The Receptionist is very rude as i was missing my item on the order. So when i call them they told me that they can’t do anything as I ordered through Skip… but they didn’t help me out and trying to manipulate me

I placed 3 orders over the phone for lunch I stated that I had celiac disease, and 1 order is gluten free. My first order was fine, mysecond order the salad dressing was left out and my third order was gf. I got to the car there was bread crumbs all over the gf container. When I went to start eating I noticed mold on the tomatoes in my salad and moldy wilted lettuce. I called management waited about 30 mins with no call back. When I went into the location on the east side I spoke with management who had a bit of an attitude eproblem and than proceed to ask "what she wanted me to do". The only reason she could give me was that it was busy and they didn't take time to check there food before giving it out. I have been here a few times with no issues. But today was absolute careless behavior. We also did not receive the cutlery. And than management refused to provide me with the dressing with the only reply of "okay and". I would caution anyone doing an over the phone order cause apparently you have to double check everything. Honestly, I would caution anyone going here at all anymore their quality has gone down here especially when there busy seeing as they don't double check the food.

I was feeling a little peckish and stopped in for a Stan's sandwich! Also, I picked up some frozen meat pies for dinner sometime this week! Then all the cookies and deserts! Excellent food at a reasonable price! Definitely the place to stop for a bite to eat!

This was the best breakfast and service I have had in a long time. Be sure to get a loaf of the egg bread on your way out

Sophie and her team catered our wedding, and did such an amazing job. We were delighted with the food, and our guests were too! Their BBQ menu was absolutely delicious. We recommend their food thoroughly!

Nothing europeen in the food or bread they offer. Nice Coffee and nice north American food. People working there were lovely too.

We stopped in for the first time today. We were greeted right away with a smile. We ordered our food to go and it came out quite quickly. The potato bacon soup is AMAZING, we will definitely be back.

Is went there for bread, I wanted it freshly sliced but they don't do it there. They bring in their bread from their other store

The staff are delightful and the food is great, I just wish there was more of it! I got the Eggs Benny for $13.89. It didn’t come with any sides. I wish for the price they’d included home fries at least.

Great place generally, how good the food is depends on what you order. The menu is large, and they serve both breakfast and lunch, so there are lots of choices, and some of them are not very good. I'd recommend sticking with classic breakfast items and not omelettes. If you're eating lunch, I'd recommend getting a true sandwich and not a wrap.

Bakery section is phenomenal! All the bread is baked fresh daily in house, and it tastes like it. Make sure you don't buy too much since fresh bread goes stale far faster than store bought bread.

I have eaten here a number of times and it's always delicious. Today I just dined on turkey pie that you can get frozen and bake fresh at home. Likely the best turkey pie I've ever had. I also recently bought Egg Bread/Challah for Easter and my family all wants me to bring them a loaf when I return home in May. We love you. Thank you.

I'll go along with some of the lower star reviews on here. There is a lot of hype and praise over this place which I fine a little overrated.
Coming from Europe, I would've thought "European Bakery" gives a European experience which was not the case. A lot of pre made, frozen goods, the waffles are dry and flavorless and cookies taste like cardboard.

We both had breakfast yesterday. The menu described the potatoes you could add to the meal and said they were extra special, not just your ordinary. When delivered to our table, they were soaked in grease and many pieces were burnt, looked so greasy and tasted the same. When I complained to our server she just stared at me and said ok. We fully expected her not to change for them but oh no, they were on our bill. I believe they were the end of the lot and they didn’t want to make fresh. Don’t advertise on the menu something you can’t deliver. Server seemed rattled.

Was in today and had a seat on the patio. The service and food was nice, but the food I took to go was stale and funny-tasting when I had it later. Maybe the desserts (especially dairy-based) should be kept somewhere cool instead of just sitting out all day as you could make someone very sick.

On our long weekend trip to Owen Sound, we came across this cozy little cafe, and we had the best breakfast experience! The food and service were great, and the atmosphere was very friendly. Our waiter, Charlie, provided exceptional customer service.

Breakfast was incredible and filling, coffee was excellent.

The attached Bakery also had lots of goodies and ready made meals to purchase.

Cannot recommend enough!

Enjoyed our lunch. Food was fresh, service was friendly. Portions seem smaller however. Coffee is great!

Decided to try this place out based on reviews. Ended up sitting down for 20+ min with a hungry (cranky) baby, without even getting offered beverages.

Yet, people that were coming in after us had service. If a server cant handle their section, they should be relieved of tables; plain and simple. I expected lead staff to recognize what was happening, (he was operating at max capacity). I looked around, and to my surprise, there was nobody of authority to orchestrate a solution.

Maybe the food is good, i cant comment on that.however, the service and management are terrible. Especially at this price point. Needs immediate improvement.

Somebody's sole duty should be overseeing service and keeping these guys organized. It looks like a free for all in there. No leadership anywhere in sight.

i would like to add that although the service was poor during this visit, the server remained professional whilst allowing me to voice my complaints. A+ for his gracefulness.

A lot of delicious sandwiches and desserts! So many high-quality options! Definitely recommended

French toast is dynamite. An actual french toast on egg bread, not just the standard white bread you get most places. Good portion of fresh berries with it as well!

Great place to go for brunch! Flavoured coffee was very good, and the almond horns are absolutely amazing if you like almond/marzipan.
Very nice atmosphere and staff have always been really nice and attentive.

Great food but gets very noisy when full and because the food is so good it's always full.

Went here for a date! Very yummy deserts.a little loud and crowded - but only because it is popular! Would definitely return.
