The Fireplace Center recently removed my brick fireplace, capped the chimney, insulated and installed drywall. Travis Valcourt did a meticulous job! He was always on time, did excellent work and was very pleasant. Mike Delorme and Angela, who arranged for the job, were both great to deal with as well and made sure that my tight schedule was met. I would definitely recommend the Fireplace Centre if you want a job done extremely well, at a fair price!

Sanford did a great job cleaning and inspecting our gas fireplace. He gave us some great tips on keeping it running properly as well. I really appreciate his thoroughness and attention to gas safety. A pro.

The Fireplace Centre technician, Sanford, provided exemplary service on our Napoleon gas fireplace - on time, pleasant, professional and efficient - and he took time to explain what he was doing and why. I had my gas “log set” fireplace reconnected (disconnected by previous owner), cleaned and inspected at the end of February 2023. I cannot say enough great things about the young man from The Fireplace Centre who came to do this for me. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, fast, efficient personable and I am was more than happy with the service and the reasonable cost of the service. I will definitely be calling them again for my annual service.

At 10am, Feb. 24th, 2023, I contacted The Fireplace Center that my 30 year old furnace was not working. At 11: 00 am Burke was at the condo dismantling the furnace. A few hours later a new Napoleon furnace was delivered by Vybert and Rupinder. By 3: 30 pm I had a working furnace. That night it was -31 degrees outside and we were toasty warm! All the Fireplace employees were polite, professional, and proficient, leaving the site spotless and removing all debris. Thank you to the Fireplace Center for the excellent service. 5 stars for sure.

The Fireplace Centre converted my mother-in-law's wood fireplace to gas. The entire experience was excellent. Darren was the sales rep, and he came out to her house to provide a quote and explain the whole process. He was very friendly and honest. The installers were also excellent. My gas stove has not worked properly for several years and had been unsuccessfully "repaired" by a third party in Ottawa. I finally called The Fireplace Centre, who sent Dal.

I was very much impressed by Dal's work as he repaired my stove in about an hour. Moreover, he was a very pleasant person to deal with, and he gave me some helpful tips on how to best use my stove.

I could not have been more impressed.

I hope he can continue to service my stove next year too.

Received tremendous service from the purchasing dept in particular Mr Jack Tombak, within 2 hours of my e mail request for help with pellet stove parts I received an e mail back and within 24 hours of this request the appropriate parts were delivered to me. These parts were for a pellet stove I purchased from the Fireplace Center in 1989! Thank you Jack and the entire Team that made this transaction easy and timely. Well done!

Shout out to Rod Emby from the fireplace centre for exceptional after-sales service! Had an issue with our fireplace not starting and Rod came right over to the house and took care of it. Even cleaned the glass while he was here.

The fireplace is in place and it looks spectacular. Your installation team did an amazing job of minimizing disruption and mess as they installed the new fireplace. There were issues with the old intallation but your guys made dealing with them look easy. Special mention about Michael who did the bulk of the installation. He was meticulous, friendly and very professional. The finishing work he did with the tile we selected looks better than we ever thought it could. From our first day meeting with you, you and the entire team at The Fireplace Centre made this a very rewarding experience and we want to express our apprecation to you and everyone involved.

Had to get gas fireplace fixed today. Service guy Dal was fast, friendly and knew his stuff. After a quick troubleshoot, the problem was diagnosed correctly and fixed. He also did a thorough cleaning and modified (with my consent) one of the fire logs as it was too long and he was worried it would crack the glass over time. It's refreshing there are still good people out there who really care about their work. Thanks Dal!
