Just started my shockwave therapy treatment with Dr. Baker.absolutely amazing bedside manners, learned lot of info on my condition. Also not pushing any service on either, 5 star.

Everyone was super friendly here! They made my son as comfortable as he could be with an ingrown toenail. The doctor got it done super fast.

Today was my first visit and from the employees to my doctor they were phenomenal. This was not my 1st visit to a podiatrist but this doctor was thorough and he listened to my concerns.

I am very happy with this clinic and all my questions were answered thorough. I was told what I need to do to take care of my feet.

I am pleased with my surgical experience performed by these folks, they made the whole process comfortable and approachable.

I have gone to various foot clinics in the past and they are by far the best. The receptionist is always so happy to help, Dr. Baker is knowledgeable and able to provide great advice, and their prices are reasonable. This clinic has everything you need.

I was kindly welcomed and greeted by the staff Immediately. I also received great care and advice from the doctor and I felt that she was very professional and knew her stuff. I will be back next month and I’m looking forward to getting my nails back into shape!

Visited them to see about a variety of aches and pains in my feet. The doctor recommended getting orthotics and I must say that getting them was one of the best decisions I've made. After wearing them for nearly 6 months, I can say that not only do my feet not hurt anymore but also the callouses that had developed on a variety of surfaces have faded away and even my scrunched toes have returned to normal.

This is the worst medical service experience I've had. This clinic labels itself as a Podiatrist clinic, but they're actually Chiropodists, which is not the same. I was running 5 minutes late for my first appointment, and I got turned away because they were "too busy", and asked me to "reschedule" to an appointment 2 hours later. Incredibly misleading and unprofessional. Avoid if you can.

I found myself at this clinic due to a serious hangnail and infection in both feet and was extremely anxious about the whole procedure. The staff was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were empathetic, patient, and understanding, and explained the procedure in detail. I appreciate all the help they provided.

I recently had toenail surgery done by Dr. Jenny Park and I am so pleased with the entire experience. She is knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process to me before she started. During the procedure, she was careful and did a fantastic job with my nails and I was in no discomfort throughout the process.

I initially sought out The Foot Clinic a few months ago due to an issue with ingrown toenails on both feet. Dr. Helen Suh made the experience a pleasant one. I came back just this past week to have a partial nail avulsion on both toes as a more permanent solution to my issue. I appreciate Dr. Suh for the suggestion.

They keep up a great environment and the team is there for you throughout it all. They love to educate and have helped me on my way to recovery from a five-year foot issue. Thank you for all that you do.

I had an ingrown removal and was not painful at all. I expected it to be significantly painful but surprisingly there was far less pain than the pain I’ve been experiencing. They also provide aftercare instructions as well as tips to prevent this from happening again.

I have had lots of troubles with my feet and was looking for a clinic that would address ALL my concerns, rather than just one. My appointment with them was exactly that. They explained all of the factors contributing to my foot pain.

I started coming two years ago for an assessment for orthotics. The ones I had gotten a few years earlier had not been good. I felt good and almost relieved during my appointment with Dr. David Baker because of the quality and thoroughness of his assessment.

I've been coming here for months now. They always give top-notch service. They have a vast knowledge of podiatry procedures. These guys are the experts on everything feet!

While scrolling through reviews I found that you reply personally to bad reviews with personal information and in a very unprofessional way. Even to the point where in one comment a minor’s name was named. I am actually disgusted by this location. I just saw this clinic online last Spring and definitely did not made a mistake going to their clinic. Dr. Jenny Park was so nice and really an amazing foot specialist. She helped me understand my situation better and explained everything to me properly. They are also very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend this clinic!

I came in with a case of ingrown toenail, quite confused after other consults recommended me a myriad of different procedures. Dr. Carlos took the time to explain each of the options and their outcomes, helping me clarifying doubts.

Fastforward to my surgery and there was no problem at all, no bleeding whatsoever and Dr. Carlos made sure to do an elegant and decisive job with my nail.

If you want someone to genuinely cares about the wellbeing of your feet, that has the patience to listen to your concerns and does a great job, then I can't recommend The Foot Clinic enough and especially Dr. Carlos Choi.

I went to this clinic the first time about one month ago regarding pain in my heel. The specialist, Helen Suh, prescribed and ordered the custom orthotics (insoles). I paid for the visit around $600. Two weeks later I called to find whether my orthotics are ready. Apparently they arrived, but nobody bothered to call me. Eventually I got the insoles and was told to see Helen Suh two weeks later. She said they call me to schedule appointment. There was no improvement and nobody called me. I requested appointment myself and got it in few days. Since my pain was exactly the same as before using orthotics, she prescribed the custom made cream made in a special pharmacy for $50 and said they call me in two weeks. The cream did not do a thing and I continued to have pain. Two weeks later nobody called me for the appointment and I called myself. They promised to call me back in 5 or 10 minutes. Nobody called me back for the next two hours. I called again and again they promised to call me, but it took a while until Helen Suh returned my call. She suggested a shock therapy by ultrasound for $400, but she was not sure whether it is going to help me. I asked whether there was a wrong diagnosis. She said may be. She asked what do I want to do now. Apparently my desire to relieve my pain was of no concern to her.
This clinic is a money sucking enterprise with zero concern for a patient.

