I had the most pleasant experience at the gown and my appointment with Ana. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted. I think my words were “nothing tight so I can eat a lot and dance the night away”. I thought I wanted beading/lace but ended up saying “Yes! ” To a clean gown. Ana listened to me every step of the way. Also, the dress was extremely affordable.

I visited The Gown back in November to find my wedding dress and it was a fabulous experience. Emily, my bridal consultant, made searching for my dress a stress free and fun experience. I had used the Wishlist tool online and the dresses were pulled and ready for me at the start of my appointment. What I absolutely loved about this experience was Emily. She really took the time to understand what I wanted (even if I didn't clearly know) and she pulled dresses she thought I would like. My dress ended up being one she pulled for me and I could not have picked a better dress for myself. Two of my sisters also purchased their dresses from here. I would HIGHLY recommend The Gown to any Bride looking for her dream dress. Exceptional service and experience.

Absolutely LOVED my experience at the gown + the gown girls! The customer experience from beginning to end is unmatched compared to all the other bridal shops I’ve visited.

Besides the exceptional customer service, I loved how I could browse all the selection of dresses within budget online and save it so I could try it on during my appointment. This alone stands out from a lot of bridal shops who don’t even ask you beforehand what type of styles you like.

Secondly, Emily is wonderful to work with! Picking out the dresses I wanted to try and helping me put on and take off the dress. A lot of bridal shops don’t do that.

I ended up finding my dream dress at another bridal shop but really wanted to support and give my business to the gown. I asked them if they could price match from a different shop and they said yes!

No one pressured me into buying anything and they let me explore other options before I made my decision.

IF I had to give any constructive feedback on one thing I wished they could improve on, it would be updating the bridal rooms with more modern furniture, decor, and lighting.

The rooms are still beautiful of course, but I found that they seemed a bit outdated compared to some of the other bridal shops I’ve visited. Having a more modern room would make the dresses pop out even more!

All in all, I 100% recommend the gown for all your wedding dress needs

The Gown should be your first stop if you're looking for not only a wide range of dresses, but a memorable experience. The Gown Girls were amazing from start to finish, making the entire process easy and fun for everyone. Their attention to detail, hospitality, and bubbly energy was exactly what our party needed. We had age ranges from 2-95 in our group, and every person left feeling special and involved. I cannot recommend this bridal boutique more highly!

I was here three years ago helping to pick out my best friend's wedding dress and had such a wonderful experience (even though I wasnt the bride!), I recently returned to find my own wedding dress! It was my first time looking for wedding dresses and we had such a good time and even found the dress! Even though we ran over our appointment time, our consultant Chloe was super sweet and accommodating the whole time. I would definitely recommend this boutique to any bride looking for her perfect wedding dress!

I highly recommend The Gown! Andrea was amazing every step of the way. She listened to everything I liked and didn't like and ultimately helped me say YES to the dress! The rest of the staff were great as well. They all popped into the room to say hi and help any way they could. I think they were all more excited than I was when I found my dress! Communication is great. They always answer the phone and keep me updated by email so I never have to worry. It was all around an amazing experience!

When my dress was ready for pick up, I wanted to come in on short notice due to my mother in law being in town. Even though they were short staff and it was short notice they 10000% made it happen. I appreciated that immensely.

I called and left a message because I am looking for a mother of the bride dress. I received a call back within 1.5 hours from a lovely lady named Chloe. She unfortunately could not help me at The Gown because they do not carry MOB dresses, but she did provide me with 3 other excellent options.

My daughter drove from Brantford. Ashley and Chloe made the long drive worthwhile. She only tried on one dress and said Yes. This will be a Church Wedding, we needed to cover the Bride's shoulders. Ashley and Chloe found the perfect shawl. The dress will look elegant for the Church ceremony & festive for the party at night. We were done in less than 2 hours. Ashley & Chloe only focused on my daughter during that time. We did not feel rushed. The entire experience was relaxing. Thank You Ashely and Chloe for making this such a positive experience!

I found my dream dress at The Gown in Newmarket in October of 2022, and it's been so hectic since then I've only had time to write my review now! First off, a dream dress is one thing, but when there's a dream TEAM behind all the poofy white tulle, lace and crinoline cheering you on, you're bound to have a great bridal shopping experience. I have always been conscious of my body shape and picky about my style, but somehow my incredible consultant Danni was able to find my perfect dress in the sea of gowns (one of her picks she thought would fit my style based on our initial chat/questionnaire). I cannot express how grateful I was that Danni was my bridal consultant. She was patient, efficient, thoughtful, engaging, cheerful and just absolutely lovely. She is amazing at keeping the conversation going, always picking up right where we left off between gown zip ups. When I found my dress, the other consultants also stopped by to congratulate me and to chat.

