Highly recommend! The absolute best facials and I always receive excellent advice on skin care products, all safe and available at the clinic!

I wanted to try something different but I regretted afterwards as I didn’t enjoy my experience and didn’t see the difference except for an new injury in the middle of my face. The exfoliation part was quite rough and I ended up having a scar on my nose. When writing to the clinic with pictures, they mentioned they tried to remove a dry patch (in the summer) but clearly worked too much on it. It took 2 full weeks to heal. It is the first time in my life this happens and I’ve tried several spas in Toronto and Montreal. I prefer a facial with more products and more manual techniques and clearly not something that will leave me with a wound. For the price and this type of experience, I do not recommend.

I've been to each of their locations and the latest is my favourite. I really like calming vibe and feel of the space as well as the IPL hair removal service I received. I will definitely continue to visit The Freeze Clinic but next time for a facial!

This is the only place I’ve had a facial at for years. I’ve been to all 3 locations during their moves and Leaside is the best so far.
Excellent care and service, I’ve had a few aestheticians and all are great but Ruth is the one I’ve seen the most. She is wonderful, so gentle and very informative during the treatments. Highly recommend Freeze clinic. I’ve had 3 types of facials from them so far. They also carry products that I’ve used as well. Consonant, Graydon to name a few and they are great. I’ve repurchased a few.

My first experience here was incredible. Audra is truly the BEST. She is so caring and takes her sweet time to make sure you have the best experience. 1000% will go back again!

I love going to this clinic. Have been going on and off for years now when I want to treat myself. I have seen various clinicians and they have all been wonderful! They also carry a local skin care company, graydon, which I also love. You will not regret booking this treat for yourself. It’s not just rubbing creams on your face, it’s actual treatments for the skin. Money well spent!
Updated to add I tried the IPL facial today and had a great experience. Miriam walked me through everything before hand and talked me through each process. Thoroughly enjoyed it and bought the package for 2 more!

Another wonderful facial today with Ruth. Love the Freeze clinic. Excellent prices for the high quality facial you get. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Always look forward to my facial every 3 months. My skin is well taken care of and looks better now than it did years ago!

Audra was amazing for start to finish. She is super knowledgeable and explained every step to ke from start to finish. It was my first time experiencing any kind of cryo therapy, and it did not disappoint. My skin feels and looks amazing. I'm obsessed and have already booked my second treatment with Audra.

I've been here multiple times. In my opinion, this is the best facial clinic in Toronto. The facials change your skin and it's immediately noticeable. You leave with a glow and there is no downtime.

The clinic is beautiful inside, really relaxing and cozy and the music is always great too. Also appreciate that they aren't pushy and don't try to sell you on products after you're done.

They do a super thorough job and are very knowledgable about skin. I highly recommend them if you have skin concerns or even just want to freshen your skin up.

This was the second time I've been to see Ruth and the experience this time was so pleasant - just as it was a couple months ago. My skin has gotten so much better with just one treatment. Unlike many other facial places, they never try to sell you extra treatments or products and are happy to recommend spaced out treatments so there's so pressure. Ruth also gives great skin advice for maintenance. Highly recommend this place - I will definitely be back.

What an incredibly rejuvenating experience! I was in very good hands with Ruth, who walked me through the multiple steps of the signature facial. My favourite parts were the gentle microdermabrasion (felt like a great deep clean, prepping the skin for next steps) and the rose water application (so refreshing). I can't wait to go back!

I’ve been coming to Freeze Facial for the last couple of years and what makes me come back is the great team and the results that I’ve seen with my skin. The team also share helpful advice on how to continue to improve my skin, which I’ve very much valued. It is by far the best facial treatment clinic in Torobto that's why I keep going back regularly from their cold laser to ultra cryo treatments to their amazing/high quality products. But most of all, their service is just impeccable.

I've been coming to the Freeze Clinic for years and have made their facials part of my skin care routine since I was in my mid twenties, when they first opened. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone! I pretty much stopped going for traditional "European" facials once I discovered the freeze clinic. Over the years I've tried other places and types of facials but the Freeze Clinic is the place I keep coming back to. My skin always looks great when I walk out of there and looks even better in the days after. On top of the treatments being really effective not just in the short term but also longterm, the prices are very fair, it's a lovely space and everyone who works there is super nice!

I had my first freeze facial today with Ruth. She did a great job of analyzing my skin and making targeted recommendations based on what she saw and what my concerns were. The products used have clean ingredients and are mild and natural in scent. I ended up buying a 6 facial package!
