Hair Mechanix is the place to go! Gabby is always very welcoming on the phone and when entering the building she always has a smile on her face! The atmosphere there is very positive! Cole is your go to for men's haircuts and beards. Always get comments at work and just out and about. Can't recommend this place enough! Top notch top to bottom!

Wish I had great experiences like most of these reviews, but sadly that's not the case for me. Staff seemed great, atmosphere is what drew me in. After my first visit I was disappointed that my color not just faded but was pretty much gone after 3 weeks. So on my second visit I discussed this with my stylist and mentioned my concerns. At this point I was informed to wash in cold water, but they were also using a new product so if my color was gone to contact her. Well it's been 3 weeks again and my colors gone. Not faded, Gone. I was washing in cold water every 3 days so I figured I'd call hoping they would do something. I mean I did spend $360 after everything. Unfortunately she pretty much just stated that it fades after every wash and pinks a difficult color & I could book another appointment. Honestly a big disappointment. I've had my hair pink before and never had it dissappear so fast. Wouldn't recommend if your looking for anything other than the typical dye job.

OH MY GOODNESS! I have been going to Sloane for years and I can not believe I have never left a review! This salon is amazing! You are always greeted the second you walk in with a warm hello or welcome. Gabby works the front desk, who makes remembering clients names a part of her job! Everyone in the salon is always up to date on the most recent trends, continuing their education for new techniques and ensure you feel welcome! I am a platinum blonde (however my natural is DARK brown), and today Sloane tried a new method and I have NEVER been so icy blonde in my life. Mind you my wedding is in a few days and I completely trusted Sloane to try something new. Not only did she lift my hair to a completely new level, she KILLED my wedding hair trial! I can not wait to have her and her team do all my ladies hair for the wedding. The level of knowledge and education is always evident when they walk you through the process prior to any application. If you are looking for a new salon I highly recommend The Hair Mechanix!

Above and beyond any expectations I had prior to finally finding Sloane as my new hairstylist after moving to Windsor. Took me over three years of driving back to my last town to my original stylist, when possible, to fix what other salons had done to my hair before I found Sloane.

I would highly recommend this salon in general, as (although I can never remember his name) my son will go to no other barber but him. My daughter also has Sloane as her stylist and has had colour (various, high and lowlight, as well as, full/multiple/partial of all colours), extension, and so much more done and styled beautifully by Sloane.

Sloane has also made excellent recommendations for styling at home, hair maintenance in general, she is always open to questions, always responds with several options, old-school and new.

Best part is, if she is anything like her mother Helen (who I was referred to initially, however Sloane was available sooner and my hair needed desperate immediate help) who is excellent as well, still loving making people smile everyday as they leave, looking more amazing! Sloan is younger, the first time she cut and styled my hair I was in shock that one so young could make wicked in to beautiful hair, without compromising length, cut and styled to grow out perfectly until my next visit. She will likely be my hairstylist for life.

They have other stylist, I have seen their work. Hair Mechanix have high standards, yet are not high-end pricing, perfect blend.

If you are seeking a new hairstylist, I would recommend you try them as I did. 7 years they have been ours.
