This Hardwood Outlet has a large store front and is nicely situated in the middle of the Improve Canada Mall so it was really easy to find. It is stylish and the samples are well organized for customers to look at. Ghaleb and his staff provides excellent service. They are helpful and does not hard sell. Doing business with Ghaleb is easy he has good products and has the best price. He is always online and fast to answer questions, check inventory and place orders. This is why I chose this place and switched from my original vendor even though they were much closer to me.
Lastly delivery is on time and the delivery team is friendly and efficient.
My contractors didn’t have any problems putting in the hardwood flooring.
I have and still do highly recommend!

I am super happy with how my floors & stairs turned out. We had some unexpected difficulties with the stairs but Ghalab and his crew worked hard to fix them & make everything right. Any time I had an issue or any problems arose, Ghalab was always there to find a solution. I chose a very rustic looking floor to match my "farmhouse" theme & I couldn't be happier. I was referred to Ghaleb at the Hardwood Outlet by a common friend to get Vinyl flooring for my office. He was a spectacular gentleman, although he was as talkative as a politician. Beside helping us pick the right material and quality ; price was highly competitive compared to the big names. Also.his team was able to do the delivery and installation within prompt time. He is knowledgable, sincere, patient and competitive on price. We obtained 5 estimates for hardwood flooring and Ghaleb spent far more time with us to go over options and details than any of his competitors. He educated us on options and quality and eliminated the chance of surprises. I live in an older home with many challenges (i.e. Floors are not level) and although the installation took a bit longer than anticipated, the installers did not sacrifice quality for time and did an outstanding job. They were true perfectionists, worked extremely hard and completed the installation as if it were their own. I am extremely satisfied with the job and highly recommend the Hardwood Outlet for your flooring needs. Ghaleb takes customer satisfaction very seriously and I would not hesitate to refer him to my friends and family.

We hired the hardwood outlet to replace the stairs of our house. Our initial feedback was negative due to deficiencies caused by an inexperienced project manager who ignored our concerns.

We raised our concerns to the managers of the hardwood outlet who acted positively and swiftly. They took our concerns seriously and they were willing to listen. An immediate action plan has been established by the owners and all resources were made available including allocation of new team to fix all deficiencies and new materials have been ordered.

I can confirm that almost 70% of the project was repeated to turn unhappy customer and negative feedback to a positive outcome that gain our family appreciation.

I’ve worked with a lot of different contractors during my home renovation and I’ve never been so lucky to work with a contractor as efficient and responsive as the hardwood outlet. I fear I’am getting spoiled!
