The staff very fantastic if we have any problem they will fixed as possible as, and also Mrs. Rujeshana, I want to much thanks her to help my parents when I was not with them, she communicate to make the subject more easier to understanding supportively abilities in positive professional way management.

'The Forestwoods' is located centrally in Mississauga; walking distance to Square One, Cooksville GO, Metro.

The building is well maintained by Morguard and maintenance requests are handled quickly.

Rujeshana Adhikari is a gem and is a pleasure to communicate with in regards to any queries or any assistance with building and application processes and procedures in details.

I big shout out to Rujeshana Adhikari. She addresses all our maintenance concerns in a timely manner. Prompt responses and fast resolutions are her trademarks!

Astonishing new management team Rujeshana Adhihaki and Margaret Abbugao, they are so friendly and nice to talk to.

The building is old but this place is livable. The underground parking is also good and the climate is good.

My apartment on the 5th floor somehow had ants; the place was dirty when I moved in and when I spoke of cleaning it myself the staff looked at me as if I suggested tearing down a wall. The management is never available to the point I actually had to hunt them down to return my key when I moved out, they ignored my 60 day notice and threatened to charge me an extra month after I had already returned the key, there is no security for this building, units are note air conditioned, they have an air conditioner for he living room only.

Car Licence Plates getting stolen from cars parked at underground parking lot of 1547 Mississauga Valley Blvd - please install CCTV asap and investigate who's the culprit.

Sliding down: ripped wall paper, garbage in hallways, dirty laundr, elevator (s), and garage. Managers never avail. Some tenants don't read English and don't know about simplest balcony ettiquette! They feed pigeons, hang clothes to dry, and wash balconies with buckets of soapy water! No manners, nor consideration to others.

Nice location at Mississauga Valley and nearby Metro, Mississauga Library & recreation center. Very old building but doesn't have any maintenance issues. The heat is okay but the air cooler or conditioner unit (only one in the living room) is pathetic - it doesn't cool at all. The underground parking is okay and neighborhood is favorable to kids. They clean the common areas and try to keep things clean. This is managed by Morguard but the staffs (some not all) are sometimes rude.
