Dr. Isaac performed a root canal on a painful toog and the experience was smoother than anything I could've expected. He was open and communicative throughout the entire process and he had a very calm demeanor which I appreciated. Both Dr. Isaac and his staff are wonderful. I highly recommend their services!

Recently I was referred by my dentist to Dr Lance Issac for a root canal. I was very impressed by the professional way the procedure was done and felt in good hands right away. I was not mistaken, It has been a few weeks now and all is well. Thank you for your talent and expertise as well as for your kindness!

Dr Joshua Ananthan fixed my root canal that another specialist botched. He was professional, friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire root canal procedure. I could not recommend this dental clinic more highly from their friendly receptionists to their friendly dental assistants. I highly recommend the endotontic group! I recently had two root canals with Dr. Isaac at The Endodontic Group and I found everyone to be very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My appointment was on time and the procedures were done very professionally. I actually hate going to the dentist but they did everything they could to make the experience better. They followed up after the procedures to make sure everything was going well and referred everything to my own dentist. Its nice to know that there is a very good endodontic practice right in our own neighbourhood.

I was treated with such respect and care from the initial telephone interaction with Davea, her email followup, attending the office and during and after my root Canal. Dr Isaac was fast efficient, informative and he thanked me throughout the procedure for little things like being patient and basically doing what needed to be done. He and his assistant were very respectful of each other when asking for equipment and suction etc which is so calming and frankly nice to be around.
I would recommend Dr Isaac & his team to anyone who needs endodontics who will treat them and their teeth with kindness, respect and skill. Thankyou to all of them. It was "almost" a pleasure!

I recently had Dr. J. Ananthan perform a root canal for me and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the Covid protocols to the front desk staff as well as the oral surgery performed. I had never been there before but I can assure you, this place is awesome. Friendly, Clean and gets the job done. I would not hesitate to recommend the The Endodontic Group and Dr. Ananthan was gentle and patient. Highly Recommend!

Dr. Isaac was very professional and I was extremely happy with my root canal and bleaching of my front tooth. I would definitely recommend him.

Prior to performing a root canal, Dr. Isaac explained the procedure including cost for either scenario (ie.cost dependent on number of canals) and gave an opportunity to ask questions. He was very gentle throughout the procedure and periodically let me know what he was doing and what stage we were on. I did not experience any pain during the procedure and he gave me an opportunity to ask questions, after explaining the aftercare instructions. No swelling, pain or concerns the next day. Davea (Admin) provided me with payment information and checked on me via phone call, the next day. I would highly recommend Dr. Isaac and will see him again should the need arise.

Thank you Dr. L Isaac for making my root canal a painless procedure. I was nervous and scared all along but his expertise and profession calm me down. Dr. Lance would all along tell me what he will be performing and what i will be experiencing! It was a bit over an hour for this operation and at the end. No pain nor swelling! THANK YOU! And yes, it was a nice, clean with up to date equipment and friendly staff. One thing i would suggest is some soft music in the office to calm nervous customers like me.

Dr Lance Isaac seen me yesterday for Re root canal treatment and was very thorough and explained the procedure well. He also made sure i was okay at all times. Had no discomfort during procedure I have had no pain since leaving his office. The staff is also very kind. Office follows all covhid 19 regulations as well and is ver clean. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend came here for a procedure and was charged $600, they said “the might be able to fix it” and he had to come back in 6 weeks, they mentioned if the procedure didn’t work, and if they couldn’t do anything else to fix it they will pull the tooth with no charge even tho no antibiotics were prescribed or pain medication, he had to call the clinic few days later after the procedure and had to ask for medication he was told “they will get back to him” no one called and he had to call back and ask again, six weeks pass, he went there and told them he was still in pain and asked if they could pull the tooth and they said they don’t do that there and he had to go somewhere else to get it done.
We’ve asked them to send paperwork to the insurance company and they said they’ve done it already, we called the insurance company and they told us no claim was received and we called back the office and asked what was going on, they said they had a problem with the system and the had to mailed it out, it’s been over 3 weeks already and insurance company HAS NOT received the paperwork yet, they are surprised because they have told us when they get paperwork mailed usually doesn’t take that long. Insurance company suggested us to mail the paperwork ourselves.

