Fantastic meal all around. This is one of Ottawas best authentic Greek restaurants, bar none.
Yes it’s small. Yea seating is limited.

But the quality and freshness of the food, paired with the fantastic customer service is worth the visit.

We tend to be one trick ponies when we eat here. The wife will have a platter or a Greek salad, I do a pita wrap (tomatoes onion tzatziki). And doesn’t matter if it’s today or 8 years ago it’s always the same high quality I come to expect from them.

But tonight we agreed to share a basic order of fries. Most restaurants have the same old boring shoe string fries, drop em and serve em.

These hand cut fries were coated in an amazing powdered slice/rub that made them stand out by themselves.

Staff as mentioned is friendly, courteous, and quick to get you in and served. And as small and tight as the place is? You do not feel or get rushed to finish and leave.

Delicious food! We got a large catering package and some extra skewers and it was more than enough food for our party (30ish people). Everyone loved their meals. Mark was very helpful with the ordering process, and they helped load everything into my car, which was super sweet! Will definitely be ordering again.

This was a good eat. The chicken was a little bitter/burnt tasting but overall, I enjoyed my chicken soulvaki.

I had a craving to eat some Greek food. So I searched maps for restaurants that had high 4.6 star rating. The Greek Souvlaki House was at the top of the list. I ordered a Greek salad and the beef souvlaki platter. I was happy with my choice, it was delicious! The meat was properly cooked to medium rare, the tzatzik creamy yogurt had a good balance of garlic and the greek salad was good. Service was great and the whole dining experience was awesome. Costs for my meal was fair and serving sizes were good.

Update: I have been back several time ordering the lamb and pork souvlaki dinners and I am happy to report that every meal was awesome.

I think you will like the Greek Souvlaki House. Also I noticed that there were lots of people ordering through the delivery aps.

Decided to give this place a try today since it was close to where I was hanging out with a friend. This place is a hidden gem. The portions are very generous unlike most places nowadays that cheap out. The lamb souvlaki platter was amazing and I really loved the salad before the meal. Will be back!

The salads were outstanding and so fresh! The lamb plate I had was amazing and perfectly cooked. Desert had to come home or I would have needed a cart to help me leave. This is a MUST to visit in Ottawa!

I used to be a regular at here for years even before they moved to this location. One of my favourite places. I ordered for takeout pork souvlaki dinner extra skewer of chicken as well. I asked them if it was possible to bring it out to my car cause I am handicapped and they were very helpful with that. Now the food. Unfortunately it’s not the same as before. Skewers were dry and overdone burnt. Bland. Rice and potatoes were bland as well. I guess it was a bad day or it’s like it used to be. Anyway the guy who brought it out to me was very nice hoped I enjoyed my meal. Maybe next time.

Although they're still limiting access due to covid. Food and service is good.

Update Aug. 17. Room has been redone and electronic menu is available. Service is top notch and food as usual excellent.

I’ve been a fan of this place since their old location - way back when I was a little kid! I kid you not, I stopped being a vegetarian after 7 years when I learned they reopened. The pork souvlaki meal, garlic bread, and calamari changed my life LOL! Such nice people too! Can’t wait to go back:)

Absolutely the best Greek food - the moussaka in particular is very tasty. Portions are generous, food is always carefully prepared. Nothing less than perfection!

We’ve been coming here since I was a kid and it’s always been fantastic. I highly recommend the lamb burger. The service is awesome and Mark will hook you up with some bomb Greek food.
This place is a treasure.

Stopped here for dinner on a day tip to ottawa, some of the best Greek food I've had! We go the pikilia appetizer that I highly recommend. Reasonably priced and very friendly service plus we had lots of leftovers to bring home

For Greek food, this isn't bad. Portions are pretty big but relative to the price, it's fair.
A small restaurant with 5 tables and seating up to 20. The staff themselves are helpful and prompt.

Souvlaki Classic Pork Platter With Side salad, Potatoes & FRIES $21.95
The pork tasted good, but was a bit hard. Not sure if it was just over cooked.

Traditional Beef Gyro with Side salad, Rice & Potatoes $23.95
The beef was seasoned well and was tender (minced beef after all.)

The rice and potatos was ok. The fries weren't bad. The salad was quite good.

Overall a decent meal for someone hungry. Parking is limited as it's shared with the other restaurants in the plaza.

The lamb was cooked to perfection! The food and service were both 5 stars. The food came quickly. Highly recommend and will visit again! Thank you for the amazing food!

The mousaka is delicious, and it seems to be the onlg Greek restaurant in Ottawa that offers taramosalata for delivery (this is a MUST have for any Greek meal for me!). It is my absolute go-to Greek restaurant now.

The salad is balls to the wall AWESOME. Lotsa chicken, lots olives, lotsa pickled peppers. Love me a healthy weekday meal with a side dish of probiotics. Veggies are always excellent quality.

Fries are a delicacy from the gods. Excellent spice. Pita's good too. Platters are like 8 delicious meals, possibly too much rice.

Go here or at least get some takeout. Get yourself some cute little ouzo mints while you're at it.

These guys are great. Whether take out or dine in, great service, friendly staff, good portions and reasonable price.

Quant dine in restaurant. Delicious food, large portions designed for you to enjoy your meal and leave with a lunch for tomorrow.

Really good greek food. We normally get take out here, the souvlaki or gyro platters.

The gyro is amazing. We like to air fry the potatoes to crisp them up when we get home.

The food is really high quality, like a good home cooked meal for a good price.

I would give 5 stars but there's a couple of things that bug me about here:

- The tzatziki they give you with the platter is really small, not enough for the platter, and they charge you for an extra one.

- The platter does not come with a pita, which is standard at other Greek places I've been to.

Cosmos is a similar mom and pop Greek spot that does not nickle and dime for small things like this and I think it makes it a nicer experience.

Other than these small things, this restaurant is really good and I highly recommend it!

We dined in the restaurant which we have not done since before Covid. The service was poor. In experienced server with no knowledge of waiting tables. Priority went to all the Uber eats delivery staff. Food is excellent, large portions.
I will not dine in again.
