Clean and staff are friendly. Close to Kipling subway and 5 minutes from Highways.

Everything is located within walking distance. Close to Kipling station, shoppers, starbucks, bank, restaurants, and local supermarket. Farmboy is coming one step away. Neighbors are very respecful and concierge staff are friendly. Thanks to the cleaning staff to keep the building always clean.

Air conditioner sucks. No hot water. Residents are banned from using the common bathrooms. And the internet sucks (they don’t have the cables for fast internet hard wired in the building so there’s no point in living here if you work from home.)

A very well maintained building, pool, gym, meeting room, wow! Nice place, surrounded by construction at this time though

Parking is always on short supply and difficult to negotiate tight sharp turns.concierge is outstanding.friendly and helpful.

It has a great location, clean with swimming pool and full gym equipment