The Gown provides an hour and a half appointments (instead of the traditional hour at other shops) which allows you to try more dresses without feeling rushed. Prior to your appointment, The Gown also has you browse the website to pick five dresses to try, which are pulled for you prior to your appointment which also helps save time! Based on these selections, your consultant will also get a sense of your style before you come in.

On top of all this, it's also worth mentioning the little things that mean a lot. After visiting several bridal boutiques, I realized that when you try on dresses, you will inevitably get HOT and uncomfortable! The Gown has a fan readily available inside the changeroom. Such a small thing, but a total GAME CHANGER. It made the appointment ultimately way more enjoyable. When you find your dress, you get to celebrate with some pink bubbly in a cute champagne glass (that you keep) and chocolate. Upon purchasing my dress, I received a congratulatory letter from my consultant a week later that included a photo magnet that was taken after my appointment.

In addition to their beautiful selection of dresses, the thoughtfulness, love and care that the The Gown Girls put into their boutique are the reasons I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Even if I hadn't bought my dress from here, I would still be raving about it - it was an extremely positive experience I'm going to take with me for the years to come.

It's a long review, but it was worth every minute writing. I can't thank Danni and the Gown Girls enough for making me feel sparkly, beautiful and special for my big day - and for helping me confidently check off a huge task on my checklist!

After going to three other boutiques The Gown was the only one I went back to! My experience with Ashley was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed! Although the dresses were not my size (they were small), she still made them fit perfectly and flattering to my size. I purchased my wedding dress from The Gown last week and cannot say enough good things about my experience there. After having a pretty terrible time at a bridal shop in Barrie the night before - (they didn't carry a single dress over a size 10!) - it was a world of a difference and an amazing experience the moment I walked into The Gown the next morning for my appointment. An incredible selection with a variety of sizes and I found my PERFECT dress. So many nice little details in the shop - the music, lighting, comfortable seating for my mom and sister, the champagne flute, chalkboard with my name on it, etc. The sales rep, Chloe, was incredibly helpful too. 10/10 would recommend. After booking at another dress store late in December, I wanted a second option just to try on some initial dresses. Upon arriving at The Gown, all the staff were so sweet in getting my guests and I settled in and introducing me to my consultant, Chloe. Chloe was the absolute best! She made me feel comfortable, supported, and beautiful throughout the appointment. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but the dress I fell in love with was Chloe’s pick! Trust the process, these ladies know what they are doing. I thought I would feel stressed with such a big decision, but the entire process was so seamless and enjoyable, thanks to Chloe and all The Gown staff. Needless to say, I don’t need my appointment at the other shop - I found my perfect dress at The Gown!

My oh my, I cannot get over the experience I had with Alex at the gown. Alex easily made finding my wedding gown one of the best days of my life. She was so thoughtful, knowledgeable and caring throughout the whole day. Not just Alex, but everyone at the Gown left me feeling like a Princess all day long. The Gown staff was amazing! Although I did not purchase my dress there they had stunning gowns, one was a VERY close second. The staff were super welcoming and they had very comfy slippers for us to wear. The rooms were very clean and private. Jessica was one of the best bridal consultants I had and I went to many stores. I recommend The Gown to every bride looking for their wedding dress! You will not be disappointed!

Cannot recommend The Gown enough! After having quite the mediocre experience at Kleinfeld, this place is the go to if you're in the York Region area! The girls are all so friendly and professional - it's like walking into your friend's living room with a bunch of friendly faces (though this living room looks so much nicer!) It was such an easy and fun experience trying on dresses and then eventually saying yes to the dress! I picked up my wedding dress from The Gown in 2019 and then patiently waited until last weekend to finally put it on for my wedding that was postponed twice because of the pandemic. I knew we needed to go through with our wedding reception just so i could wear this dress. I don't think i could've gotten more compliments on the dress if i tried. Thank you Emily and The Gown team for making my dress dreams come true. It was worth the wait!

My dress experience at The Gown was perfect! As someone who really doesn’t love shopping and trying on clothes, I was sooo nervous to try on wedding dresses but Katie put me at ease right away! The boutique itself is so cute! My friends and family were so comfortable on the couches while they watched me try on beautiful dresses! Katie was amazing at making suggestions but also taking my lead on what I felt most comfortable in!

