Ridiculous. At first they charged me $24.99 for the cleaning of a suit, then I got a call the next day to advise me that the price will be $39.99 instead. Went ahead with it, but won’t go back. This is simply unacceptable.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE They took my jackets and didnt clean them at ALLLL! I WISH i could give them 0 starts THEY RUINED MY NIGHT for an hour saying “i dnt know”. Meanwhile i didnt have a winter jacket for a week in the cold! I spoke to the owners and they did not care at all and kept saying we make no guarantees.and refused to give back the money or cooperate in any other way. HORRIBLE horrible service i am shocked they can operate this way in CANADA.

Avoid this store. I was told the price for dry cleaning my down jacket is $45 + tax. When I picked it up, I was charged for $56+tax. Then I told the lady that this is not the price when I dropped my jacket. Then she said it's only $10 difference. I had no choice but paying this price. AVOID!