Overall: he left with the same problem he went there with.

I saw Dr. Isaac this afternoon and I was so happy with the work he did on my tooth. The office was extremely clean and there were protocols in place to ensure everyone stayed safe in their office. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly, Davea was very kind and helped me out with my insurance information. I would highly recommend Dr. Isaac’s office, I felt comfortable and experienced no pain during my procedure. I’m very happy with how things went.

I went to Dr. Isaac in 2018 for a root canal referred by my dentist. After the initial consulting I scheduled the + $1500 procedure. It took about an hour and a half which I'm guessing is a very lucrative business. The tooth was repaired many times over the years and as usual there was quite a bit of composite in place, never the less, Lance was quite confident he could pull it off. Now 2 years later the tooth fractured at the gum line and broke off leaving the roots behind! I was very disappointed as later I became knowledgeable that when working with a tooth that has an abscess having a root canal doesn't mean it’s going to last and I can attest to that. Either way he, with all his skill was unable to secure a permanent filling and left me with a temp repair for my Dentist to complete. I suspect it’s not worth his time since the dentist ended up charging me about $200 to do the composite fill. Yet afterwards the Dentist was very adamant to do a crown which was about $1200! Yikes! No INS money to proceed! So I thought I would wait it out till the following year. And guess what another root canal needed to be done. Well after a +$1600 fee this time and another composite repair guess what? No more money! So this year as I said the tooth broke at the gum line and I believe having a crown would have done nothing except to give the Dentist some more cash! Well needless to say I am very disappointed with Lance as I believe having a tooth in such poor condition should have been pulled from the beginning and the fact that it broke below where the crown would have been placed makes me think this. So my advice would be to make sure you understand that having a root canal may by you some time but is definitely doesn't mean your tooth is going to last.

I just got a root canal procedure done with Dr. Isaac. I was so nervous but he made comfortable and ensured I understood what was going on. All the staff are so nice too! Super friendly and patient. Great experience.

I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with my root canal treatment. From start to finish everything was handled in a friendly, relaxed and professional manner. Dr. Ananthan is very knowledgeable and kind. He explained every step and I was impressed with the overall procedure. I was never worried about any pain because I knew he would relieve the discomfort I had been experiencing prior to my visit.
I would highly recommend Dr. Ananthan and Dr. Isaac and their staff to anyone seeking endodontic treatment. This is the best, caring, expert team around!

I saw Dr. Isaac two weeks ago to repair a root canal that was infected. My dentist could not fix the problem after several appointments so Dr. Isaac was recommended. He spent lots of time explaining my problem and listening to my dental history. He also went through a detailed list of the procedures he would be performing and of the possible charges. Having had the root canal originally performed 11 years ago, I was prepared for the cost. However, despite the amount of work he had to do, he was very generous. In fact, additional diagnostics were performed so that we could look at possible future complications and what I might expect. I appreciated the fact that Dr. Isaac treated me as an intelligent patient. I recommend him as he is very caring.

Patient Centered care at it's finest. Professioal, knowledgeable and certainly a well explained procedure. Time and interest in listening and answering questions. ALL staff very caring and personable from the time of entering to leaving. Overall a refreshing experience. Would recommend Dr Isaac and staff to anyone.

I have been referring my patients to Dr. Isaac for over 7 years now and they have received great service. Best of all Dr. Isaac actually fixed the problem. I myself have been treated as well as several family members. Seeing a specialist is not inexpensive but is well worth it to know that it has been done correctly.

I hate going to the dentist (who doesn't) but i had a lovely experience with Dr Isaac and his team. I had to undergo several procedures and they kept me informed and made sure I was comfortable with everthing. Thank you fof a great service!

Would not recommend this place. Dr. Isaac only cares about his $$$$.

