Brianna is AMAZING, she goes over every detail of what you are hoping to achieve and always goes above and beyond your expectations. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my hair.

I did a balayage, the result was BEAUTIFUL and Lana was really professional and kind I recommend 100% this place.

I was referred by a friend to go to HeadLoft who found their page on Instagram. I saw Andrew for a cut and face framing colour. I was so happy with the result! My hair feels so stylish and low maintenance thanks to the amazing cut/colour. It was the exact look I was hoping for. Would definitely recommend!

Honestly a beautiful salon with friendly staff, unfortunately I think I just got a rushed colour and cut by someone who I think was possibly a newer employee, I feel bad because they were honestly lovely, very friendly and personable but I wish They just took a little bit more time on my cut and colour and followed the example I showed, as I left feeling a little unhappy with how much I paid and what I received. This is no knock to the salon at all, honestly I have seen all Your work online and I know you do great work, just a little advice to maybe not rush next time because I know you’re capable of something great:)

Everytime I go I come out so happy, the smile on my face is priceless. Love going to Andrew he is amazing professional always on point with what I like and want, very clean and always a awsome time. I have 2 kids and when I go to him I'm on vacation mode. Thanks Andrew for always beautifying me.

I have been going to Candace for a while now and absolutely love her. She helped me go from black to blonde while maintaining the integrity of my hair. She is super friendly and makes me look amazing every time - would highly recommend!

Every time I come into the salon I trust Candace with anything she feels is the best for my hair at the time and I am never disappointed. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the amazing vibes and modern decor of Headloft. The staff are all amazing and friendly. You are always seen on time. Cris and Eric are constantly giving the highest level of attention to their customers, salon and staff. Cris has been doing my hair for a long time and I would never trust another! She always listens to what I’m looking for and I always leave happy. I highly recommend a visit!

Candace is the BEST. I have gone to her multiple times and she never fails to amaze me. She does it all, I have gotten my hair dyed brown to blonde to light brown with highlights, and I am always extremely pleased with her work. She is so kind and always makes my appointments enjoyable and comfortable. I would highly recommend you to go her for any of your hair needs she will not disappoint!:)

My experience at The Headloft was amazing. My stylist Andrew is wonderful and executes everything he does perfectly and effortlessly. I make sure to request him every time I visit. I'm very particular when it comes to my hair, but I know i'm always in good hands with Andrew. He makes every visit an experience and connects with you on a personal level. I always leave his chair with a lifted spirit and perfect hair. For any cut, style or colour I would 100% recommend him to everyone.

I've been going to The HeadLoft for the past year and they are wonderful at what they do! The salon itself has a very welcoming atmosphere. Andrew did an outstanding job both times when I went in for a balayage. He took his time consulting with me about what I wanted and what it would take to achieve it in a realistic manner. He provided me with a wonderful experience as he is extremely friendly, kind, engaging and knowledgeable. The end results are always amazing all thanks to his fabulous work! Absolutely loved Andrew. I went in not really knowing exactly what I wanted but I knew what I didn’t want. He sat down with me and we discussed options and gave me some input and a vision, and then he made it happen. Would recommend Andrew 100%. Blending and cut skills are so professional.

I had a great experience with Andrew at The HeadLoft - my cut was beautiful and he was knew how to cut and style my hair so it shaped my face perfectly! He was able to recommend me a product to help maintain my curls and frizz after my cut as well, which is a huge help for maintaining my hair at home and on busy days. Will definitely be back!

The HeadLoft is hands down the best hair salon! Eric has been my hairstylist for a few years now and every single time I am amazed by how he transforms my hair. From cut to colour - I come out of the session with exactly what I asked for. Also, both Eric & Christina are super friendly which creates a welcoming environment. Save to say I found my lifetime hairstylist.

I get my hair done every four months and Candace always knows exactly what I want. She is so sweet and never fails to impress me. Headloft has easily become my go to hair salon. I initially had a really bad hair colour done by another salon. My ends were black and the rest of my hair was blonde. It was a nightmare. Once I found Headloft I booked an appointment with Candice and she did an amazing job fixing my hair! I’m officially fully ash blonde and I couldn’t be more happier. Candice went above and beyond my expectation and gave me the best and most professional advise for my hair journey. Firstly, I just want to say that customer service goes hand in hand with the final result of how the service is completed.

From the moment I walked into the salon it didn’t matter who was my stylist, it felt like home. Everyone who works there makes you feel IMPORTANT! And that to me made me feel comfortable and at ease!

Not only did my hair turn out amazing but I felt amazing being there, if you read the reviews the one thing that stands out is how you feel at home here! Not to mention before starting my service the stylist took her time consulting with me asking the right questions to ensure there was no room for disappointment! A plus is the products they use! Eric is great with my hair! He does a killer fade for me and trims the top just right. I go with my friends who get fantasy colours and he always gets creative with them. Eric is crazy talented. The team is friendly and very professional. See you again soon!

Eric is wonderful with hair! He's really honest and won't kill your hair. He is really busy so book ahead and if you need colour done then Brianna is also really good.

Eric and Crystina are not only wonderful and personable people but they are extremely talented.
Although I’ve never had Crystina personally work on my hair I know multiple people whose hair she does work on and they’re never left anything other than satisfied. She is a friendly and upbeat person whom makes every client she has comfortable from the very start.
Eric has always had a gift, I’ve had the privilege to witness his talent mature and mould into what it is today, and he is equally as friendly and upbeat with all of his clients. Eric has worked through a lot of my self inflicted hair issues, and the both of them are more than capable of giving you the hair you’ve always wanted.

You will not go wrong if you go into the Headloft and put your trust into not only Eric and Crystina, but knowing their talent and the standard they uphold their work too - any of their stylists that work within their salon.

Last week I visited the salon for the first time. My hair was cut by Candace who did a great job:) she kept checking in during the cut to ensure that I was happy with the result (eg not too short, not too many layers, still had good shape/ movement). Candace was wonderful and I will definitely be back!

Such a welcoming salon to visit. Everyone is very kind and down to earth. Their talent in creating beautiful hair is top notch! They care about the integrity of your hair and will go over everything that is achievable realistically and why. I started going to Headloft just a few months after it opened. I see Cristina and she is amazing! I have been for multiple appointments for colour, cut and tape in extensions. I have never left disappointed. I’m pretty tame and usually stick to highlights and balayage. My sister on the other hand also now comes to Headloft and Cristina has turned her into the icy princess she has always wanted to be lol. She gets stopped everywhere and asked where she gets her hair done! The staff there are knowledgeable and welcoming and they carry a great line of products as well. Very happy customers and glad we finally found a reliable and honest hair dresser.

Cristina completely destroyed my hair. I've always been a blonde and more recently decided to go a bit lighter, which, evidently was a mistake considering my hair is now brittle and thin, with pieces breaking all over.

Also, it gets a bit uncomfortable when they have their friends hanging around, which, would be fine if they were all nice and pleasant. But their good friend who is a makeup artist likes to pop by and stare at guests/make you feel extremely uncomfortable.

Before the owners respond to this and get combative as they did with the previous girl who negatively rated their salon; they should know that if a customer receives a service they are not satisfied with, they have the right to write a review accordingly. There was no need to reach out and have this fixed since, as mentioned, my hair is now brittle and thin, and CAN'T be fixed at this point. I am very disappointed.
