly check this place out, and now knowing we would be inconveniencing the people wanting to leave we decided to just leave. Waste of paid parking, and a huge waste of time. Maybe a heads up that they were closing an hour early would have been nice so we didn't go through the hassle of coming here. We'd love to check this place out once they have their business hours sorted out

If you ever want to enter a world of adventure, look no further than The Dragon. It is more than a "comic book store" which is how I hear a number of people describe it. For years, since my kids were young, I've leaned on the incredible staff here to make suggestions for various books and series that even the pickiest and uninterested of readers in my family couldn't put down. The staff always goes above and beyond and the adventures in the pages they recommend, in my experiences are some of the most incredible reading can offer. Highly recommend a visit even to just satisfy your curiosity!

Great store. Great staff. Love the atmosphere and so do my kids. Doesn't always have stock of recent comics but their staff will gladly order in anything they don't have.

Store listed product as in stock online however upon arrival was told they had none and would not be able to order it.

Would not recommend way overpriced ripping people off double or triple the price of what the actual products are worth. It isn't at the higher end of things its just plain price gouging.sorry but your prices are double or triple the Msrp. When every other place either online or other stores sell an item for 100$ and you charge $200 that is just Price gouging items to try and recoup what you lost in the pandemic because, as you stated on your page you weren't prepared.

Good place to go for comics and collectables. You can call, I sometimes email to preorder or ask about stocked items. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable too.

A near perfect representation of what a comic store should be: organized, clean, bright, with a strong and varied selection of products.

Have tried to order online twice and both times I was contacted because the items I ordered weren’t available. Definitely frustrating, but both times they did offer me other items or a refund

Sales manager is smart wanted to hire me but the owner didnt and i sold 8 collective brutalities at 30-40$ each to even 17$ but now there at 7 lol

They don't have everything that I want, but they always have a friendly and helpful staff, a clean and well-lit store that's very welcoming to everyone who comes through the door, and a lot of great stuff at fair prices. I can't imagine having my pull list anywhere else

The best, and as far as I know also the only place to currently buy new graphic novels and comics in the city.

They are always so friendly and helpful! The staff recognize their regulars and go out of their way to make sure everyone has a positive experience in the store whether they're completely new or have been coming around for years. One of my favourite stores in Guelph hands down!

A real gem! Jenn and the team provide excellent customer service and a kind and welcoming store atmosphere for everyone regardless of their gender, age, or prior knowledge of comics and games.

The store is well stocked and organized. What they don't have, they're happy to order for you. Communication is top-notch through the ordering process.

Store-run events are a lot of fun and I can't wait for gathering restrictions to be lifted! I'm proud to have The Dragon as my LGS.

Of all the comic stores I visit in the greater Toronto area, The Dragon stands out in so many ways. Jenn and Rob have fostered a knowledgeable and genuinely kind team of regular staff, a bright clean and spacious store, and an excellent selection of curated comics of all kinds for all kinds of readers. I'd be happy to be a regular customer, and always I stop in when I'm in Guelph.

The staff is very friendly and happy to help. They are knowledge about games and what the "scene" is like currently. The events that are hosted a plenty of fun and a great place to meet people with similar interests.
They have an excellent selection of comic books and games and are willing to look into/know production schedules for popular games.
A definite recommendation for any comic book or board game enthusiast.

I've used the dragon every once in awhile to pick up a comic or 2 during sales or free comic book days since I was a Child. Sometimes I'd sit and watch Warhammer. Since Quarantine I found a new Love for Comics and these guys became my One Stop shop. Having trouble? They can find it fast. Need it ordered in? They will do their best to figure it out for you and get it in your hands ASAP. Service with a smile and a good laugh, the service staff have always been amazing since I was a kid. Not to mention just the crowd that hangs around, like a good community everyone's open to help and talk about whatever you need. I've even ended up picking up a couple recommendations from fellow customers that have become favourites. If your a Comic Head in Guelph I highly suggest one of The Dragon locations. Just got the first 'online' purchase from Dragon - a Ghostbuster's Comic for my little guy. The Covid 19 shutdown is terrible for so many small businesses in Guelph, and I hope we all do what we can to support them. Dragon is my ABSOLUTE favourite gaming and comic book store, and truly the best one that I've ever been privileged to visit. The staff is excellent, and they work very, very hard for the customers. Anyway - thank you so much for bringing my little guy his book - he will be soooo excited. Thanks for all your service to the comic book readers, gamers, collectors, kids, and Dad's - so many of us absolutely appreciate what you've built. God Bless, and can't wait for our next order.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection (and if they don't have something, they're happy to order it for you, and then they're very prompt about letting you know when it's arrived) and there are so many different products to choose from. The Dragon is my go-to place for comics and games!

Such a nice store with cool options for stuffed and comics. The adults game selection is fun to pick from! Staff was great as well!

Arrived to play my first IRL 40k on a Saturday with some friends, just as we finished setting everything up, we were told that they were closing in 15 minutes at 6 pm. Unsure why they didn't say something during the whole setup process when they even helped us grab the big 40k game board and knew how long 40k games take. They had some big bricky/blocky terrain to use which was nice though for ITC LoS blockers.

A great place with friendly staff and very well organized, the only thing I'd reccomend is improving the smell of the events room

Great selection of graphic novels, comics, and board games which is what I was looking for. They also have a second store in the south end which is equally as well stocked. Also very helpful staff.

Nice small shop for Magic the Gathering and DnD. Looks like a good place for pre-releases and local MtG tournaments.

Just another neat little shop tucked in Old Quebec St Mall. I like stopping by on my lunch break and perusing for a new game. Ever person who worked there that I've come across is pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend for the atmosphere and pretty good range of titles.

I love everyone here. The selection is fantastic, the staff know their comics and pop culture well, and no one makes you feel weird or icky. It's clean and spacious and there are so many more amazing things than you'd expect.

The Dragon is a great shop; be it magic cards, comics, graphic novels, RPGs, or geek collectibles, they've got it all.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, I was able to find several Moon Knight graphic novels to bridge the parts I've not had a chance to read yet. Highly recommended as your go-to comic shop in Guelph.

Really good selection of comic books and RPGs. Wish they had more World of Darkness, but great place to come and geek out!

Amazing Comic Book Shop in Old Quebec Street Shoppes. Downtown Guelph on Wyndham Street North & Quebec Street. Once a year 'FREE COMIC BOOK' day. Where are The BiG BaNG? The lineups long so be early.

Went in out of curiosity. Interesting place. Lots of comic books, science fiction books, games, lots of cards to collect and stuffed toys. Good for kids!

It was excellent. The roast pork was some of the best I have ever tasted. Great little place. Cannot wait to go again.
