The Facial Place

I had an amazing experience at The Facial Place! I got the Oxygeno facial and it was absolutely life changing. Jenny listened to my skin needs and was very knowledgeable. The treatment itself was very relaxing and the products that were used smelt so good! Overall, my face is still glowing the next day and is so soft. I will definitely be returning!

Booked a facial with Jenny and my skin feels AMAZING! Jenny is professional, friendly and knowledgeable, I felt completely comfortable leaving my face in her care. The products she used smelled fantastic. She has worked there for years and knew about all the treatments they offer, so was able to recommend some treatments to get in the future to treat other concerns. I have already recommended many friends to go see her, and just to visit The Facial Place in general as I know I can put my name on the quality of services they will receive. Facial place has a wonderful calm welcoming environment Everyone is so helpful and accommodating Jenny gives an amazing facial She consults with you on.your skin and is very knowledgeable. She has great hands when giving the facial or a head massage. There is a huge difference in my skin since being treated by her. I would highly recommend her and the Facial Place.

Just had another amazing session with Jenny. She completed a variety of treatments in particular an eyelash tint. She is very thorough and always makes me feel at ease. She is also knowledgeable and provides great suggestions for my skincare.

Today I had a mani/pedi at The Facial Place Whitby with Jenny. I have been a customer of theirs for at least 25 years. Having moved to a small community close to Peterborough, I have been searching for a spa equivalent. To date, unable to find one that comes close to my experiences at The Facial Place. Finally decided it was worth the 90min drive. Not only was it a wonderful spa treatment for my poor tired feet and hands, Jenny was wonderful to speak with, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. All in all, a total therapy session!

I have been using services here for the last 8 months and I only have good things to share about my experience. I always ask for Jenny for my facial and pedicure, because she takes care of you in the best possible way. Jenny is also great at recommending possible products good for your skin. She recommended me an exfoliate which helped me get rid of dryness that I was experiencing for 2 years with no possible solution.

Catherine is not only a great massage therapist, but she is so kind, compassionate and just makes you feel so comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and has recommended treatment plans that have been so effective. I do have to shout out the staff at the front desk as well! They are always so friendly and welcoming!

Danielle is a master at her craft! So professional with outstanding results every time. Love the facial place!

I don’t often do reviews but I must give credit where credit is due. As a 64 year old women, I have always made it a priority to make sure I look after myself. Having had facials for the last 40 years, I can honestly say that Jenny at The Facial Place, Whitby has performed facials that are far superior to any I’ve had at 5 star resorts, Vegas spas or on luxury cruises. Treat yourself to not only an amazing facial but a wonderful experience as well. Jenny goes above and beyond to ensure you leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She is also an expert at providing you with the information you require should you chose to start a skin care routine with any of their amazing products. Sorry for the lengthy review hence why I don’t them that often but this something I was passionate about sharing!

Go to the facial place at least once a month. Great atmosphere. Everyone is helpful. The girls at the reception always greet you and have a smile on their faces. Always come away feeling better, and looking better. Can't say enough about the treatments and the girls that do it. Excellent.