In the end I said yes to the dress! After hearing stories of brides going to many bridal stores and trying on hundreds of dresses, I am so relieved I made the right decision to only go to The Gown, and that I found my dream dress after trying on only 6 dresses! When you know, you know, and this dress was everything I could have dreamed of and more!

Alex was made for this job. I went in feeling very nervous as I am a very self concious person - Alex listened to everything I liked and disliked (including every dress I selected myself) and was able to pull a dress that I just loved! With Alicia's help, they were able to show me what it would look like how I chose to order it (lined, colour, etc.) and I left feeling so excited! Alex even had Taylor Swift playing as I said "Yes! " to the dress, as I told her my fiance played it when we got engaged and how much I love her. She really had some personal touches and the experience was truly stress free and fun. I would recommend The Gown to anyone looking for a dress! Both my sister and I had great experiences, years apart, which goes to show how much they love their jobs! I said Yes to my dress at this bridal boutique and I couldn't be happier! Dani was super duper helpful, really tested my love for the dress I've been waiting for by pulling out other dresses that I could potentially like. She was so experienced and answered all my questions, she took the time to hear what I like and what I don't like.
The boutique itself was very clean, roomy and safe. At the time of my appointment, I was the only one there so there was no running into other brides. Katy really helped me out with the dress I took home, I really appreciated the transparent communication when I first inquired.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I visited The Gown on Saturday, March 12th and my consultant was Divine. I cannot say enough nice things about her! She made me feel seen and heard the entire appointment and I never once felt uncomfortable. She asked me questions to get to know me, my relationship with my fiancé and the plans for our wedding. I walked in there with full intentions of buying a specific style of dress and was quickly discouraged that the pre-chosen styles I selected didn’t give me that bridal look and feel everyone talks about. Divine picked up on this and listened to everything I said and watched my emotions trying on each new dress and ended up finding a dress that was nothing that I had expected but EVERYTHING I needed and more. I have never felt more beautiful. With covid rules I was allowed 3 guests but they also set up a Zoom link so more people could join in on such a special day. Thank you SO much Divine and to the other ladies there that helped me on the day to find the absolute perfect dress! I still cry happy tears when I think about how good of a day this was.

Went here just by myself to get a feel for what trying on dresses would be like and I had the best experience. Due to my anxiety I was a little worried about the whole thing but that quickly faded. I worked one on one with Alex and she just made me feel so comfortable and stress free. She listened to my ideas, worked within my budget, and gave a lot of helpful suggestions and info. There was no pressure to pick a dress right then and so I really just felt that they really genuinely care about their customers and making their dreams come true.

After heading to Toronto to try on dresses at three different locations, I was empty handed for a wedding dress and not looking forward to going shopping again.

My mom sent me the link to the Gown and a few dresses from their website. I enjoyed being able to see their dresses online and I needed to find a dress. I booked an appointment and brought my girls along with me (first shop I was able to have everyone with me) and I truly couldn’t be happier to have made that appointment.

Not only did I find my dress, my appointment was beyond my expectations. Alex was amazing to work with, she was upbeat and friendly the entire time. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, and make me feel comfortable. She took the time to show me how I could make some changes to a dress to make it MY dress. Without her helping me see the adjustments I could easily make, I wouldn’t have found the one. I honestly can’t say enough about my experience at the Gown, it was everything you want in a Wedding Dress appointment.

10/10 would recommend! I first found The Gown on social media, I believe, because one of their TikToks/Reels came up on my feed. After watching their videos, I knew I had to come here to look for my wedding dress, even though their shop is 1.5 hours away from where I live! This was the first and only dress shop I visited to shop for my wedding dress. I had my appointment at The Gown yesterday, and I came home with my wedding dress! This was a shock to me because I completely expected to not be able to afford a dress from here. I’ll be honest, there were times I considered just ordering online to save money. HOWEVER - I’m so glad I made my appointment! From the moment my guests and I walked in, we felt the warm welcomes from all of the staff (although, my 3 month old son probably had something to do with this). They were also great at ensuring everything was clean and sanitized for our visit. My consultant, Divine, was absolutely “divine”! From start to finish she was really attentive to what I was looking for all while ensuring I was staying at or under budget. I’m really not fussy when it comes to how my dress looks, but Divine was quick to understand how I felt about certain dresses I tried on. Divine ended up bringing in a dress that was originally over budget but was a discontinued style as well as off the rack which brought the price to below my budget. This was the dress I chose because the moment I stepped into it I knew it was the one! I said “Yes” to the dress! Divine was also really helpful in bringing out accessories to show me what they would look like with the dress. Although I didn’t purchase the accessories, they did help me envision which kind of accessories I’ll want on my big day. Divine, thank you so much for your help and patience! Thank you as well to the Gown Girls for your warmth and friendliness during these uncertain times. My experience here was amazing and I will always recommend The Gown!

