Super friendly staff with beautiful and cozy decor. Highly recommend the Million Dollar Caesar (not actually a million dollars) to start. Big shout out to Michelle for always making us feel special and welcomed.

Always feels like a special treat to come here! The atmosphere is beautiful & cozy any time of year but especially so around the holidays! The service is so kind & inviting, like visiting an old friend. (thanks Michelle!) The food is made in house from scratch. Highly recommend visiting any chance you get!

Great breakfast and a nice change of scenery from the normal kitchy rundown places in Niagara. Staff was really nice, the food was great and the restaurant was well decorated. Prices are on par with the area but at least it's actually good.

Small menu, but something for everyone and so delicious! Great atmosphere. Amazing service. Will definitely be back!

The entire restaurant operates like a mess and it took us 50 mins at the table for our food to come.

We arrived at 12 for a quick brunch and waited for 15 mins to be served at the reception desk. The restaurant was not busy but we waited for an entire 50 mins for our food to arrive, along with the other 3 tables. We could barely find any server during the wait so couldn’t even ask for the progress. Only after the long 50 mins the server finally showed up with the food and said they were sorry about the wait but looking not sorry at all. Interestingly, when we asked for the bill and machine, they didn’t let us wait for another 50 mins but brought them immediately. Terrible experience.

Beautiful ambience, very distinct from other places in Niagara. Alfredo took great care of us. Good food and excellent coffee!

Came here for breakfast and everything was delicious. Ordered the Country Mill breakfast and Everything avocado toast. Good portions, flavourful and fresh. Great ambiance and decor. Definitely will visit again when I’m in town.

The wait staff was rushed and unfriendly. A big deal was made over a simple substitution from fries to salad (which made no sense since they cost the same on the menu. $9). The salad was made inedible. Straight white vinegar was the only thing seasoning the leaves. I asked an employee for a recommendation and was directed to the wagyu mix smash burger. It was a joke. That burger couldn't even imagine wagyu under duress and was very dry. The coffee was so strong it was undrinkable, served only in a $14 French Press. I like my coffee VERY strong, but it was making me sick. Never once did our waitress ask us how our food was or why we barely touched the coffee. Two dry burgers with vinegar greens, a French Press of undrinkable coffee, and a ginger ale came very close to $100. It used to be such a great place. And I swear I heard them making fun of us in the next room. Never again.

Second experience there with Alexis who was helpful and delightful. The food was tasty and served in generous portions. We had the mushroom brioche and a side of greens with lovely berries. The ambience of the dining room is beautiful at Christmas, and all that would have completed the experience was if the fireplace were burning. New owners and place has been revamped. Nice touches as we approach Valentine's Day.

One of the best breakfasts we've had (and we've had A LOT)! The skillet was delicious, along with the eggs benedict with fried halloumi! Everything tastes extremely fresh, even the coffee was wonderful in a french press. I'm really quite shocked that this place does not have higher ratings. I will say it appears expensive but the ingredients CANNOT be compared with other places, everything is farm fresh and made in house. Can't wait to visit in the future!

The staff service is excellent and atmosphere was fantastic, Me and a few friends went there for Brunch. I had their Wagyu Smash Burger and it tasted great. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area

Had an overpriced 4 course pre-purchased, pre-paid meal ($350) for my girl and I. We arrived at 8 and gave our menu choices immediately (up to dessert). Not a single drink included for the 350, but you bet they included a 20% service fee in that.

When dessert came they didn't have what we ordered and gave us whatever they had. This really destroys the perceived value of the evening. To hear "sold out" near the end of the meal when I had paid them upfront for this meal days prior.

The meal wasn't really anything special. Lukewarm lamb on sloppy and globby mashed potatoes. The arrancini was good but we only got one each. All in all we feel sort of ripped off with this place.

I'd say the service was good but really they asked for a tip after only opening a wine bottle. Because we already paid a 20% service fee before getting in the door.

Maybe they do better on other nights. Maybe their normal menu offers a great value. I'd rather have my money back instead of this low review score.

Went for my birthday celebration and it was fantastic! We had the lobster croquettes, hummus, fish and rib eye, all delicious! Thank you to Patrick, special Thanks to Frank who personally serenaded me. Great service and great food, a gem in Niagara Falls!

