If you're a Canadian patriot who cares about this nation - DO NOT SHOP HERE. Rude ownership does not support Canadian causes (in fact, you'll see the reverse if you go in the shop ;) ; outwardly insulting about it to customer.

Feel bad for the other staff members who were good at the job - owner/manager ruined it all. Will never support this business and will make sure everyone in my community knows why.

My son Aidan loves visiting the store. He always bring his list and they do their best to see if they have his flags and help him chose a replacement. My son is autistic and this store is a safe store for him!

I usually replace my flags every Canada Day. On July 1st 2021I raised the Canadian Indigenous Flag. Today, that same flag still flies. It has held up to the elements well with only slight fading and very (very!) little tattering. It will be replaced on July 1st 2023.

To put it simply, their Canadian made flags are of high quality and made very well.

Although my flag of choice was very popular which meant I had to wait patiently for the back orders to come, The Flag Shop kept me in the loop and even provided assistance with alternatives. When the flag was finally in stock they offered tremendous advice to make sure I had all of additional items to get my flag properly installed. Purchased a Pride flag for the school I teach at the beginning of May to allow plenty of time for it to arrive for June 1st. Chose to go with a Canadian company. I had it in hand three days later, and the owner even contacted me about specs (rule about flag sizes and placement are very specific) just to make sure it I had given them the correct information. Five stars for quality and service. Would highly recommend.

What great service. They took the time to email me to let me know something was going to be a little longer than I might expect and then shipped it our quickly when it came back in stock. I really appreciated them keeping me in the loop. The flag also came faster than another flag ordered somewhere else on the same day.even with the delay!

Great service from London Flag Shop. They answered my questions promptly and special ordered a bracket for me. It took a week or so to arrive but they stayed in touch while they were waiting to complete my order.