I had the best experience at The Gown, if I could give them 10 stars, I would! Before finding The Gown, I had been to a few different stores and tried on a few different dresses. I had honestly given up hope. The Gown girls made me feel super comfortable and I really felt like they were hearing what I was wanting out of my dress. I came in for my first appointment last Saturday with my mom and sister in law. Jessica was with us for that appointment and she was just super! She had the 5 dresses that I picked out online prepared for me to try on. The private room was wonderful and I have to mention how much I appreciated the fan in the changing room.going in and out of those dresses gets hot! I ended that appointment with my top 2 dresses (one of which was picked out by Jessica!). I had to think about it so I decided to come back another day and choose the dress. I came back today and Alex and Alicia were with me for this appointment. They are also just wonderful! I tried on the 2 dresses I picked out and made my decision. The ladies were so sweet and made it a memorable moment for my mom and I. I honestly could go on and on about how lovely everything was. The Gown and the gown girls are the best and they go above and beyond to make your experience wonderful! <3

I said yes to the dress with them during one of the covid lockdowns and I was so so happy that I chose The Gown. I wasn’t sure what to expect having never done any sort of virtual try-on appointment like this before, and especially for something as special as a wedding dress, but I actually had to hold back happy tears after the first video consultation with Emily because I was just so happy with how well it went. We went through all the dresses I was interested in and I got to see pre-recorded videos of ladies in the dresses to help show what the dresses look like “in person”. They were so kind and helpful, and showed me gorgeous dresses within my price range.
It was a breeze picking up and dropping off the dresses that I chose to try on at home and they provide all the extra bits you need. When trying them on at home Emily helped instruct us where to clip, while also providing her expertise discussing different features and details of the dresses during the video appointment.
I truly didn’t feel like I missed out on anything by doing the at-home appointment (which was something I was worried about).
I felt beautiful in all the dresses, and had such a fun day. To top it off they gave a sweet little gift for when I said yes to the dress. Thanks again for all your wonderful help, I can’t wait until my dress comes in and I can put it on again!

I am pleased with my experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and the ladies at the store were very helpful with taking accurate measurements and processing the order. I am very happy that my jumpsuit arrived a month before expected date and that it fits me like a glove! I really enjoyed dealing with The Gown. The store is absolutely stunning and very welcoming. I came in expecting to just get the measurements and pay, but they offered I try on a dress by same designer to see how it fits. I was very happy with the expectation they set and when I received my jumpsuit I was 100% satisfied as the colour and the fit matched the description I was given at the time of order. I am a modest bride who has specific requirements that most dresses don't adhere to, but Alex and the rest of the team were so welcoming, helpful, and CREATIVE in helping me imagine what I can look like as a bride. I came in with a certain idea of what I wanted, but Alex had the knowledge and instinct to show me something she thought may work, and I loved it more than what I was originally coming in for. She knew what I wanted before I even knew! Everything was very transparent, and you can tell the staff really care about helping you find your dream dress (vs just trying to make a sale). In addition to the amazing service, The Gown has beautiful private suites, which just added to having a very comfortable and positive experience. I highly recommend any bride to come here!

From the moment I stepped into the Gown, I felt so welcomed and excited! The ladies at this boutique truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, beautiful and not an ounce of feeling as though I'm being rushed! My experience was the definition of what every bride to be should feel on the search for their special dress! Alicia was an absolute angel, I'm so happy I got to work with her. First and only stop on my dress search and I can't say enough positive things about these ladies, the boutique, dress selection and my overall experience! Yesterday I went to The Gown and found my perfect dress. This was actually my 5th time shopping for a dress. Every other time I had gone Downtown Toronto. I can say without a doubt, this was by far the best experience I had.

Emily was extremely kind, genuine, and empathetic especially when it came to the unique nature of trying to find the wedding dress of my dreams during COVID. She was truly just unbelievable in every single aspect.