Fantastic Dining Experience! Like the name says, everything is made from scratch, and it shows! The food was unbelievable here, everything we sampled was excellent. Service was top notch, and the building/surroundings/ambiance was beautiful. I highly recommend this restaurant over any restaurant chain!

Well, what can I say? Let me begin by saying that I travel a lot been to a lot of breakfast places this by far is the best place I’ve been to. A weekend getaway to Niagara Falls. Check the reviews found this little Qwaint breakfast nook. We walked in and it looked like an old style elk lodge up in the woods. Highly recommended five stars. This is the place to eat in Niagara Falls for breakfast. Must try the maple bacon tree.

Had my birthday brunch and this was one of the most satisfying meals. The ambience and decorations are one of a kind. We’re definitely coming back when we are in Niagara.

This is a tough review to write because we actually had a magical evening in a snow globe and yet we also left a bit disappointed. Suffice to say, the snow globe dining experience is something worth trying but the restaurant missed the mark on service and food.

Three snow globes were situated in the hotel's courtyard accessible through the restaurant's bar. The interior dining area of the hotel along with the outdoor snow globe area were both beautifully decorated for Christmas. The snow globe was well heated and there were blankets, if required. A Bluetooth speaker was available to set the mood with songs from our own playlist. Onto the food.

That evening the restaurant served up a set menu. The appetizer was phenomenal. I opted for a venison taco which was an explosion of well balance, fresh flavors (I could have ate 3-4 more, it was so good). My daughter opted for what looked like a pumpkin soup and said it was also very tasty. Next arrived the mains. I ordered the venison pie while the rest of our guests ordered the bison. Both meals presented well, however they tasted like reheated leftovers. Our waitress, although a very pleasant lady, must have noticed none of the mains had been touched but never offered to correct the situation. In fact, she didn't ask for any feedback at all. Rather she cleared our plates and brought out the final course, which was Quebec taffy. This also presented well and, although a bit gimmicky, was tasty and fun to eat as a group. Nevertheless, for four guests the set menu cost $705.06 which was pre-paid on tock and then, in addition, we spent another $200 on drinks. Since our entire table only ate an appetizer and some taffy, it's hard to justify spending nearly a grand on the experience.

I think the restaurant has great potential and the snow globe concept works. Where the restaurant needs to pull up is on delivering the end-to-end experience. A major component of that is the food as well as quality checks to ensure your guests are enjoying what they're eating. Just my two cents.

I came here Easter weekend and got the duck eggs Benny. The scone under the eggs was buttery and rich, and the hollandaise was smooth. The duck was sweet and crispy. It's pricey but I think it's worth it, it was a great brunch.

The coffee left something to be desired, but they're not a cafe so I don't hold it against them.

Service was prompt and professional, and the interior is beautiful.

I want to express how wonderful our dining experience was at The Flour Mill. The beautiful ambience set the tone for a wonderful and very well prepared meal highlighted by excellent service provided by Bella throughout the evening. I would strongly recommend this restaurant as a consideration when looking for an upscale dining experience when in Niagara Falls. We look forward to experiencing the restaurant again on our next visit to Niagara Falls.

My husband and I wanted to try the dome dining so much we drove there from Hamilton and purchased a hotel room overnight just to dine there. Reservations were made months in advance. On the day of we were called and told heater had broken and they couldn't do the dome we had reserved. After telling them the whole point to us was the dome and that we have six kids and had worked hard to make this happen, were were asked to move the reservation to 9. When we showed up at 9 we were told we don't even have a reservation We spoke to the manager and she assured us she would accommodate but then we waited for an hour. I expressed concern that it was so late we would be rushed but was assured that was not the case. We ordered steaks which were not at ALL cooked and came with no accompaniment so we asked them to be cooked a little more. At that point we were told the kitchen was closing do we want anything else and we hadn't even finished our dinner! I spoke to the Manager when we got back and he assured me this was not right and said he'd send us a free dinner email to please give them another chance. Three weeks later and we have still not received anything despite checking in with him and providing our email addresses twice. Ridiculously horrible standard of quality or service and clearly even management doesn't care. Don't waste your money. There are much less expensive restaurants in the are who actually care about their customers.
