From the front desk staff to every one of the hygienists, Heidi and Stephen have one amazing team! Firehall has been the dental clinic for my kids and I since they were very young and will continue to be so. Thank you for always taking such great care of my family.

I have been a patient of The Firehall Dentist for almost 30 years and have always been impressed with the friendly, competent staff and modern facility and equipment. They always have time to answer any questions and never pressure you in any way.

I have been going to Firehall for a few years now. The staff is always so friendly. You are sent reminders for your appointments which can be a great reminder when you are busy.

Dr Dyment is so kind and so friendly.

The dentists at Firehall are second to none. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the hygienists and dentists take the time to explain what they are doing ahead of time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Very friendly and relaxing environment. Every one on the team is amazing. The reception staff, the hygenists, the assistants, and of course the dentists are all very welcoming. Friendly inviting people from the moment you walk in and until you leave. And of course great work which helps you to have the best oral hygiene possible.

A great first time experience. I choose to follow my dental hygienist here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I felt in good hands with Dr. Stephen Dyment. They taken the lead in getting my file from my previous dentist and so the switch has been super easy.

I took my three year old for his first appointment and from the moment we walked in, they made him feel welcomed and excited to be there. He even asked to come back when we went to the car!

The Firehall Dentist is the best dental office. Everyone is always very welcoming and friendly. From what I’ve seen, Dr. Dyment knows all his patients by name and is always very friendly and informative. I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. Firehall Dentists have been my dentist for many years. They are friendly and attentive during my visits. My last visit involved the restoring of a tooth & Heidi, her assistant & I shared a few laughs!

I wish we could elaborate more how amazing this dentist office is - ALL of the fire hall staff has made it so - extremely enjoyable for our kids exposure to dentistry. We have three kids two of which have verry pitted teeth and have had a pretty deep cavity - we have been pretty diligent with brushing, flossing and rinsing but for each of their first visits; and funny enough (not so funny) they all have gotten a pretty ugly cavities. Due to the extremely apparent professionalism and dental expertise in all three cases our children had excellent experiences with each of our child’s repairs, kitten masks (laughing gas) with whiskers for the little ones, got a cute giggle out of my daughter (with a large personality) facing a pretty big cavity repair.some parents would think that she may have had to gone the sedation route but the repair was done from sit down to kitty mask/laughing gas to gaining full trust of our little girl full and talking her through the whole repair with complete and utter professionalism and proficiency, these guys are truly amazing at what they do

I and my children have been patients of Stephen for around 25 yr. He was so good with my kids that we followed him down to Waterdown from Guelph. My kids for years never knew that they got a needle when he had to freeze their mouth for a filling. All the staff is very friendly, The office is nice and the dentists are all very good and genuinely friendly.

I have been going to The Firehall Dentist since they opened, 20 years or so ago. They operated in a very professional manner with caring for their patients a top priority. Everybody is very friendly and welcoming.