No need to head to the city for your perfect dress and if you are in the city it is absolutely worth the drive to Newmarket! You will not be disappointed.

The Gown was my FIRST wedding boutique that I've visited this past weekend with my mom, one of my bridesmaids and her mom. Let me tell you, I was not expecting to come out with my wedding dress 2 hours later - I was shocked and still am! The experience was so smooth and stress-free. The ladies were SO friendly over the phone when I was booking my appointment, they also followed up with an email containing instructions on how to prepare for a zoom call (consultation where they show you dresses you like from their website). After the zoom call, they followed up with another email containing some COVID questions that me and my guests had to answer prior to our arrival (super prepared). On the day of my appointment, I was greeted warmly by Alicia and Emily and shown to my private room. The Gown is super clean and has such a cozy feel, perfect for a ladies day. They already had the dresses I selected from our Zoom call ready so you're really not wasting time discussing what you like/don't like - time saver! After an hour of trying on dresses, I asked if I could try on some Martina Liana dresses since there was a showcase only for that weekend. Knowing what I liked, Emily brought over a Martina Liana dress and well. THAT WAS THE ONE! It had everything I wanted, I was able to customize the train (also gave me some discounts), Alicia took my measurements and once we were done, they turned on a bridal playlist and gave us some privacy to celebrate, take pictures, dance and enjoy giving us some private time! They also give you a cute little gift as well:)
Honestly, don't waste your time elsewhere, they have so many styles here that won't break the bank. My dress looks like a Berta dress, so who said you can't find a stunning dress that looks like it came from a Vogue magazine that isn't $10,000!? I couldn't be happier with the entire experience, the budget, Emily and Alicia's experience - you ladies made mine and my family's day! Can't wait to stop by to shop for some veils ;)

Brides. I cannot say enough amazing things about the store itself and the ladies at The Gown! As a plus sized bride, I was worried what experience I would be having at the stores. They turned out to have a wonderful selection for all sizes which made for an unforgettable experience that was stress free and wonderful!

As soon as you walk in the door, you feel the warm and inviting atmosphere instantly! The store is cozy and pure bridal. They have individual and private suites for your appointments and were able to zoom call in my mom who is stuck in the states right now! It was so special to be able to have her there for my appointment and watch me say yes to the dress! She said she felt like she was in the room, it was such a special moment that I am forever grateful we were able to share together.

All of the details starting from the sign in the room with my name on it, to the genuine excitement that the employees have for you, was so different than the two other stores I visited. There was never any pressure and they offered their genuine opinion which was so appreciated.

I cannot recommend this store enough! If you want to feel like a beautiful, special bride, you have to visit The Gown! You will not be disappointed!

I bought my veil here and it was a wonderful experience! Emily was so sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable. She carefully listened to how I envisioned my veil to look like. I tried on a wedding dress that looked similar to the one I purchased at another boutique, and Emily had me try on stunning veils that fit my description and that were in my price range.

The boutique is also very cute and charming, and it was very apparent that they were taking the COVID safety procedures seriously. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend The Gown enough! Shannon and her team were absolutely amazing! This place is professional, welcoming, Accommodating and there was no pressure! They have a wide selection and truly listen to your vision. Alex and Emily were both incredible and felt like family by the end of my appointments. I had a wonderful experience at the Gown. Alex, one of the sales associate, made my first wedding dress shopping experience a memorable one. She went above and beyond tailoring to the style of dresses I liked and staying within my budget. Because I am petite, she also double checked my measurements before ordering my dress, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend any bride-to-be to go to this place when finding a dress. You won't be disappointed!

The ladies at The Gown are amazing. I worked with both Emily and Shannon yesterday on their first day of reopening since Covid, and I could not have been happier with my experience. The current setup they have is great. I felt completely safe with their procedures set out, the process was clear, and everything was sanitary, but I was still able to enjoy my experience as a bride. I had to postpone my wedding and was shopping for a second dress for my legal, backyard ceremony in 4 months. The ladies had no problem helping me find the perfect dress that I could take home that day and worked within my limited budget. Thank you so much!

I went to the gown about a year ago and purchased my dress during the Essence of Australia trunk sale. It didn’t take long to find the perfect dress this store has an amazing selection & the bridal consultant Emily made me feel very comfortable and was amazing with picking out dresses.
The gown recommended me to go to Ina’s Bridal Alterations in Cookstown. Joanne has just finished with my dress and I can’t say enough good things about her she made the alterations process so smooth. My dress looks amazing and feels amazing. I highly recommend getting your alterations done by Joanne!

