The best music store that I have been to in regards to how helpful and kind they are. Went in asking if I could/should replace my bass guitar strings, walked out with a full tutorial on how to install the new strings and knowledge that the strings don't need to be replaced yet for the low cost of $0. Amazing customer service.

My son has been taking guitar lessons here for some time, and the staff has always been amazing. The teachers are all very knowledgeable, friendly and the storefront staff are always very helpful when we have and questions or concerns. Highly recommended for anything guitar related.

I ordered a schecter guitar. It was available in a very reasonable time frame. They did all of the setup that I required. An amazing place to purchase a guitar, and get all that you need and more!

I suspected my guitar’s pickups were not working so I came in into the store and found out the issue wasn’t as bad as I though. Robert was very honest and knowledgeable

I was a student of GW and can't say enough of how good this place is. All of the teachers are excellent and very friendly. My son goes there now for bass lessons and and is very happy with Davin. Aside from lessons, Jim always there there to help. Recently I bought LTD arrow from Jim.

Good service from the employees. They were in no rush when we wanted to play a bit and try out the guitar. They had a good selection and were really grateful for our business. They also threw in a free servicing which is really nice.

Jim the owner at Guitar World is extremely friendly and offers exceptional customer service. My 5 year old daughter wanted to try piano lessons. Jim arranged for the perfect teacher, Davin. Davin went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and confident to learn. Ultimately she needed to build her confidence a bit more for lessons but when she is ready we will 100% sign her back up at Guitar World. I signed up for guitar lessons and was paired with Ken. Ken is a patient and extremely talented teacher. As an adult picking up something new can be challenging but Ken is always extremely encouraging and understanding. I highly recommend Guitar World for lessons, you won’t be disappointed.

Brought in my 7 string for a set up and it sounds fantastic. The price is very reasonable and will be bringing my other guitar in for future service.

I needed a quick set up done on a Les Paul and when others could not do it in time, Jim made it happen. You can tell very quickly that he loves what he is doing and I think that anyone that needs a guitar or help with one, should stop by see his shop.

Went in for a guitar setup as I had some minor concerns over some buzzing. After looking over the guitar we determined it was a non issue! No setup needed. Some places would charge for this or insist on spending money anyway. Appreciate the honesty in todays world. Will be returning in the future for my next purchase for sure!

Got my G&L Legacy set up here. Sounds more beautiful than ever. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I didnt even realize they have so many G&L products before coming for a set up.

Ive come here in the past for set ups on other guitars and I always find myself loving my guitars even more after getting them back.

I think they have lessons here, but if thats what youre looking for, its best to call and inquire.

A few weeks ago I decided to order a Schecter Nick Johnston Traditional Stratocaster from The Guitar World. Originally I wanted it in blue, but the same guitar in white was coming in much sooner. So they were nice enough to order both for me so that I could decide which one I wanted later. That way, I could have the white one while I wait for the Blue. Thank you so much Jim for everything, I really appreciate your time to personally deliver my new guitar! This guitar store will definitely not let you down, 5/5 stars!

These guys are great. I had an urgent change of my guitar stings as I had to play next day. Every place I checked they asked me to keep the guitar for 1 week, but Guitar World did it in 1 day as I had to perform the next day. Moreover they were extremely friendly and gave me some good tips for my guitar care. Thank you once again guys.

Came in today to get my high E string replaced and get my guitar checked out and received help and service above and beyond my expectations from Jim. He was so knowledgeable and patient and took the time to help me restring my guitar as well as talk me through the issues I had with my guitar and made sure I was happy with it before I left. My knowledge of guitars isn’t extensive by any means, but Jim explained everything to me so well and I left more knowledgeable than I came in. Definitely would recommend this store to anybody looking for a professional guitar tech and music store, and I definitely will be returning for any issues I may have with my guitar down the road. I’m more than satisfied with the service I received and would give this place (and especially Jim) 10 stars if I could!

I bought a Cort guitar from Guitar World around 2007. It's gathered much dust in recent years and needed a small repair. Today, Jim and Matt fixed my guitar, polished it up and inspired me to start playing again. Glad to find them again!

Haven't been in store as of yet, but ordered a s500 in Irish ale. Been dealing with Jim has never let me down yet answered all my questions and I'm more than happy with customer service.

I was referred to this specific The Guitar World location by a good friend of mine as I was looking for a new guitar. While I had a particular guitar in mind, I still had a lot of questions. Jim was very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful while I was making the decision on whether to purchase, and very helpful throughout the order process as well, keeping me informed. Once the guitar arrived, he went above and beyond by opening up the shop after hours just so that I could test it out and pick it up given my schedule. He wanted me to have it in my hands for the Easter long weekend, he knows exactly what it's like to anticipate a new guitar! While there, Jim was very friendly and personable. Overall, an A+ experience. It's safe to say that I will be coming here for any future purchases. Lastly, the guitar plays like a dream so I'm going to end this here and get back to playing. Over the weekend my son snapped a string on his ukulele just before a Zoom tutorial, & of course the repair kit was missing this particular string. We drove over here and got ahold of Jim, who was of extreme help, he had the replacement string in stock we needed and strung it up for us. The customer care, along with the experience, is always superb; I always feel welcome no matter what. I walked in for strings and to ask a question and Jim was more than willing and happy to help, even going as far as giving me a mini crash course on what I was asking. Him, among the rest of the staff, are excellent. Every purchase I have goes through them, because they are reliable and trustworthy.

These guys have been my main guitar tech if it's something I cannot do myself. I refer them to any of my friends that play guitar also. They haven't let me down so far.:)

It's okay for picking up something in a pinch, and they have lessons. But the selection is one of the smallest I've ever seen.they basically sell some Godin and a few Orange amps and then some miscellaneous stuff. The pictures don't match the actual store, they are of the old location. Friendly service.

Jim has offered me unbelievable customer service for years. Today I brought in my Cole clark guitar requesting some basic maintenance (setup). Jim inspected it and said the guitar sounds great as is – there is nothing more that you need to be done. Just replace the worn strings and you are good to go. Wow! I always learn new things with each interaction.

In addition, Jim took the time to tighten a loose guitar jack (sacrificing his hand in the process as it was difficult to access from the inside) and then he refused to take payment for it.

Their focus is clearly to keep customers satisfied for life (not just make a quick buck). So refreshing. Truly incredible customer service.

This is where The Guitar World excels. There are so many musical products out there that are amazing and overlooked. The Guitar World has educated me on many a different occasion and I have never left disappointed. I have always gained a greater understanding and appreciation for a product that I may overlooked.

Came here to get my bass setup because of some fret buzz. Showed Jim the issue and he almost immediately knew that the buzzing won't be translated to the pick-ups. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their services.

Came in to buy my first ever guitar, was greeted with the best customer service in my life. Jim sat down with me and played songs with me for around 45 minutes and even taught me some things completely free. He helped me choose which guitar I should buy and he even tuned it for me and gave a free cable and 2 picks. Overall I recommend anyone in the area to go to this store.
