Great amenities and offers but we have seen some floor plans for 1 bed which were a bit unusual in terms of plan.

Very nice area and the building looks great. Only draw back for us was couple of the fees included. And the kitchen designs were really small. Fridge. Stove top and oven could or should be full sized. The front of the buildings all glass and no front west facing balconies. A few things that kept us from buying but it's selling out fast so it does appeal to many. Look forward to seeing it completed and will be a perfect addition to the Distillery District.
