The good: the new GO concourses are finally done and are world class. The bad: the small VIA facilities are an embarrassment as is VIA overall. The Great Hall is as it always was: more ornamental than functional.

Great place for a meet up. Connected to most of the rails and to the other areas in the Union Station. The architecture is awesome. A must-see in Toronto.
