The Great Canadian Bagel

It has been a few years since I had these bagels and I was a little disappointed. Did the recipes change? Are you skimping on ingredients? Do they still make them there on site? I went in to buy a dozen bagels, and yes it was an hour before closing time so I expected my choices might be limited.
Seemed like there was hardly any cheese to be found in the Cheddar swiss bagels and most of the bagels were flat or gigantic. The chocolate chip had little or no taste, and over all they were very dry and hard. I worked for this company many years ago and remember how good these bagels were and how much effort went into making them to the quality and standards set out by the company.

Clean up your restaurant. Rude staff. Advertises "Gourmet Coffee" but you pour it yourself out of a machine. Bagels were decent tho.

Best bagels, interesting flavours not found elsewhere, reasonable prices. No preservatives so you need to refrigerate or risk mould. Bagels are larger than supermarket brands and taste better as well. Wednesday deal $1 off each dozen.

The stuffed spinach bagel with bacon cream cheese was a delicious treat! I love the bagel varieties and the service is amazing

Love this bagel shop. My favourite item to order is the Egg Salad Sandwich on a plain toasted bagel, with lettuce and tomato. Delicious!

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese with regular coffee advertised for 5.60. Upon checkout I was charged over 9$. Not sure if you pay extra for what bagel/cream cheese you choose but if that is so it was not very well outlined in menu. The food was good but had to make my own coffee. Don’t think I’d go back to buy a bagel here.

I absolutely love coming here for a quick bite after a night shift! The staff are all lovely and the food is always good! So happy they open early. My favourite sandwich to get is the jalapeno cheddar bagel with an egg, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and green peppers. You guys are the best

By far the best bagels ive had. Im not into cream cheese but if you are this is the spot check it out.

Friendly service, great bagel selection, delicious cream cheese options. They no longer give you plastic bags to store/freeze your bagels in an effort to conserve the environment so plan to have air tight storage yourself or your bagels will not be edible next day. Wednesdays they have a take home bagel special!

My son's favourite place to go with me. We grab toasted bagels, and go grab a Timmies before we go do groceries together.

Best bagels ever! Get them cut, toasted and buttered with cream cheese.oh man they are thee best!

They don’t use gloves in this location overall the food was good but they don’t use gloves which is unhygienic

Amazing as always. Cheddar and Herb bagel will forever have my heart. Sandwiches are fresh and delicious.

We had two bagel sandwiches, one with cream cheese and egg salad and the other with Turkey and Swiss cheese. Size of the sandwiches was generous, and both were delicious and fulfilling. The best 2-person meal for $15. The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful except the woman making my food did not wear gloves. Another worker there was wearing gloves while making the food. I couldn't eat my food bc of this.: (I wish I got the worker who wore gloves. My worker was nice and everything was perfect except she wore no gloves. And she touched the cash register machine and credit card machine and I touched it to pay and then made more sandwiches. The other worker took her gloves off to touch the credit card machine and cash register. Please tell the worker who doesnt wear gloves to put gloves on. It takes a second and it's an easy step to give ur repeat customers a sense of safety especially after covid. Thank you to the other worker who wore gloves. Otherwise no complaints. Food is always yummy. Just the glove problem.

These people at this Bagel shop don’t use gloves, they wear jewelry in hands and touch food and everything else around! No masks, no hair nets…
No hygiene protocols whatsoever.
Now they charge $1 dollar extra for a lettuce and double charge ($2,75) for choosing a different type of bagel. Everything inside bagel is charged extra. They are Taking advantage of people and what’s offered on the menu. Never again!

Honestly, such a fantastic bagel! I’m just a regular type of guy who likes a cream cheese bagel and a coffee and the fact that this place offers it for a total of $6.30 is just such a phenomenal deal.

Coming from Tim Hortons bagels for the majority of my life I didn’t really know what a good bagel was until I try the great Canadian bagel and I was not let down. The bagel was toasted to perfection and they were not light on the cream cheese, which is something That I love!

Definitely give this place a try if you’re in the area as I know there are quite a few of them.

I can’t even explain to you how delicious their everything bagel with egg, cheese, bacon, mayo and bbq sauce is… you’ll crave it often!
