The Fang and Flower Tattoo and Piercing Studio

This was my first time at Fang and Flower, and out of the many piercing shops I’ve been to I can confidently say this is the only one I’ll ever go to again. All of the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is great. Shayne 100% is an expert at his craft, and was super helpful in doing all three of my piercings and advising me to prepare for my next planned one. He also pierces with allergen-friendly implant grade titanium, and was extremely helpful and thorough in answering all of my questions! Thanks so much friends!) ️

I had an amazing experience today with Marna! Right from the start she was extremely welcoming, kind, and passionate about my tattoo! She took time to reapply the stencils and was in no rush at all! She did an amazing job, I can’t believe how well it came out! She even retouched an old tattoo and somehow made it 10 times better than the original. I am so incredibly happy with my tattoo and will definitely be coming here for my next ones, can’t wait to work with Marna again!

10/10 experience. It was my first time getting a tattoo and I had Marna as my artist. She was wonderful and very patient during the process and explained everything that she was doing, as well you can tell she is very passionate about her job and is fantastic at it. My tattoo turned out better than I had imagined and I would recommend her and the shop to anyone looking to get tattoos done.

Got my nose pierced this morning, and was super happy with the process! This is a super clean, friendly, professional shop. Definitely worth it.

Where do I start?

I came in here with my friend who got her nose pierced. A few years back I went to a back-alley parlour for my naval… it came out sideways, plus the pain was a solid 8/10. I removed it about a year ago, and have been pretty terrified to get it redone.

This being said, I waltzed in here thinking I wasn’t going to be doing anything— but upon walking in the front door— the atmosphere is filled with this professionalism and competence. Without even looking at a single review, I knew this place was a 5-star. So I decided to try my naval again.

Shayne went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did he accommodate my spare-of-the-moment decision— he was patient and knowledgeable. The best part: when the clamp went on and I was squeezing my friend’s hand for dear life— I WAS ACTUALLY SURPRISED AT HOW PAINLESS IT WAS WHILE IT WAS GOING IN. Not after- WHILE. What was previously a 8/10 turned into 2/10, when done by a professional.

I will never be going anywhere else for my piercings. You’ve made a long term client out of me.

SERA AND SHANE! I had never heard of this shop before but i had the best experience i’ve ever had for a piercing here! I’m so happy with my septum and sera was so sweet checking us in! Shane was so calming and sweet i just want to keep coming back!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with piercer Shayne! My belly button wasn’t healing well due to a potential allergic reaction to the jewellery but my old piercer wasn’t really understanding my concerns, so I decided to get a second opinion with Shayne! Right as I explained my concerns to him on our consultation, he immediately offered to replace my jewellery right there and then, and gave me lots of explanation and instructions on aftercare! He was very knowledgeable and accommodating! Definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a piercer who cares about your needs and issues!

Hands down, 5 stars isn’t enough for these guys. They are the best in the city and surrounding areas. Studio is amazing, clean, awesome vibes and the staff - Lance, Marna, Sarah and my dude that welcomed me initially (forgot his name) are top notch in the industry. Thank you LANCE for creating a sleeve that looks alive and unreal and has many of my friends and family looking to contacting them in the near future. I’m going back, didn’t intend to but the experience I had is well worthy. Thanks again guys!

Shayne did a great job piercing my snakebites and my left eyebrow, both have healed perfectly, very friendly and takes time to explain the steps while doing a piercing, he repierced my right snakebite for free after it came out and closed, will be coming fs:) tysm shayne!

The Fang and Flower is immaculately clean and has a great vibe. I went with my friend and our preference would have been to make an appointment for our piercings, but they only take walk-ins, so there was quite a bit of wait time. That said, our piercings were extremely well done and Steven (sp?) made us feel very comfortable.:)

I had an awesome experience here! Marna was great, she was super accommodating and made sure that I was happy with the placement of my tattoo before we started. The shop was wonderfully maintained, and Marna took a moment to explain the process of making sure everything was sterile and clean - something I’ve never been told in previous experiences, which shows how much Fang and Flower prioritizes our health and comfort! Definitely want to come back for some more tattoos: D

I recently got a triple flat piercing done here, and will definitely be going back to get my other ear pierced when this one heals! Everyone working at this shop is super nice! They were all friendly, patient and even helped me pick out the jewelry. Shayne is very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with the placement of the piercings and aftercare. I definitely recommend coming here for piercings:)

Saw Lance for a tattoo, I remembered him from a previous studio and he opened up his own beautiful tattoo shop (the Fang and Flower). Everything was very clean and everyone was very professional. He did an amazing job with the tattoo work itself and what made the experience even better was his etiquette, i’m use to artists just plugging in headphones and us sitting in silence for hours while getting the tattoo done, but Lance was sociable which took my mind off the pain. The piercer even helped me with information about healing some piercings i’ve been having trouble with. Atmosphere is great, staff is great, work is phenomenal, would highly recommend to anyone getting a tattoo or a piercing.

I went in for my first nose piercing, extremely nervous! Everyone in the shop was welcoming. Shane was my piercer, he is amazing! He made me feel comfortable and explained the entire process. My piercing was quick and painless. Definitely would recommend!

As soon as I walked in the door the vibes were amazing. Such amazing and friendly staff who know their stuff! If you're looking to get a piercing Shayne is the guy to get it by! I got my septum and eyebrow done within less then 10 minutes and it was painless!

This shop is by far the best in the area, i have multiple tattoos from different places in mississauga but this one just blew the others out of the water with how easy it was to book, the constant communication on tweaking the design and just the straight up detail that the owner put in my tattoo.i would recommend this place above all.well done

Been dying to come back to get Lancelot to do the second part of my arm tattoo and I am over the moon. First part was done in 2019 and then Covid, but regardless well worth the wait. His added vision was perfection. He is assume, his entire staff are friendly, and the new shop is perfect for mediating through some painful moments. See you in February, for the third part. I got my septum pierced today by Shayne and i couldn’t of asked for a better experience. He was very knowledgeable about the piercing and very kind as well. The shop is very clean and the rest of the staff is really nice. I will definitely be going back to see Shayne!

I have had 3 separate tattoos done by Lace. All my sessions have been perfect. I trusted my first tattoo with lance and ever since then I have only trusted him with my tattoos. Very cool and fun artist to have tattoo you, also has a great music taste!

Lance, is amazing! The whole shop in general is amazing everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Lance did my tattoo he did a big snake piece on the side of my thigh and I love it (I have to go back to finish it still). We had an online consultation due to COVID and he still managed to understand everything I wanted in my tattoo and made my vision a reality. I couldn’t be happier, I recommend this place to anyone!

Truly no one can match Lance. He is so talented and made my abstract muddled vision look so much better than i ever thought. A couple minor scheduling inconveniences but i was so thrilled with the turn out, i really can't complain. 10/10 would go back to finish my (half) sleeve.

I’ve known Lance for a few years now and he’s done 2 custom pieces for me as well as a HUGE rework on my entire back tattoos. I wasn’t satisfied with them for years (work by a couple other artists) and I was having such a difficult time finding someone to fix it up for me. Lance put in many hours making my tattoo look better and I’m finally happy with my whole back piece thanks to him!

His shop is super clean and organized, with a lot of really unique and bomb decor. The ambience of the shop is great too - it really compliments Lance’s chill and kind personality.

Been to Lance for two tattoos, both of which are by FAR my favourite pieces. His space is clean and sterile, and I felt super comfortable and had fun both times. Not to mention his extraordinary attention to detail - Lancelot spent more than 8 hours on each of my pieces, and they're a crowd favourite wherever I go - HIGHLY recommend!
