Jake was one of the greatest server/bartender we have ever had. He cared about his customers like they were his friends. Definitely will be back! Made Windsor a trip to remember for sure

I've always loved the aesthetic of this place, but on the weekends, the bartender is the only one running the bar and tables. The service, due to that, is just a bit of a wait, but our server was very nice. I like that the bar still offers pool and baseball, though. The coney dog is to die for!

It’s a dive bar, but Chantal kept the drinks flowing for us and Hayden breads all the food from scratch.

And they have great music selection.

I just LOVEEEE Emily. She makes the best kamikazes in the province. Hayden makes great f’ing food and he a dawg too.

Best burger in town no cap Hayden is the best cook and Emily is the best bartender without a doubt I’m a happy guy.

The place does not look too good but I sure had fun down there, they have pool table and great place for couple of beer.

What an experience. We arrived at 5: 40, ordered burgers and were told they would take an hour. What burger takes an hour? After 90 minutes, we left unfed and frustrated and annoyed at the cook who put on her coat and LEFT the building 60 minutes in. This establishment is part of the Burger Battle. Too bad they joined the battle unarmed.

Awesome time at the Dugout! Bartender Emily is the best! She worked her rest end off to keep us hydrated! Kudos to the kitchen staff who were awesome too!

Absolutely amazing place! Catered our Buffalo crowd without a sweat and stayed super kind to us even as the place got packed! Shoutouts to Emily for being so nice to us and always making sure we got our orders!

Decent spot right in downtown, and open late. Pool tables were good. I didn't try the food, but maybe next time.

No Joke. Excellent food. The only waitress on staff handled a full restaurant. Great job. Definetly worth coming back.

If 10 stars were possible, The Dugout Sports Lounge would get them all! It was our first time in Windsor and how fortunate that we found this place. The food was delicious, the beer was extra cold, and the patrons made us feel like we were one of them. Christian, the owner, is the quintessential host. He does it all beside cook the food, it seems. He is humorous, friendly, welcoming, positive, and uplifting. He runs a very clean establishment and makes sure that his guests are happy, included, and well taken care of. The food on the menu is priced just right. We had the best experience and will be back!