I initially went to David’s Bridal (big mistake), I was underwhelmed with the dress options and the attention my “stylist” paid me was limited at best.
I made an appointment to visit The Gown on January 28 2020.
Shannon, and all the Gown Gals fulfilled that dress buying experience I had envisioned and then some!
Shannon was so easy to talk to, and was able to read me like a book! I always felt heard, and that woman knows how you make you feel like million bucks!
Shannon actually pulled my dress for me, it wasn’t at all what I had walked in the store expecting to even try on let alone fall in love with!

I went yesterday to go look at dresses as my wedding is a year and more than a half away. Shannon helped me right away and was amazing and listen to what I wanted, took the time to go through a ton of dresses because I wanted to see all kinds. She was professional, funny, and so kind. It made the experience really magical for me. Right off the bat, Shannon put us into the newer large bridal suite since we were the last appointment and we were treated like royalty! The first dress I tried on ended up being the one, she knew just based off some pictures of other dresses I had shown her. I'm a plus size bride so I was a little anxious about finding a dress and even nervous for the whole experience but I'm so happy and glad I went here! Even though she knew that the first dress was my dress, i asked to try on more just to see if it was the dress I was blown away by or the style and the poor woman dragged tons of dresses out of the changeroom! But her expertise was so well on point, she knew exactly what she was doing and I was completely confident in her abilities and knowledge. She's a genius! I would recommend to anyone who is just looking or is wanting to buy a dress but is unsure. GO HERE! They treat you like family and want to see you happy and will do the most to make sure your experience is amazing! Just so blown away by the experience and so happy and thankful to the staff here!

Loved my experience here! They knew how to make you feel special and make it all about you and your vision. I said yes to my dress here and it was an amazing experience. Love the "I said Yes" glass and the magnet they send afterwards, nice personal touch!

The Gown was the first of 4 places I went wedding shopping. NONE of the others compared to this one. This was a FANTASTIC experience! Loved it! Lindsay was wonderful! Bubbly with a great personality that made me excited! You get your own little room, great seating for 2-4 coming with you. Personalized with a little sign. She asked what I was looking for and went out and got dresses for me. She set them up so all I had to do was step into them, was right there waiting to zip/button me up immediately. Attentive to what I was looking for, and teared up when she saw my reaction to my favourite one. What an amazing experience! Highly recommended!

Had such a wonderful shopping experience with bridal consultant Emily not once, but twice! I originally went when the stella york trunk show was happening, and had found my dream dress; but I couldn't say yes until I came back with my family and friends! Once I came back with everyone we had such a fun time trying on more dresses, and finding the perfect veil and head piece to go with my gown! Emily definitely made it a memorable experience and I highly recommend her and the rest of the staff at the gown! You wont be disappointed! Thanks again Emily!

Great experience shopping at The Gown! Nice variety of dresses at a good price range. The bridal suites are spacious, comfortable and private - perfect spot to have your 'say yes to the dress' moment. The consultant I had was very patient and had great taste in pulling dresses that would flatter my body shape. I would definitely recommend this shop!

The staff, service, and gowns were just awesome here. I was dreading dress shopping again, due to a bad experience at a different store. Emily made me feel comfortable, listened to what I wanted and picked some gorgeous gowns. I really appreciated the private dressing rooms, so you don't have to show a million people what you're wearing. A lot of touches are very thoughtful - fans in the dressing rooms, a personalized chalk board, water, cookies, etc. I can't recommend this place enough!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful greeting and service we received yesterday when we arrived for the Trunk Show showcasing dresses from Australia. We arrived early and we were made to feel so special from the moment we set foot in side the door. Our bridal consultant was outstanding. She had been on her feet the whole day and we were her last appointment. She treated us like we were her first guests of the day. She listened. She was fun, and warm and friendly and helpful. There were other brides trying on gowns and their bridal consultant was just as wonderful as ours. Cheers could be heard as the brides were declaring " Yes to the dress". The selection of dresses were terrific. They were beautiful. This day was very special for us and it was because the staff at the Gown I think love their jobs and it shows.

We went there for an appointment for my future sister-in-law and had the best time. Lindsay was the absolute BEST! She really listened to what my SIL wanted and gave her the most beautiful options. Every dress was stunning and Lindsay truly made it a pain free experience. Make sure you ask for an appointment with Lindsay, she is hilarious, so sweet and makes sure to really pay attention to the bride's opinions.
