These guys are fabulous as i am done with my flooring 2 days ago, it looks beautiful and they helped me with the best selection from their wide collection of products and very reasonable price for hardwood floors as compared to the guys across the street. The manager and staff is very polite and helpful, they have vast knowledge of products and installation. Love their service.

These guys have superb customer service and very polite and respectful staff. Yesterday me and my wife went to this store to pick to choose our hardwood flooring and vinyl flooring. Bhupinder explained very well about all products although he was very busy but he still came to attend us and it was like he have answer of every question regarding the product and installation which i would say is the positive point of this store because other stores just try to sell you the product but Bhupinder gave us honest suggestions and wasn’t in rush to just grab the sales. I will suggest everyone that one visit is must to this store.

First of all, Bhupinder is the best man there, as we have a construction company and as per my experience he still have a great knowledge of products as well as he have vast knowledge of installation if you talk about flooring or stairs, he know everything. Moreover, These guys have a lot of good quality and variety of products so I highly recommend The Hardwood Outlet for flooring selections.

We bought hardwood and availed installation services from hardwood outlet.
Sales - the staff is extremely friendly and pays attention to their customers. They clearly explain the options and never push to make a purchase from them. They provide samples to take home which aids in arriving at a better decision. 5 stars

Service - they are very detail oriented and follow proper process from sales to installation. You would get a proper date for estimation, post estimation a detailed quote, after payment a definite delivery date and installation date along with the installer details. 5+ stars

Price - They are quite reasonable and we found that their installation rates were amongst the cheapest. Nevertheless their installers are extremely professional and there is no compromise on the quality of work. 5 stars

Installation - The installers arrived on time and seemed experts in their field. They completed their job before time and were accommodative of our feedback. We did find some dents and chips in our new floor after installation was done but then we contacted hardwood outlet and they sent the installers back to take care of the problems the very next day. It seems Payment is not released to installers unless customer is 100% satisfied with the work. Also there is a 1 year warranty on the installation.

A good selection of Flooring products at Reasonable prices, as well as a Pleasant Staff and an Intelligent and Smart Manager. I would say Fantastic customer service.

If there were negative stars I would give that to this store for the most horrible hardwood installation done ever. They are also quite pricey and there are definitely others out there who can deliver better quality at less price. I’m a year late in writing this review but better late than never.

They installed our hardwood more than two years back but the wood demons started coming out of the closet just after the one year warranty ended. Our house itself is less than 5 yrs old and we already feel like we’re living in a 100 yr old house thanks to the awful job done by this store.
Our floor is cracking and creaking almost everywhere in main and upper floors. We have been tiptoeing around the house at night when the creaking is at it’s worst and our kid is trying to sleep.

We contacted several external flooring repair people and everyone was certain the installation was the main culprit. There were multiple issues with the installation like sublfoor, insufficient nailing and gluing. Needless to say the fix was also pricey and ran in thousands.
Simultaneously we also contacted the store even though the warranty was up because we were desperate to just get the floor fixed even if it meant paying out of pocket. They were courteous enough to send an inspector our way but he just passed the blame onto the changes in weather.

We are so upset about this whole situation and to get out of this miserable situation, we might end up ripping out this almost brand new flooring or switch houses. Either way it’s additional stress for us and so no, I do not recommend this store at all.

I was planning to renovate my house. I went to The Hardwood Outlet and Bhupinder over there helped and assisted me according to my requirements. The products were all original. Before this store I visited many stores but I was not getting what I want. But this store have good quality products and staff explained me what ll Look good in my kitchen, Bedroom and basement. I liked their wide collection of hardwood and laminate at very reasonable prices. Customer service was great. I ll highly recommend this store.

We replaced the flooring in our cottage and used The Hardwood Outlet to help us with this project. They made the process smooth and easy. They delivered when they said they would and Gus specifically was extremely helpful and very responsive. I will definitely work with them again on our next project.

We bought our hardwood from Hardwood outlet right before shut down and they were under massive pressure due to delays from the suppliers and changing government regulations. However, a day before the lockdown they made sure we had our delivery at our doorstep!

There was a confusion about the pricing initially that was solved promptly by Yousef. Yousef is super prompt with response, knows his business and tries his best to be as accommodating as possible without over promising or push selling their products. Even after delivery, whenever we have had a query or question about products they have been super prompt.
Highly recommend. Would buy our second lot from them again.

Have Had an amazing experience time and time again! I am a contractor, and Gus has been able to deliver for me time after time! Very helpful and polite, and goes above and beyond! Rushes to get me things last minute when I need them most! Gus is ur go to guy!

Very helpful and courteous staff, and competitive prices. We had to do a substitution on a laminate, and decided later on a different color. They we fine with the return, no complications.

I visited the store today for my small requirement of laminates. I am novice in this flooring thing. Yousuf helped me patiently and polity and helped me compare apples to apples.
Pricing was decent and had tons of varieties of all flooring options.

This is my second time purchasing floor from The Hardwood Outlet. I was very happy with the first purchase and service I received that I decided to return for my second flooring project. I went to 6 different stores before coming to the hardwood outlet but couldn't find the color my wife was looking for. When I came here these guys had all the new colors and the basic ones i seen at the other stores. Price was very reasonable. Ibrahim went out of his way to get me what I needed in a short time

Really great customer service. We came into the store yesterday as well as this past weekend. We were helped by Ibrahim who was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. We switched our colour choice from cloud grey to beige and were very confused to go with and he made the process very smooth for us.

I had an amazing experience with one of the store mangers Yousef. We were in the middle of selling our home and needed to update one bedroom with hardwood flooring. We were under the gun in timing and Yousef saved the day by finding the perfect flooring for us and ordered it in within 24 hours. I had an amazing experience at the hardwood outlet. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I started of by talking to ibrahim who explained all the details and then yousef took over for the remainder of our deal. He has been quite helpful in assisting with what was best for our situation. I wold recommend this place for anyone looking for the best price and good product.

After shopping for over a month for a good price I not only got the best price I also got the best service! I have radiant heated floors and wanted to make sure the right floor was being installed so it doesn't trap the heat.