I came to this clinic because I was experiencing a lot of foot pain for months (heel and arch area). I paid $80 for the assessment. At the assessment, I was told that I had "flexible feet" and "flat feet. " According to them my choice of footwear (shoes were half a size bigger than usual) along with my "flexible feet" were the reason as to why my feet were hurting so much. According to them, my flexible feet was working its "muscles" more than usual in these shoes. They recommended me to change my work shoes. Immediately, I changed my work shoes, however, my pain was only getting worse. I finally decided to visit the nearest walk-in-clinic, and as soon as I showed the doctor the areas that were hurting he mentioned Plantar Fasciitis. Plantar Fasciitis is the most common foot injury, and the pain is normally felt in the heel and arch area. I understand that this clinic may not have authorization to refer clients for X-Rays but they could have at least directed me that way. I came to this clinic because I thought they would know more about feet. My walk-in doctor sent me to get X-rays done and I indeed had Plantar Fasciitis.

The podiatrists are very versed in bedside manner, as I have been going to this location for years to treat all my afflictions.

I had Plantar Fasciitis from running and after 3 shockwave therapy sessions on my foot, I’m feeling great! The staff are efficient and courteous and David is knowledgeable and experienced. If you have any issues with your feet this is the place that can’t be beat!:)

I have been to this Bathurst location many times on a follow up visit and each time Helen had done a great job. The initial visit was a needle I didn't feel anything at all so there is no need for worry. She does her job well I recommend this place if you need to check your foot problem

I saw Carlos Choi for my toe nail which was bothering me from some days. He was very professional and helped me to get rid of the pain right away. Staff is friendly too. Highly recommended!

Dr Baker is really professional and friendly. He cares about his patients a lot. My infected nail is recovering and painless under his care. The receptionist lady is patient to me and always call me to remind appointment 2 or 3 days ahead. I feel extremely comfortable for my visit experience.

I do not recommend using this business. I made an appointment for my son. They changed the appointment to 4: 30pm (30 minutes before closing). When we arrived at 4: 30 and filled out their forms the receptionist informed us that the doctor did not have time to see my son. Poor service. Terrible communication. I will be booking elsewhere. Waste of my time

I reviewed the owner's reply. It is not accurate. I booked the appointment for 4: 15pm because my son was not finished school until 4pm. The receptionist called me at 4: 10 pm to inquire as to why we were 10 minutes late. I told her the appointment was not until 4: 15 and that we were on way. She then told me she was moving the appointment to 4: 30 with another person. We arrived at 4: 30. Had she told me at 4: 10pm that the appointment would not proceed at 4: 30 I would have turned around and gone home. When we arrived at 4: 30 the receptionist asked me to fill out an intake form. It was only when I completed the form that she told me that the appointment would not proceed. Not impressed with your response. Also not sure who gave you permission to post my son's name in your response. He is a minor. I will consider whether this should be referred to your college or the IPC.

This is the worst foot clinic i have ever visited, the staff and even the doctor i think he even cannot directly communicate with the patient he was using his staff as a shield i will never recommend this foot clinic. Wastage of money, wastage of time, every body over here has lack of knowledge. To summon up you can prefer any general hospital instead of this clinic. Please consider yhis statement it can help you.

My wife has been going to Carlos for years because she has ingrown toenail problems. Every time she returns from a visit, she raves about him. I have vision issues and, as such, can't really do a proper job of cutting my toenails. And I have a slight problem with an ingrown toenail on my big toe.

So I went to Carlos yesterday, and he was everything my wife said. Very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable. And, if you're at all worried about cleanliness in this era of COVID-19, don't be. Everything is spotless.

I will be back. And, if I could have given six stars, I would have.)

I called the clinic on Monday and the doctor saw me on the Tuesday. Helen Suh was super friendly and knowledgable. She was able to remove 2 old pieces of glass from my foot in under 30 minutes. The procedure was quick and painless - I'm so grateful to be able to walk again with no pain! The clinic itself was clean and spacious. The location is fantastic because there is tons of parking available. Oh and the receptionist was really friendly too! Highly recommend coming here if you need any foot related work!

Dr. David Baker is amazing at what he does.

I came in with foot problems I’ve been battling for years. David came up with a treatment plan and made sure that it wouldn’t impact my ability to do normal daily activities. After 4 months of treatment I’m finally free of problems.

David is caring and good humoured, and is transparent when it comes to costs and the necessity of different treatments. He has no problem explaining anything you want to know about.

I would recommend Dr. David Baker to anyone in a heartbeat.
