Here owner charge way too much money compare to other alternation shop.we ask her do 6 patches for kid uniform she charged $100 doller other place I asked $8.99 each or $10 each.but here charged $15 each that’s insane

I wanted to share my experience asking for an alteration quote from this business.
To put it simply, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I walked in today and the woman there working on some clothes not only didn't greet us but didn't even acknowledge our presence until we spoke. We politely asked how much they charged to alter suit sleeves. The woman answered us with $35 without looking up once which was very rude in our opinion. As we were contemplating whether to use their service, she rudely says "you can think about it slowly" in a very disrespectful and condescending tone while glaring at us. You could imagine how awful we felt after that interaction. We left immediately.
This is all to say that this business does not care about customer service and we will never give them a cent of our hard earned money. They do not deserve it.
EDIT: As you can tell by the owner's response below, they have clearly missed the point of my review. I am simply asking for the most basic of human respect and decency, that is it. You will not find this at this business.
In response to the owner's comments: We were not expecting a hard sell when visiting your business as anyone with common sense would understand. We were simply asking for respect.

Called politely to ask price for hemming pants. The owner got avoids answering and got defensive. Therefore, I am take my pants elsewhere to alter it. (edit: See the business response? So disrespectful.)

The owner is extremely helpful and kind!
The quality of cleaning is great and they offer competitive pricing compared to other dry cleaners.
You could also dry clean expensive jackets like Ozlana, Moncler, Moose Knuckles, Goose and etc.

I’m normally nervous about leaving an expensive jacket at a dry cleaner but seeing the racks of $1000+ jackets they do made me feel more comfortable, mine came back cleaned perfect. And super nice staff, couldn’t ask for more. My new go to cleaners

Brought in five pants to alter last week for my boyfriend and I and all were done with perfect care! They even called me to advise that I go half an inch shorter than what I originally proposed because of something to do with how the fabric folds. There were also change rooms so I could look at the results upon pick up. Overall, I’m super happy with the experience and will definitely return!