I went to Dr. Isaac back in January 2018. Referred here by Sewell Dentist. Had a root canal performed by Dr. Isaac, he seemed very rude to his employees but seemed okay with me at first. Had a screening appointment and then the surgery (root canal). Total roughly $1400. Went home and then went back to Sewell Dentist to put a permanent filling for the temporary that was put in by Dr. Isaac. Went to Sewell Dentist twice and they said the swelling has not reduced and referred me back to Dr. Isaac. When I returned back, this is when I saw Dr. Isaac's true character.
Not sure if Sewell Dentist had incorrectly told them, I was coming in for a second root canal. But when I went to check out my swelling, Dr. Isaac said its $1200 for the root canal. I said there must of been a mistake and Dr. Isaac started getting aggressive and pushing me to get the second tooth done. He started saying I owed him $1200 cus the appointment was already booked. Here I am confused. My first tooth is still not permanently filled. He's trying to get me for an additional $1200. At this point, I started arguing back that this wasn't my fault and I wasn't ready to pay a penny. Then he got mad at his reception/nurses for the mistake. I don't know who made the mistake however his reaction was shocking. Seemed like all he cared about was $$$. I would not recommend this place, one bit.
His Receptionist and nurses are such nice people.

I had already spent $1400 and now he was trying to get me for an additional $1200. My first tooth was not even completed.

Just finished my second visit with Dr. Isaac this morning and I would just like to say the service here is excellent and well worth what I have paid. My first visit was for a re-treatment of a root canal that my own dentist could not fix so I had to be referred. Dr. Isaacs took the time to explain the procedure of the re-treatment and plan for my tooth when I thought the re-treatment did not work. I asked him about the costs and he took the time to explain that to me as well. Six months after Dr. Isaacs did the re-treatment I started to feel pain again and I could not afford to do another procedure as soon as I would have liked so I had to wait. Today when I went into the office he was patient with me while I explained that I was not sure if it was the re-treated tooth or the tooth behind it, he did a few tests such as tapping and cold sensitivity and upon discovery it was in fact the back tooth that was causing me pain. Also he took an x-ray that showed the re-treated tooth was still healing (good sign). He is very knowledgeable and does a very though-rough job when trying to save your teeth. In my opinion, even though the services are not cheap, he is saving a tooth which is worth a lot. So I would just like to say Thank you to Dr. Isaac and his team for providing excellent service.

I took my daughter here for an emergency root canal as this is who my family dentist sent us to. Upon arriving they seemed to be great.until they told us the price. We were quoted $1940.00. After the procedure was done I was called in to the room and told that there would be another $500.00 added to the charge as he said my family dentist already started the root canal and he has to finish it. So it costs more. Now the total is $2300.00. My family dentist stopped filling my daughter's tooth as soon as she realized that it needed a root canal. So it could not have been started very much if at all. What could I say as he had already done the work. After all of that he said that he couldn't finish the root canal in one visit and that we have to come back to finish it. My daughter was already scared to go the first time and now he says we have to go back. If he is a specialist then why couldn't he fix it in one appointment? Anyhow I had to come up with $1800.00 to pay before I left the office with the agreement that I would pay the remainder at the 2nd visit. I asked 3 times if there would be anymore charges because I couldn't afford anymore money. I was assured there would be NO more charges. Today we got the root canal finished and low and behold we were charged another $200.00 therefore totalling $2500.00 for one root canal in a 16 year old mouth. He also wanted to do another Xray for some reason and said. "oh I won't charge you for that" like he was doing us a huge favour. I am absolutely furious and appalled. This was a total money grab. The longer he takes to do the work.the more nitrous he has to use.and the more money they can charge. I would definitely not recommend this place unless you want to go bankrupt. The Secretary was the only good thing about this place. She was very nice and understanding and made us feel comfortable. I know this wasn't her fault at all. I really hope he pays her well with what he charges.

I’ve been sending patients for years, Dr. Lance Isaac is the best endodontist I’ve ever worked with. He takes his time to explain treatments and outcomes, does excellent work, and always follows up thoroughly. Highly recommended
