Good place to hangout, found the beer selection to be somewhat limited tho. Service was friendly and great, nice nachos but the buffalo cauliflower was a little underwhelming.

Went for a friend’s birthday for appetizers and drinks. Receipt showed an added fee and it was left blank beside. So a friend asked what that charge was and we asked the staff. We were told because we are a group of six plus there was a tip added to the bill. They claimed to have told us but no one at the table out of 6 heard and 2 people served us that night. So I ended up giving this gratuity plus an additional 20 percent. I get it’s hard times due to covid but if you want people to return, perhaps be more transparent.

Lovely little pub. Karaoke was on the Monday evening I went with folks to catch up. Service was fantastic, and the vibes were 9.9/10 for a chatty hangout night with friends

Definitely worth a visit. I believe they have a nice patio behind the building.but I am writing this review in October. Staff was attentive, but as is often the case, we found ourselves there at a shift change. This isn't horrible, but I never like that.
It has good atmosphere, enough TV screens and a good alcohol selection.

Poor service. My god. Waitress didn’t even know what beers were on tap. I had to go over and point. 20 min to get a draft beer on a Sunday. My guests Ordered 2 mix drinks but of course the bartender wasn’t there. 30 min later he comes out and asks what we ordered. 20 min later and the worst drink comes out. Still no one asked what we wanted to eat. Will not be returning.

LOUD MUSIC EVERY WEEKEND UNTIL 2AM. I live near this pub and every weekend night has been a disaster to me and my family. As much as I appreciate the vibrant vibes that it brings to this neighborhood, the level of amplified loud music (through speakers hanging at the door) is getting out of hand and hitting its max just over midnight. This amplified noise is prohibited by the city of Toronto noise by-laws but it's not getting better even though many complaints have been filed. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Half hour wait and food was cold. Place is a joke. Never order from here ever again. Food is shiat. Service is good garbageeeee

Poor service. Took about 30 mins to get 1 round of drinks for 2 people. There was only one other table in the place.

Berry Mojito Is a 10/10! Classic Honey Wings is a 10/10! The Belgian beer is 10/10! Music is 10/10! Bang Bang shrimp is 10/10!

Good atmosphere, fine food, but poor service.
It was our first time there, and we got Cobb Salad and chicken sandwich.

The Cobb Salad was amazing, and it came w “everything bagel dressing”, which is so tasty! The portions were big and the price was decent.

The chicken sandwich was good but it could be better with the sauce. It was super dry when eating it. Also, the fries was okay, it would be awesome if there’s some seasoning in it.

Service was super poor. It's pretty empty there, but the servers hardly cared about the clients. They barely checked our table, but just chatted with their colleagues and even checked their phones frequently. They acted cold when we asked about the food also.

I love their atmosphere pretty much, but I’m not sure if I will go back just cuz the poor service.

Regular hangout place for my group. Great service everytime. Standard bar menu and food, good vibes

Went for lunch to this amazing neighbourhood bar for fish and chips and drinks, this place is always a go to for quick drinks, the server was amazing, super friendly and great service. Their buffalo cauliflower bites along with fish and chips are a must try! Even with drinks margaritas and mojitos never disappoint. Quick service, more importantly they are open for longer hours which is always good!

Great place to watch sports event. Can get very crowded during game time. Good drinks and food menu

Customer service? Fantastic.

Only downside is kitchen closes at 2400 but the establishment is open till 0200. Could at least have a "night" menu of 4 or 5 appetizers to go along with a beer.

This used to be my go-to but it’s fallen so far from what it was. Ordered a firkin burger around 7pm yesterday & it was delivered 40 minutes later which was super fast. Except the burger patty was frozen in the middle. If you’re not gonna use fresh meat, fine, but at least let me pretend it’s not a frozen patty by cooking it through.

I honestly enjoy their food and customer service, awesome area to where I live. The employees are always friendly. Will visit here again.

Friendly staff and clean cozy pub with a great variety of beers. The burger is a little average to be honest but overall great experience and service. They handle Covid-19 procedures great aswell!

Service is always absolutely amazing! I love how they remember my drink orders and the staff clearly love working together! One of my favourite places to visit!

I’ve eaten here once in a group just before the pandemic and it was okay. Nothing special. However, two weeks ago, I walked passed while heading home and saw their “patio” sandwich board sign and popped inside to ask the bartender or whomever was behind the bar (only one staff inside and it was a guy) was rather rude. I asked how many people fit in the patio and he rudely/sneakily asked “WHY”? When I asked if I could see the patio he again rudely said and gestured for me to sign the book. I went to look at the patio without walking inside the actual patio for 5 seconds and left. The patio appeared okay, but I didn’t appreciate the rude attitude and will not be returning with my group (business) this winter. We were looking for a patio to accommodate us for 2 holiday celebrations.

The Firkin Pub is a good place to go for a nice dinner. They have wide selections of many delicious things that you can eat along with desserts of many kinds. Why did I rate it 5 stars? Well, the last time I was there they also had great service which in this case is time-to-take-order response time. They were pretty quick at taking my order and we're really nice people. Maybe try it yourself sometime?

Went to this place for a beer. Sign said seat yourself so we did. Staff saw us but did not acknowledge we were there. Waited 10 minutes with no service. Walked out got a drink elsewhere. The other place was great.

This is an inexpensive and fun Saturday evening. A great place to watch matches with great service and a solid selection of pub fare. Yonge & Eg location is a definite plus.

Again super satisfied with the food quality and service. Took my mum for a birthday dinner today and she absolutely loved it. I reckon it’s a good spot for all ages 19+ of course unless it’s little ones with family round it’s a solid place to tuck in and eat as a family as well.

Great service, great food. Love the environment, most of the times I order nachos and beer but my friends have told me other options of the menu are as good as the nachos

Great food and good beer selection (not a huge variety but fair enougth)! Also, the service in this place is amazing! Totally recommend! It is great place to check your favorite sports and have a good beer.
