The Hair Gallery Salon & Spa

Recently moved to Niagara Falls from Guelph and was needing to find a new hairdresser which can be a stressful experience. I found Shelby at The Hair Gallery and am so happy! She did an amazing colour and cut for me and I walked out smiling from ear to ear! Very clean salon, friendly and knowledgeable staff. 5 stars all the way!

I got a shampoo and that girl did the best shampoo I've ever had. Loved the scalp massage. I wish I could remember her name, but I'm terrible with names. Long, black hair. Very friendly, professional stylist. Clean salon. Thank you for fitting me in!

I got a trim and curtain bangs at this place.and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. To start, it was pretty expensive, which wouldn’t be a big problem had they done a good job. Instead, they gave me someone who was most likely new to the job. I went in with long and healthy hair that just needed a trim because of the flyaways. Walked out with worse hair than I came in with. Bangs were choppy, uneven, and oddly shaped.

Where to begin! I chose this place because of the reviews and was not disappointed at all. They have earned every star. The place is clean, inviting, tidy. The staff acknowledge customers immediately and put them first. The talet and customer service is amazing. I watched all that came through the door during my 2.5 hour visit and watched the talent unfold and care for every customer. The results were amazing. They pampered all and every one walked out looking amazing with new colour, new stiles and a new look. The staff constantly got the customers feedback to make sure they were getting what they wanted. I love this place and would highly recommend it.

Went Here for the first time to repair my hair that "First Choice"- (Lundys Lane) Had Almost Ruined, iF it wasn't for Lee Saving iT. She Did a Fantastic Job With My Hair, Great Color, lovely cut. Was Also a pleasure being There, i Was made To feel very comfortable, Lee & Elizabeth Are Both Great Girl's, who know what they're doing. This is Now My Go To Salon from now on. The price's are reasonable Too.

I'm super happy with how my hair and eyebrows turned out. The ladies there are friendly and easy to talk to and are super accepting. It's a fantastic place.

Very good job at following reference photos, I had Shelby and definitely recommend. She made sure to ask length before cutting thr hair and results turned out rlly good. Definitely going back next time for my next haircut.

O.k but the woman didn't cut the way I asked. Not close just shaved my head. I'm sad out in less than 6 minutes. It was like she couldn't care and she just wanted money. Been there before but it was the worst experience I have had in 50 plus years.

This is a review after 2 mins of going out of the Salon. Shelby, Elizabeth, Anida, and one more lovely lady, I forgot to ask her name. They did amazing job, I can't describe in words how well they made me comfort, exactly what I wanted. I freaked out and asked for a different color. But everybody made sure that I should get what I wanted. I love you guys so much, you lovely ladies made my day. I can't thank you enough for all the efforts that you put. I will be coming back soon with my friend. My sister loves my hair. Thank you thank you thank you so much?

Me and my got haircut from this saloon. They are about to close ona rainy day. And I am not even getting any ride. But the owner of this saloon she very kind she waited for me.

Very welcoming here and warm! Liz does my hair colour every single time just the way I want it where as other people I’ve gone to many times have not been able to do so! Highly recommend this salon! 10/10!

Excellent commitment from the team to absolutely make sure I was 100% happy before leaving! They worked extremely hard and stayed over 1 hour after closing to finish and complete our session. I called this salon desperate due to a terrible cut received from an out of town salon. They were able to fit me in the next day. I was blessed to be paired with Maria, who listened to my usual and current hair situation and came up with a plan. Not only did she correct the mess, she left me with a haircut that I LOVE. And bonus, she was a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be back!

I went here about a month ago, my hair was completely fried before hand after bleaching it at home. I showed them images of what I would like and they completely delivered! The staff is super nice, and after I got it done the staff members were even raving about how good I looked. It was a completely validating experience and a good price! Would definitely recommend!:)

These ladies where flipping amazing. The perfect coloring and a style I didn't think my hair could pull off, but like wizard I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Mad respects for the work they did and the miracle that happened.
