I always order from the Flower Garden and have had nothing but fabulous service and quality products. Delivery is prompt. Infact on one occasion I received a flower delivery ordered by someone else and the driver offered to shovel my walkway. Now that's service above and beyond!

I have ordered arrangements from the Flower Garden for a number of years now and have alway been very satisfied with their excellent quality and service.

My husband and I visited the Flower Garden to talk to someone about our wedding florals. We had our colours and some inspiration photos and knew generally what we wanted (bridal bouquet, bridesmaids, boutonnieres) but didn't know much more about the process. We were looking for guidance, but instead we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience, and a waste of time. We decided to use another shop instead.

I ordered some flowers based on the photos on their website. Wow! They were even nicer in person! Fast friendly service, for sure my new go to place in North Bay for flowers!

Excellent experience! The flowers were beautiful and very reasonably priced for what was put together on very short notice. Additionally, the driver who delivered the flowers was very courteous and obviously enjoyed his job, hence contributing to the overall experience. We got in Contact with the Flower Garden they assured us they could deliver flowers to a surrounding area. The owner replied to my emails in a quick and timely manner and answered any question We had. We set a date for delivery and they were delivered on time as set to be, even with it being Mothers day weekend. I am new in town and was looking for something to decorate my house. The Flower Garden was very helpful and patient even though they had lots of mother day orders to deal with. They helped me decide what I wanted and made it even better than I imagined it would look. You definitely have a new forever customer!

Very happy with their service. Ordered wedding bouquet and bridesmaid's bouquets also. Really loved their work. My bouquet lasted all day and next day either. Price was reasonable compared to other floral shops in town.

Top notch, not to mention caring service! Not being able to visit family due to living out of the country and Covid chaos made celebrating my mom’s birthday extra challenging this year, however, The Flower Garden went the extra mile to not only make Mom smile, but provided me the peace of mind that North Bay and its businesses are still a cut above the rest! I ordered Christmas flowers for my mom and sisters. After calling, I learned that I had missed the last delivery. The florist kindly offered to personally deliver the arrangements to my family members on her way home so they would have them for Christmas! Thank you! ️

Ordered evening before I requested delivery. Turned out the recipient picked up the flowers. The Flower Garden included a special treat in lieu of not delivering and delivered Order right to the car. Recipient of flowers text me a pic of flowers and it was exactly how pictured online. The card I purchased was included with the message hand written. Very happy and impressed with the excellent service. Would use this company again!
