We've been patients at this practice for more than 10 years and are certainly aware of the past frustrating problems with the phone system and booking appointments (no issues regarding the clinical care). But it is all so much better now (Jan 2024). The online booking system works well, the website is cleaner, the screen for directly signing in in the waiting area is fast. These upgrades and other things make it all much more efficient. The nurses are all friendly and very effective in what they do.
Our doctor is Dr Ahmad and he is great. He's very engaging, he listens well and explains his reasoning. This is important as I feel that medicine is often not so much giving a snap decision based on the facts as being a detective looking for clues in a snowstorm with the sound of an oncoming train in the background. This is why I don't mind if my own appointment is delayed a bit. I like the way Dr Ahmad uses lab results to check on the ongoing dosing of medications. A great guy to have batting for your future health.

Never had any issues. Like I can book online. Never running late. Love them.
