The flowers I had delivered to my girlfriend, are absolutely stunning, the roses are so big and the staff was super helpful in picking out just the right thing!

Ordered some flowers from UK for my mother in Rockwood for UK Mothers Day. My mother loved them. Staff incredibly good at their job. This is the second time I have used the Flower Mill.

I seriously can’t express how amazed I am with The Flower Mill! I placed an order last night, December 23rd, for a December 24th delivery, I knew it was last minute and had accepted maybe that wouldn’t be feasible. But the flowers just showed up (basically 12 hours after placing the order), hand delivered, and looking and smelling so stunningly beautiful! The arrangement is gorgeous and my mom is so unbelievably happy with the surprise. I can’t thank The Flower Mill enough - I will only be ordering from them from now on!

They were sold out for Mother's Day, so I ordered from another flower shop - which cancelled my Mother's Day order last minute: (I placed an order for the Thursday after Mother's Day, thinking that was the next best thing, and they surprised me by delivering on Mother's Day since they saw it was for that occasion. I was so impressed by that customer service, and also by how beautiful the flowers were! My mother-in-law loved them. Thank you!

Absolutely Fabulous! I received two flower arrangements for my birthday and each was different and both were stunning! I've also ordered arrangements from Donna and all were unique and simply beautiful. Donna has a creative gift for arranging and her flowers are excellent quality and last really well. Great shop too, with lovely selection of crafts and jewellery. Would definitely recommend you support local and use the Flower Mill.

Lovely little flower and gift shop. The owner is happy to do custom arrangements with your own vases. Has a great selection of cut florals and cute decor items.

Ordered Cloud Nine (Deluxe) bouquet online for next day delivery. Flowers were amazing, the bouquet was put together very nicely. It was also delivered on time. Absolutely loved it and would order again!

I ordered flowers for delivery Friday before Mother's Day Sunday and they were delivered promptly, and they look absolutely beautiful. I let the florist decide on the flowers as the pandemic is probably affecting stock, so I sent the delivery sight unseen. I am extremely pleased with her customer service and her great quality flowers. Thank you!

By far THE worst florist in Milton.
Ordered flowers to be delivered to my aunt’s funeral for 10: 30am and they weren’t. I placed the order online and received an email (which I didn’t get) stating that they didn’t deliver to Guelph the morning of! When I called to ask why my family’s flowers weren’t there, the lady on the phone told me they didn’t deliver to Guelph. THEN WHY IS IT AN OPTION ON YOUR WEBSITE? !? !
She told me she sent an email. Really? ! You think I’m checking emails while getting ready for a funeral? There was a phone number attached to my order and you didn’t even have the decency to call? Absolutely disgraceful. Horrible customer service. Horrible business. Thanks for making a sad and stressful time even worse. Thankfully, another florist in town came to my family’s rescue last minute and put together a gorgeous arrangement. Should have went there to begin with.

My hubby ordered for a bouquet in a glass vase as a surprise as l was unwell. I was happy and thrilled when it arrived. He was travelling and ordered online through their website.when I shared the picture with him.he said that it's not the one that he ordered and paid for.
Sharing pics from my other ID as this ID is not letting me upload pics to see what he ordered and what I received. We called the number mentioned so many times and also mailed to them.but no one answered any calls or emails. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
