The Grand Bayou Cajun Kitchen

UPDATE: What changed? We ordered pizza and wings for takeout and they were not up to the normal Grand Bayou standard? Sauce seems different for both and the pizza was extremely greasy? Service was friendly as always.

Tried it once. It didn’t command another visit. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I have to be honest.

This place is hardly worthy of being called a restaurant. The owner treats the staff poorly and the food is subpar/

First time visiting, service was excellent, atmosphere welcoming. I ordered the fish and chips, was amazing! Will definitely be back!

Paris’ hidden gem. It has a low-key, local bar ambiance, but the service and food are both great!

Wings are HUGE and super crispy (arguably the best I’ve had).
Pizzas are amazing.
Cajun chicken & taco wraps are both delicious.
I love the Cajun onion rings - they surpass any onions rings I’ve had.

It’s off the main strip, but definitely worth the few minute detour. It’s still close enough to walk from the downtown core!

I will make this review short and honest. The Grand Bayou has top notch wings and pizzas. Also great service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Dinner was great and service was very good also. Food was yummy! Ceaser salad and pizza is what we had with a beer each. Friendly staff even the cook came out and said hello. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful unexpected surprise on our Sunday drive.the Jambalaya we had today was perfect.

I can’t say enough good about this place. The restaurant was clean. The food was amazing. We had the crab cakes, the chicken bacon ranch and the jambayla and it was all delicious and homemade. The staff was amazing and friendly. Even the cook came out to see how the food was. We will be back again and again

Pizza and wings are okay but service isn’t great. I’ve tried to support them as a local business for a few years now but it’s hard when they don’t seem to have their stuff together. Tried to order pizza at 7: 30 and was told the kitchen was closed even though they’re open until 9.

It’s disappointing and not worth the headache.

The best pizza we ever had. It just melts in your mouth. Kudos to the chef and the team. Highly recommend this place.

AWESOME! Can I give them 10 stars? They have the best pizza I've ever eaten in Ontario. It is just 5 minutes walk from downtown Paris and has the best service. Happy we found this place!

My family makes it a tradition to come here every year after our annual tubing trip on the Grand River. The service is friendly and welcoming, food is excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommend if you're passing by or in the area!

The best restaurant in Paris. Totally worth walking 5 minutes from the center of Paris to try those terrific plates (pork pizza). The price is also great. We ordered two large pizzas and one fried shrimp and paid $84.

Arrived on a Sunday at lunch and there was only one other table filled. I was a little concerned the food wasn’t going to be good since it wasn’t busy at all. But I was wrong. The food was excellent! The Bourbon Chicken Po-Boy is a must try. Also the Battered Pickles is a great way to start the meal off.

Pizza, burgers and some creole cooking. The portions are good and the fries are especially nice (some kind of coating - cornmeal? !)

Our group had dinner here. Most of us had the ring special, the food was really good. The service was good, we were all served together.
