What must I say. I truly comfortable with the service I received at the woodbine mall location, the assistant was friendly and professional, she help me with full knowledge this is also not the first time shopping their I always go back because and I would recommend this store to anyone.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this furniture place. As they have no idea how to make a proper bed set, we had them come 2 times to replace it as it was unbalanced and the material was literally already pealing, and the bed still has gaps I will provide pictures. Please avoid this please.when we told them they said we have been to your house 2 times already. When the bed has been built by people who have no knowledge of balance and how to make the size properly how is that the customers fault? The pictures will speak for themselves. The excuse we get is that we have already been to your house 2 times.if I could give them 0 STARS I WOULD. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE. Go elsewhere and at least you will be happy.

Fantastic customer service. Salesman was so knowledgeable about mattresses so l decided to buy one she recommended. It is so comfy l am glad l bough it. Delivery was on time and all over great shopping experience.

My kids wanted to buy a bunk bed. I found one at The Fine Furniture. It came with a dresser and I was able to put my children’s clothes in it as it was a great addition to their room. They are happy. Thanks to The Fine Furniture!

I had ordered a reclining rocking cough from your place, but once the sofa was delivered, i found it did not rock, i called back Fine furniture and the office lady said she is calling the supplier to check and called back informing that there is a defect on the rocking sofas and the manufacturer does not produce the rocking sofa anymore and it will only recline, i was told sorry about it and that was the only explanation provided. FINE Furniture should first check what you are selling and then advertise it to the public.

When i purchased the sofa, i double confirmed as per the floor model, that i will be getting an exact model with same features (it will recline and rock), i was promised that i will get the same. Why would you sell something and then give me something that does not function the same way?

2nd issue i have is with the delivery guys, before i purchased the sofa, i asked and confirmed that i need the sofa to be brought to my basement, if that can be promised, then i will purchase it, and i was assured that its no issues, the sofa will be delivered to my basement.

Once the delivery guys came, the old uncle was continuously going on that the sofa wont be able to be brought to my basement, he told me that more then 5 times, i had to tell him again and again that it will go down to my basement, as i had brought another sofa of the same size there.

I asked the first delivery guy if he can take off his shoes before coming into the house, he said NO and said they dont take off their shoes when delivering furniture, this i might understand due to safety.

Then the delivery guy opened the covering box of the sofas on my drive way, unlocked the back rest of the sofas, and brought down the sofas to my basement without any issues, BUT he told me to carry n bring the back rests of the sofas to the basement, which i felt was un professional, but i helped and brought the back rests into my basement, then to my surprise, the delivery guys were leaving without attaching the backtests, i asked them to install the 4 parts back to the sofa, the delivery guy first made a face, and then told me that he will install only 1, the rest i have to install my self and left. While going out, i asked them to take the cover boxes and the foam along, they said they dont do that.

I felt the delivery people were un professional in dealing with customers, my friend had also ordered furniture from the same place some time earlier and mentioned the same issue with the delivery guys.

They definitely have Fine Furniture! I purchased a family room table for my kitchen. It is a nice brown table and the chairs came along are comfortable with cushioning. Overall, a lot of options and variety, especially on their website!

If you want to get pleased and convinced come to their showroom. With their experienced staff I got to learn so much about the different types of materials and that they use top quality material to build their furniture. They helped me choose a design for my living room and I bought a maroon colored sofa which went with my paint and art in the room. I do not think I’d find a better furniture store. My living room get complimented every time a guest comes, thanks to The Fine Furniture.

I love their furniture store because it was full of different types of furniture and many beds and sofas with a lot of variety. I ended up picking up a recliner set for my home. I do not regret my decision because my family enjoys it a lot. The fabric is excellent quality and the recliners are so comfortable to sit on. I would buy the recliner sofas as they are so comforting and worth it!

I had an old sofa that I have had for 6 years now. My wife was very dissatisfied with this sofa. But I came across an ad from The Fine Furniture and that interested me. I showed my wife their sofas and she loved one of the options. I ended up going to the store and buying a brown sofa which was really nice. The staff was very polite and gave me a good price. I recommend their furniture because they have a variety of options. Thinking of buying a bedroom set soon.
