My wife and I were represented by Russell Boardman of Dream Living Ottawa for the purchase and sale of our home, and were very happy with the service we received.

Having known Russ personally, we decided to ask him to represent us on the purchase of a home a few months ago. While that ultimately didn’t work out (someone outbid us), we felt Russ was always acting in our best interest.

More recently, Russ found us our perfect home in North Gower before it even hit the market. We were the first and only buyers to see the home (to my knowledge) and under Russ’s guidance, our first offer was accepted. We were very happy to avoid long negotiations or even a possible bidding war.
